SNK is going kinda crazy with the marketing for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves considering they added soccer super star Christiano Ronaldo and DJ Salvatore Ganacci to the game as playable characters, and now there’s this.
As part of their Ring Magazine promotion, the companies just released a new trailer for the game but also the upcoming Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn boxing match with more special guests.
The trailer kicks off with streamer Speed and influencer/boxer KSI heading over to the SNK headquarters where the former is shocked to see a giant statue of Geese Howard.
They sneak into the server room where Techno Nightmare Geese convinces Speed to press the big red button and bring him into the world of Fatal Fury along with the boxers.
The trio are transformed into pixel art versions of themselves in the style of classic Fatal Fury and begin to fight before Billy Kane and Raiden join the action.
It then transitions to the modern of City of the Wolves graphics where each of them gets a 3D model, and Speed gets beaten up by Mai Shiranui and Preecha.
Seeing the boxers like this may make you worried that one of them could be joining the roster too, but we already know the full cast and Season 1 DLC characters already.
There’s even more going on in the video, but it’s probably best if you just watch it for yourselves to go on that fever dream of a ride.
This video was made to help promote not just Fatal Fury, but the upcoming boxing match between Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn, which is set to take place on April 26.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is set to release on April 24 on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
NYT Wordle is a satisfying and tricky test of vocabulary and logic that challenges players to guess a new five-letter word every day. However, things can get a little too challenging at times, and that probably explains why you’re here. So, if you don’t want to break your word-guessing streak or get too frustrated, take a look at today’s Wordle hints and answer for puzzle #1393 for April 12, 2025, down below!
How to Play Wordle
Wordle is a word puzzle game by The New York Times. You are given six attempts to guess a five-letter word. The letters are highlighted in Yellow, Green, and Grey when you input a word. Yellow denotes that the letter appears in today’s Wordle answer, but it’s not at the right spot. Meanwhile, when a letter turns green, it means you have guessed the right letter in the right position. At last, a grey letter means the letter is not part of today’s answer.
While it may seem that winning at Wordle is easy, it is difficult to get that pesky five-letter word right. To help you out, here are some quick tips on how to play Wordle:
Open with a strong word – Using the right Wordle starting words rich with multiple vowels and consonants is important. While you can take a look at our dedicated guide, starting words like AISLE, SALTY, and DINER are my go-to choices.
Pay attention to colors – Keep track of the yellow, green, and grayed-out letters to eliminate incorrect positions and letters. To make every guess count, avoid accidentally repeating letters that have already been eliminated.
Isolate the vowels – There can be days when your usual starting words don’t help much. In that case, try to test the remaining vowels by using different words.
Repeating letters is good – Don’t be afraid of repeating letters as history is proof that there are chances the Wordle answer will have one or two letters that repeat themselves.
Use the Wordlebot – As described above, NYT’s Wordlebot is an intuitive bot that analyzes your responses and compares them against itself. Instilling some healthy competition can help you improve your own Wordle guessing and see what you could have done better.

Meaning of Nurse — A nurse is a healthcare professional who cares for sick or injured people, often working in hospitals or clinics.
Although today’s Wordle answer was right under my nose the whole time, it took me an alarming amount of time to figure it out. That’s when you know that a Wordle is nicely crafted and challenging enough. I started the round with SALTY, which gave me S in yellow. Next, DINER gave me N, E, and R in yellow, while POUCH had only a yellow U to offer. I tried RUNES and that confirmed U as the second letter. NURSE turned out to be the answer for the day.

We witnessed quite a bit of top level play for Street Fighter 6 at Red Bull Kumite this past weekend. The players in attendance at that event included Zeta|Kakeru, WBG|MenaRD, BST|Daigo, TM|NoahTheProdigy, and many more.
Ultimately, Daigo Umehara finished at 9th place. He was eliminated by NoahTheProdigy via a 5-2 set victory. Following this, Daigo made an announcement that nobody was really expecting.
