  • Fisch Moon Idol Buff Explained: How to Get and Use

While we were busy trying to look for clues to complete the Mila quest, Fisch released another new update bringing new fishing locations as part of the Blue Moon event. Among all the new fishes, the Moon Idol is the standout one, not only because it’s a secret fish but also because it grants cool buffs to help your fishing adventure. So, if you are curious about how you can get this buff, check out our comprehensive guide about the Moon Idol XP and mutation buff below.

How to Catch the Moon Idol in Fisch

The secret Moon Idol item is the key to getting this exclusive buff in Fisch. To catch the Moon Idol, you need to fish in either of the two Blue Moon bunkers in Sea 1 or Sea 2. The Blue Moon bunkers are located at the following coordinates in Fish:

    • Sea 2: At the back of Lushgrove island behind the Sporey Mom NPC at these coordinates: X= 1422.3, Y= 156.4, Z= -572.
    • Sea 1: At the first level of Snowcap island between a group of trees at these coordinates: X= 2705, Y= 188.5, Z= 2558.

Once you reach either of the two locations, make sure that the server condition is a Clear Winter Night. Now, use the Blue Moon Totem to open the gates of the secret bunker.

Finally, when you jump inside the bunker, use your best Fisch rods to fish inside the pool to have a chance at catching the Moon Idol, a secret fish with -80% progress speed. So, make sure you have a rod with decent Resilience and Control, or enchanted with Steady or Blessed Song enchant. There are no other specific conditions to catch this item.

The moment you catch a Moon Idol in Fisch, a Blue Crescent Moon will appear on top of your head. This implies that the Moon Idol buff has been applied to the player and the rod for the next 24 hours. Yes, you will have all the buffs mentioned below for a whole 24 hours.

An important thing to note is that the Moon Idol buff will only apply to the particular rod that you used to catch the idol. No other rod in your equipment bag will have this buff. With that being said, here are all the buffs you receive on catching the Moon Idol:

    • 50% XP boost on catching any fish
    • 10% chance to catch fish with 2x weight
    • 5% chance of getting fish with Moon-Kissed mutation

  • You’ll want this Tekken 8 themed PC, until you see the price

Sylvan Zheng showed a new Tekken 8 PC that was put together, and looks absolutely fantastic, but it’ll cost ya quite a bit if you’d like one of your own.

The PC case sports a Tekken 30th Anniversary sticker on the side door where it opens up, plus has artwork from the franchise on the inside, along with a tastefully done RGB lighting setup.

The only problem is it’ll set you back more than $10,000, which is likely quite a bit more than most people in the Fighting Game Community can afford.

It’s a customized PC rig for a pro Tekken player, and you can imagine how impressive it would be to play on one of these at a tournament, as the whole aesthetic is simply gorgeous.

Tekken 8 has been undergoing a tremendous amount of controversy with the latest Season 2 patch, which added Anna Williams and a number of balance changes.

If you’re curious which DLC characters may be added to Tekken 8 in the future, we have an article speculating about who the hints may be pointing to for inclusion in the future.

  • The Last Of Us Season 1 Recap: Most Crucial Events to Remember Before Season 2

The Last of Us Season 2 premiere is almost upon us, and we are extremely excited to see the show adapting the events from the second TLOU game. However, it has been more than two years since the first season premiered, so fans may have forgotten what they saw in Season 1. So, here’s a brief The Last Of Us Season 1 recap of all the major events that occurred in the first season.

The Cordyceps Fungus Takes the World Down in 2003

Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

It all begins in September 2003 in The Last of Us Season 1. Humanity falls prey to the Cordyceps Fungus, which eventually starts taking over their brains, turning them into walking dead. As Joel explains in Episode 2, the fungus chose the food supply as the medium to enter human bodies.

The first episode introduces us to Joel Miller, his daughter Sarah, and his brother Tommy, who try to flee in their truck to survive the calamity. However, they get stuck in traffic, where they witness a plane crash and a fleet of human-turned-zombies attacking normal humans. To avoid all the chaos, Joel picks Sarah up in his arms and starts running; Tommy gives them backup.

On their way, they come across a soldier who points a gun at them. Joel tells him that they aren’t infected, but the soldier doesn’t show any mercy to them and shoots them. Joel dodges the attack, but unfortunately, Sarah can’t, and she dies in the arms of her father.