Daigo has seemingly made it his goal to focus more on competitive Street Fighter 6. In order to do this, Daigo is planning to quit streaming so that he may devote all his energy towards this goal.
“Well actually I felt that (Noah’s) counterattack response and movement speed was really fast and hard to deal with, but… well… from this year… I will quit streaming and return to Street Fighter 6 as a sport and compete seriously once more, so with a bit of time I’d like to take my revenge (against Noah),” said Daigo according to Ryan Hart’s translation.
Just yesterday, Noah acknowledged the Daigo’s desire to have a rematch against him. However, Noah outlined a few conditions for this rematch to happen.
“I will give you a year to train and get your run back, but I will only do it if you come to my hood and play me and give kids hope in my city. The choice is yours,” said Noah.
This could turn out to be an interesting rivalry. We’ll just have to see if Daigo is willing to accept these conditions.

The answers for today’s Strands were pretty straightforward. As soon as I read the theme, I knew what it could be about. Once I spotted DIRTY, solving the Spangram and the theme words was an easy affair.
What is NYT Strands Spangram and How Does It Work?
Every NYT Strands puzzle consists of a unique word or phrase that’s called the Spangram. This word or set of words will run the length of two opposite sides of the grid. One thing to note here is that, a Spangram doesn’t necessarily have to originate or end at the edge of the grid.
In its essence, the Spangram is kind of like a bigger hint that sums up today’s Strands theme in just a word or two. Since it spans across two sides of the puzzle, solving it early helps you figure out the rest of the theme words and vice versa.
Tips and Tricks for Mastering NYT Strands Puzzles
Solving an NYT Strands puzzle successfully isn’t that hard in itself, but in some cases, the approach might not be as straightforward as it looks. So, here are simple tips and tricks that we suggest you follow to crack the theme words and Spangram for Strands puzzles:
Always start at the corners: No two puzzles are the same. But the chances of the Spangram extending to a diagonal form are quite low. So, the best strategy is to find and decrypt relevant words that are at the corners of the grid.
Don’t be ashamed to get hints: Sometimes, a theme word could be all you need to solve the entire puzzle. If that requires getting a hint using non-theme words, then that’s the first thing you should do. After all, the point is to have fun and figure this out, like all of us.
Think both literally and figuratively: Not all themes may land you in the same sense of thought. Some puzzles may welcome more clever answers that may convey something totally different from their actual meaning.
Aim for the Spangram: The Spangram is what splits the Strands board in half. So, figuring it out will help you cross out other potential approaches for a theme. Deciphering even half of the Spangram can get you close to the rest of the answers.

How to Play Connections: Tips & Tricks to Solve the Puzzle
Given the fact you’re here, chances are that you already know how to play NYT Connections. As you might be able to tell by now, Connections by The New York Times is a word association game where players sort out 16 random words into four categories by finding a common ‘connection.’ This can be anything from a common sound to a deeper meaning.
That said, if you’re still confused, here are the best tips on how to play NYT Connections:
Simplicity is key: Connections will often throw ambiguous words at you. While it’s easy to get caught up in the details, the answer almost always lies in the simplest connections possible. So, instead of dear and deer being connected through a hunter-prey dynamic, they most likely connect because of a similar sound.
Watch those guesses: A key thing to note is Connections only gives you four chances in 24 hours for a single puzzle. As such, we advise not being trigger happy and carefully weighing in your words before pressing that submit button.
Shuffle Away: While a bit tricky, the sneaky Connections editor deliberately puts the first word placement as a misdirection. So the one golden tip here is to press that Shuffle button before you go on solving it.
If you’re still unsure how to proceed, check out our dedicated how-to-play NYT Connections guide for all the help you need.
We hope you had similar luck as I did for today’s game. If not, please let us know in the comments below!