20 Years Later: Joel’s Encounter With Ellie

Twenty years pass, but Joel is still haunted by his daughter’s tragic death. However, he didn’t have any choice, so as a last resort, he had to become a smuggler to survive. He starts working with another survivalist named Tess. The duo holds the responsibility to smuggle weapons, drugs, and other goods without coming under FEDRA’s surveillance. They are often given the duty of burning the dead bodies for FEDRA.

Marlene, the leader of the militia group Fireflies in The Last of Us, asks Joel and Tess to deliver Ellie to their headquarters. However, she does not reveal much about the mission to the duo. Initially, Ellie and Joel stay cold towards each other, with the latter seeing the former just as cargo. However, soon, they start seeing family in each other.

    Tess Makes a Heroic Choice

Tess in The Last Of Us

While exploring the wasteland of Boston, Tess, Joel, and Ellie get attacked by clickers. They fight the deadly creatures, but Tess and Ellie get bitten by them during the run. Tess has been skeptical about Ellie since the beginning, but the incident in the museum made things clear to her.

She doesn’t take much time to realize that Ellie is immune to the infection. So, Tess decides to sacrifice herself and asks Joel to take Ellie with him and not to stop until he delivers her to the Fireflies.

When the fleet of the infected breaks through the museum’s door, Tess catches sight of one of the walking dead, who kisses her. That’s when she lights the floor on fire and accepts her dark fate with open arms.

A Love Story We Didn’t See Coming

Bill and Frank in The Last Of Us

There’s no argument that the third episode of The Last of Us Season 1 was one of the best episodes of the series. Who would have thought that a post-apocalyptic story would bless fans with such an artistic episode?

We meet Bill, who is spending his days alone in the land of the dead, in this episode. He has no one to talk to or share his life with, but he is satisfied that he has a place to stay and food to eat. However, one day, a man named Frank shows up out of nowhere.

Frank enters Bill’s life as just a survivor who wants to have lunch because he has been starving for days. However, he ends up becoming the most integral part of Bill’s life. Years pass, and they grow old; Frank develops a disease that leads him to a wheelchair. The television show doesn’t reveal the name of the disease, though.

Frank becomes totally dependent on Bill, and that starts troubling him. So, one day, he asks Bill to help him go to eternal sleep. Bill does as his partner asks him to, but he also makes sure he doesn’t have to live an extra day without Frank. Bill leaves a letter and the key to his truck for Joel and clearly instructs him not to enter the bedroom.

    Sam and Henry’s Tragic End

Sam and Henry in The Last Of Us
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

The viewers had not yet recovered from the trauma the third episode gave them when the TLOU series gave them another opportunity to shed tears. In the fourth episode, Ellie and Joel’s road trip leads them to Kansas city, where they get ambushed by the members of a rebellion group led by a woman named Kathleen.

Kathleen is after Henry, who escaped the group after stealing medicines for his 8-year-old brother, Sam. Henry sees Joel fight the rebels, so he decides to help Ellie and Joel find a way out in order to make them clear the way for him and his brother.

Sam and Ellie start growing closer, and the former starts seeing his sister in the latter. Just when they thought things were going as per their will, Sam develops the symptoms of the infection. So, Henry has to shoot him, but he can’t live with the guilt, so he kills himself within a few seconds of killing his little brother.

    Joel and Tommy Reunite

Tommy and Joel in The Last Of Us
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

After burying the bodies of Sam and Henry, Joel and Ellie head towards the West. On their way, they come across a group of Scouts. After the group is convinced that the duo isn’t infected, they take them to Jackson’s gated community. Joel sees Tommy and the brothers reunite after two decades.

He also learns that Tommy is married to Maria and that they are soon to be parents. After spending some time with his brother, Joel decides to leave Ellie with him as he will take good care of the girl. However, Ellie overhears the conversation, but she decides to stick with Joel no matter how dangerous the path gets.

    Ellie and Riley’s Emotional End

Ellie and Riley in The Last Of Us
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

The Last Of Us Season 1 brings Ellie’s best friend Riley into the picture through a flashback, in which we see our beloved protagonist in the boarding school led by FEDRA. Riley is her best friend, whom Marlene approached to ask her to join the Fireflies after being impressed with her sneaking skills.

So, before leaving the city, she wanted to spend some quality time with Ellie, as she was the most important person to Riley. So, the duo goes to a mall, where Riley stuns Ellie with all the amazing setups, including making her play Mortal Kombat in the Arcade.

However, things soon went south, and the girls got attacked by an infected. Even though Ellie killed him, she couldn’t prevent getting bitten. That was the day when she realized that she was immune to the infection. However, Riley wasn’t immune, so she turned into infected, and Ellie had to kill her.

Well, neither the game nor the series showcased the scene, but as Ellie tells Joel that she had to kill someone in the past, she clearly indicates that it was her best friend.

Ellie Comes Across a Cannibalistic Cult

David's Cult in The Last Of Us Season 1
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

Ellie and Joel are attacked by raiders, one of whom leaves the latter on the verge of death. Ellie can’t let that happen, so she takes Joel to the basement of an abandoned house and helps him heal. Previously, Joel had taken the lead, but now it was her turn to keep the man safe.

One day, while tracking down a deer, she comes across David, who portrays himself as a good guy. However, as the story moves forward, David starts showing his true colors, and Ellie learns about the cannibalistic nature of his cult.

David and his men capture Ellie and imprison her so that they can feed on her. However, when the men try to kill her, she bravely escapes and hides in the kitchen. After struggling a bit, she slashes David’s body with the knife that the evil man wanted to use on her. After escaping captivity, she reunites with Joel.

The Reason Behind Ellie’s Immunity Is Revealed

Anna in The Last Of Us
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

The final episode of The Last Of Us Season 1 opens with a pregnant woman who is running from an infected. She gets into an abandoned house, but can’t avoid the infected, who have been chasing her. Her water bag breaks on the run, and while fighting the infected, she delivers a baby, whom she names Ellie. Marlene arrives at the location after several hours. Anna hands Ellie over to her and gets shot by Marlene.

Later in the episode, Marlene explains to Joel that Ellie was born after the infected bit her mother, so she was born with the fungus in her system. That’s why the infected believe her to be one of them, as she has been the ‘chemical messenger’ since birth.

The Last OF Us Season 1’s Anti-Climactic Finish

Ellie and Joel in The Last Of Us Season 1
Image Credit: Warner Bros. Discovery (via Pressroom/Liane Hentscher/HBO)

After waking up at the Fireflies headquarters and learning about the surgery that the doctors are planning to conduct on Ellie, Joel runs to save her. He kills every guard in his way and rushes toward the operation theatre. He kills the doctor and asks the nurses to unhook Ellie.

After that, he picks her up, just like he picked Sarah when the outbreak took place. In the basement, Marlene appears and points a gun at him, but Joel kills her before she can attack him.

Later, he tells Ellie a fabricated story about doctors failing in the trials they conducted on other immune people, so they don’t want to spend more time finding a cure. After that, he states that the hospital was attacked by the raiders, so he had to pick her up without waking her up and flee from the location.

  • Microsoft Begins Rolling Out Its Long-Awaited Recall Feature

Microsoft is set to introduce a feature named “Recall”. It has been in development for quite some time and has raised many discussions. Windows Insider users are currently trying it out. It only works on machines that have Copilot Plus Integration.

Microsoft’s “Recall” Feature Nears Launch, but Privacy Concerns Remain

This feature lets users retrieve their on-screen activity automatically, as Copilot continuously processes and records every action in the background. With this assistive tool, users can effortlessly access activities or information they previously viewed.

Nonetheless, privacy and safety specialists have raised significant issues. Microsoft postponed the launch, which was initially slated for June 2024 and then pushed back to October 2024. Microsoft, however, issued concerns about the risks associated with permanently persisting screen recordings, suggesting potential threats from hackers or malicious software to the stored snapshots.

Recall remained unreleased in October as planned. Microsoft Continuously advanced testing on a select few devices, where initially it only functioned on Copilot Plus systems using Qualcomm processors, before eventually broadening the scope to Intel and AMD powered devices.

At this advanced stage, Microsoft has begun testing Recall to a broader audience within their Windows Insider program. This indicates the firm is progressing towards a public launch. Nevertheless, a specific date for the launch has not been provided.

To ease concerns, Microsoft shared new details in a recent blog post. The company stressed that all data captured by Recall stays on the user’s device. None of the screenshots are sent to Microsoft or the cloud. Users can also pause the feature, delete data, or change what Recall can see.

Microsoft hopes this will calm fears and improve trust in the feature. Still, many people remain skeptical. A tool that watches your screen, even to help you, can feel invasive.

Will Recall be a useful tool or a privacy risk? That’s the big question. Some see it as a helpful way to boost productivity. Others think it could open the door to more surveillance.