SNK is certainly taking a more unorthodox approach to their base roster guest characters in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves considering they’re pulling from real life between soccer super star Cristiano Ronaldo and DJ Salvatore Ganacci.
Although we had seen their trailers before, this week served as the first chance to see Ronaldo and Ganacci in action against each other in actual matches.
The very first match of the Evo Showcase event featured team captains WBG|MenaRD and E.T. duking it out with the guest fighters, and we got to see some interesting things.
It would be Diaphone who would put up the most work with Ronaldo to show off what he can do, which you can see more of in the highlight video from the exhibition sets.
Both characters seem to have some good slide kicks, but that’s the least of what they can do.
Ronaldo is looking like he could be a setplay monster in the hands of the right players.
CR7 can juggle and kick his soccer ball multiple times for setups, blockstrings and mixups between his kicks and body blows, so it doesn’t seem like he’s going to be an easy character to master.
Salvatore is also a bit unorthodox in his toolkit too where his musical stomps are looking like a strong part of his combo arsenal.
Ganacci has multiple follow-ups he can perform out of multiple specials including his floating ability while his jump D actually gives him some extra air time and hits multiple times to boot beating out a REV Blow surprisingly.
It came down to the final round, but in the end it was @ET1120 who emerged victorious with a 5-4 win over Riddles! | pic.twitter.com/9SBP8siUWe
We also get to see that one of his Gear Supers is actually a counter while the other looks like an overhead but doesn’t appear to be one despite the footage.
Both Ronaldo and Ganacci show up multiple more times throughout the Evo Showcase that you can check out below as well as the recently revealed Hokutomaru and a chunk of the rest of the cast.
Fire Force has finally returned with its much-awaited Season 3. We are graced with new episodes of the popular anime series after almost five years. Yeah, we surely had to wait an incredibly long time to see Shinra on our screens again. That being said, good times are finally here for us, but things will only get harder for our protagonist since the story arcs in season 3 will push our hero to his limits. If you’re wondering about the arcs that Fire Force Season 3 will adapt, then check out the list below.
1. Obi’s Rescue Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
The third season of Fire Force kicks off with the Obi’s Rescue Arc. As the title suggests, this phase in the story is not so good for Captain Obi as he has been arrested. He isn’t the only one under fire, as the entire Company 8 has been labeled outlaws.
To make things worse, the White-Clad group has returned to push their own mysterious agenda while making sure that Shinra and his group are seen as enemies by the entire organization. Now, Shinra and his friends have to not only survive against the threat of Infernos but also pull Obi out of this mess.
2. Return to St. Raffles Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
This arc is interesting for a lot of reasons. Firstly, apart from Company 8, this arc puts Company 1 and Company 5 into the spotlight. Apparently, soldiers of both companies are told to investigate what happened at St. Raffles Convent and what led to the Convent’s destruction.
Apart from some great action, this story arc reveals some harsh yet surprising truths about several characters.
3. Arthur’s Adventure Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
At this point in the story, Arthur is going through a tough phase and is having self-doubts. Due to this, he has lost all the will to fight and is left wondering if he is capable of becoming a Knight.
Arthur is crucial for Company 8’s survival, so Vulcan decides to send the boy on a dangerous adventure to help him with self-discovery. We get to see deep inside Arthur’s heart while witnessing him battle his inner demons.
4. Stone Pillar Arc
Unlike the previous arcs in Season 3, the Stone Pillar arc is much more action-packed, and it sees a united front of the entire Fire Force. Not only does a massive, dangerous Inferno threaten the entire city after suddenly appearing from the ocean, but White Clad also begins their preparation after the Second Cataclysm.
It is one of those arcs where you feel scared for your favorite characters, especially the members of Company 8.
5. Asakusa Showdown Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
This story arc puts several characters in a tough spot, but the one affected the most in the Asakusa Showdown is Benimaru Shinmon. Apparently, this phase in Fire Force’s story features a unique type of Inferno, a duplicate, or a doppelganger version of Hibachi Shinmon.