What do you think about Microsoft Recall? Is it something you would use? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.

  • How to Complete Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary in Fisch

Despite getting a new sea, Fisch’s first sea keeps growing with more bestiary. After last week’s Animal Pool, Fisch added a new Blue Moon event. During the event, a bunker opens in the Snowcap Island mountain, where you can fish for the exclusive Blue Moon event fish. In this guide, we discuss the complete Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary in Fisch, along with some tips to catch these fish easily. With that, let’s begin fishing!

Full List of Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary in Fisch

Completing the Fisch Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary requires catching eight distinct fish species, ranging from common to mythical. You can catch a bonus secret fish if you want, but it will not contribute to the 100% completion. While winter and night are a must, the real task is figuring out the specific weather and bait needed for each. The bestiary features a legendary fish, a mythical fish, and a secret fish, each with its own progress speed. Here is the complete Fisch Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary list:

Best Tips and Tricks to Complete Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary in Fisch

As we mentioned earlier, to complete the Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary, you must unlock the bunker. You will find the Blue Moon bunker in Sea 1 on the Snowcap Island mountain. To unlock the bunker, use the Blue Moon totem when the weather is clear, it is nighttime, and it is winter. Once you have access to the bestiary, here’s how to select the best gear and techniques to complete the Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary faster.

    1. Best Rods for Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary

Completing the Sea 1 bestiary is much simpler, as most of the mid and end-game rods here have ideal stats. While you can go right away with the Ethereal Prism Rod for overall best stats, sometimes it can end up catching only the high-tier fish for you. So, I would suggest the No-Life Rod to complete the Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary in Fisch.

    2. Best Baits for Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary

Catching legendary and mythic fish in the First Sea is easier, particularly for players with higher-quality rods. Using Night Shrimp during the Blue Moon event increases your odds of landing these rare catches. If you have a weaker fishing rod, Coral can improve its durability. Refer to our bestiary table above and the Fisch Bait guide for more detailed help.

    3. Ideal Enchants for Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary

For faster Blue Moon bestiary completion, I recommend the Steady enchantment, as it removes negative buffs or significantly boosts catching speed. If you don’t have Steady, Quality or Resilient offers a balanced alternative for low-level rods. I suggest you review all Fisch enchantments to understand their effects before boosting your rod with it.

    4. Best Rod, Bait, and Enchant Combo for Sea 1 Blue Moon Bestiary

For faster Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary progress, equip the Challenger’s Rod and Steady. This will increase the catching progress speed. To upgrade it further, use Night Shrimp as effective bait with this setup. If you do not have the Challenger’s Rod, switch it with the Tempest Rod. The Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary gives a lot of EXP, so you can also add the Clever enchant to level up fast in Fisch.

So that’s how you can complete the Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary in Fisch. Have you started catching them to finish your bestiary? Let us know in the comments below.

  • iPhone Use by U.S. Teens Rose from 66% to 88% in a Decade

Piper Sandler, a US based investment bank, published its Spring 2025 Youth Survey on April 9th. The report shows that for American teenagers, the iPhone is still the go-to smartphone. The survey of 6455 teens across 43 states showed that 88% of teens have an iPhone and this is a 3% increase from last year’s survey. This means that the ownership is nearing an all-time high. Back in 2015, only 66% of the teens had an iPhone. In the last decade, it is clear that Apple has been making a noticeable impact amongst this demographic.

iPhone Dominates Among Teens, But Other Apple Services Struggle

The report also highlights that 88% of the teens surveyed are planning on purchasing an iPhone as their next phone, showing that the younger generation has a strong brand loyalty. This just shows how successful the company is in retaining trust and preference with its teenage customers.

That being said, truth be told, Apple does not perform well with all their services. With music streaming, they have a market leader in Spotify, which sits at the top of the leaderboard. The survey showed that 65% of teens are on Spotify with 45% of that number being paid subscribers. Apple Music takes the second place with 30% of teen subscribers. But still trailing behind with no clear indication of closing the gap.

Apple TV+ has even more hurdles to jump over. Only 1% of teenagers watch content on Apple TV+ as compared to Netflix and YouTube, who are much more popular at 31% and 26% respectively. This indicates that Apple needs to expand its content and services if it hopes to compete with these streaming behemoths.

VR is another domain where Apple doesn’t excel. 31% of teenagers own some kind of VR device, 25% use Meta’s Oculus and only 1% owns the Apple Vision Pro. The Vision Pro’s high price makes it less appealing for most consumers. Among teenagers who do own VR devices, 60% say they rarely use it, and only 4% claim to use it on a daily basis.