Hibachi was a strong fighter when he was alive, and his duplicate is no different. Instantly after his arrival, Hibachi causes massive destruction and claims several innocent lives. Now, it’s all up to Hibachi’s adoptive son, Benimaru, to defeat this enemy and protect the name of his teacher.
6. Kusakabe History Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
This is a short story arc in Fire Force, but it is still an important one. It focuses on Sho, Shinra’s younger brother. The Third Pillar decides to dig into his family’s past while there’s still a chance.
Sho goes through several secret documents and learns a harsh truth about his mother and how he and Shinra were born. While Sho questions his entire existence, Shinra fights off the Titanic Infernal to save his beloved city yet again.
7. Final Pillar Arc
As the title suggests, this Fire Force arc reveals the identity of only Pillar, who was unaccounted for. It means that the entire Fire Force gets ready to fight the biggest battle of their lives. The last and most dangerous Inferno rises, the size of which sends chills down everyone’s spines.
This arc answers some of the biggest questions of the series, which means even a little mention of the Final Pillar could spoil the entire series for you. However, we can still say that it is one of the best story arcs of Fire Force in terms of narrative.
Also, did we mention that Shinra once again returns to fight this threat while every other person is shocked to see who this dangerous Inferno is?
8. Battle of Amaterasu Arc
This story arc makes you hate the White Clad members the most, as they are finally ready to unleash the Dragon on Earth. They get extremely close to unlocking Amaterasu, so Company 8 decides to put every ounce of their efforts into preventing the apocalypse.
However, this is not an easy fight, so several Fore Force members lose their lives in the fight against the White Clad Guardians. So, be ready to grab some tissues when the Battle of Amaterasu finally graces our screens.
9. Great Cataclysm Arc
Image Credit: KODANSHA (via Fire Force Wiki)
The end of the world is here, as the great Dragon has engulfed most of the world with its flames. The Adolla has risen, and it’s ready to kill everyone in its path. Several lives are lost, including some powerful members of the Fire Force.
However, not all hope is lost, as Company 8 does its best to save as many people as it can. But the final fight against the Dragon is the toughest one, and the only way to save the rest of humanity is to kill the monster that White Clad has unleashed upon the world.
10. Epilogue
This is where you say goodbye to Fire Force, but fortunately, the series ends on a good note. The Fire Force is disbanded, but that doesn’t mean that Shinra and the others have nothing else to look forward to.
In fact, the newly found powers in some members send them on a new adventure. That’s not all, though, as a new threat looms over the world. Interestingly, this is the very arc that connects two different stories from the same author, Atsushi Ohkubo.
It’s almost two months now since Captain America: Brave New World was released in theaters. Even though this was the debut of Sam Wilson as the new Captain America, the movie failed to impress fans in general and did not perform very well at the Box Office. Now, if you are someone who might have read a negative review (may or may not have been written by me) and decided against buying tickets and waiting till it releases on digital, I have news for you. The official streaming and digital release date of Captain America: Brave New World has been announced.
Captain America Brave New World Digital Release Date
Captain America: Brave New World will be released on digital, Blu-ray, 4K UHD, and DVD on May 13, 2025. Considering this is a project by Marvel, the arrival of this movie on Digital is quite early, which is understandable considering its underperformance at the Box Office.
Captain America Brave New World Streaming Release Date
If you think that the digital release date of Captain America Brave New World is early, you’re not ready to hear when it’s coming out on OTT platforms. Captain America: Brave New World is set to release on OTT platforms on April 15, 2025, and will be available to buy or rent on platforms like Apple TV, Fandango at Home, Amazon, etc.
Another notable thing is that this OTT release will feature some deleted scenes that were not in the movie. So, if you have been waiting to watch Captain America: Brave New World on streaming platforms, you don’t have to wait for too long to watch it from the comfort of your home.