It’s no secret that Apple dominates the smartphone market, but the younger audience will require some strategic adjustments in music streaming, video content, and VR in order for the company to gain traction in these areas.

  • City of the Wolves to be playable at Evo Japan 2025

We’re now just a few weeks away from the launch of Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, and there will be more to look forward to shortly after the game releases too.

SNK has announced they’ll be at Evo Japan 2025 next month where the first DLC character for the game will be playable for attendees.

At their official booth, SNK is offering players the chance to try out Andy Bogard early and see him in action for the first time.

Play sessions will be limited to 20 minutes, an they note if it’s too busy, it may be hard to get in to see him at all at the demo corner.

We already know the full Season 1 DLC lineup for Fatal Fury with Andy being first followed by Street Fighter’s Ken Masters, Joe Higashi, Chun-Li and Mr. Big.

SNK said they plan to release new DLC characters every two months in City of the Wolves, so with Andy being marked as Summer, we can expect him in June and then Ken likely in August.

Although Fatal Fury won’t be an official mainstage game at Evo Japan 2025, they will have a side tournament there at the event that’s bigger than ever.

That’s largely thanks to Street Fighter 6 bringing in the second-largest Evo tournament bracket ever with more players signed up than all the other games combined.

This week also saw the announcement of Hokutomaru as the last main roster member of Fatal Fury after soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo and DJ Salvatore Ganacci were also revealed.

Those who pre-order Fatal Fury get the Season 1 Pass for free, which is set to release on April 24, 2025 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Evo Japan 2025 is set to take place May 9–11.

  • Fisch Blue Moon Bunker Locations in Sea 1 and Sea 2

In this week’s Fisch update, a brand new event has been added to the game. However, it does not spawn automatically or at specific intervals. Rather, it’s up to you Fischers who have the power to activate this event with the help of a new totem. Moreover, while the event is active, you get access to two new fishing locations. So, what are you waiting for? Check out the requirements and jump right into the game to unlock the new Blue Moon bunkers in Fisch Sea 1 and Sea 2.

The first requirement to unlock the Blue Moon bunkers in Fisch is the Blue Moon totem. Note that this item is exclusively available in the second sea of Fisch. You can reach Sea 2 by interacting with the Sea Traveler NPC at Terrapin Island.

Fisch Sea 2 Blue Moon Bunker Location: How to Unlock

    • Sea 2 Blue Moon Bunker location coordinates: X= 1422.3, Y= 156.4, Z= -572

Once you are in Fisch Sea 2, follow the steps below to open the Blue Moon Bunker:

    • Spawn a boat and sail toward the Lushgrove island located to the North of Waveborne island.
    • Now, walk behind the Shipwright on Lushgrove and climb the stones to reach the Sporey Mom NPC.
    • Next, go to your right, climb up the stone, and you will reach the Blue Moon bunker entrance.
    • The gates of the bunker will remain closed if no one in your server has opened it yet.
    • Sporey Mom NPC
    • To open the bunker, you need to purchase the Blue Moon totem for 500,000 E$.
    • Ensure that it’s a Clear Winter Night on your server and then use the totem.
    • Once these conditions are fulfilled and the totem is used, you will activate the Blue Moon Event on your server.

This will open the gates of the bunker. Finally, you can jump right in the hole and start fishing to catch all the fishes from the Sea 2 Blue Moon bestiary.

Fisch Sea 1 Blue Moon Bunker Location: How to Unlock

    • Sea 1 Blue Moon Bunker location coordinates: X= 2705, Y= 188.5, Z= 2558

Now that you have opened the bunker at Sea 2, get ready for another round of fishing because any event that’s introduced in Sea 2 will always have a mirror event for you to participate in Sea 1. This one’s for those who haven’t yet unlocked Sea 2 and can ask any mid-game player to help them use the totem and open the bunker on the server. For that, follow the simple steps below:

    • Once you are at Moosewood, spawn a boat and sail to Snowcap island located to the South of the home island.
    • Having landed at the shore, go straight and climb up the icy stones to reach the first level of the island.
    • From here, navigate to your right, and you will find the Sea 1 Bunker behind the group of trees.
    • Make sure that you have an extra Blue Moon Totem and the same conditions – Clear Winter Night – are active on your server before using it. You might need to use sundial totems to turn day to night.
    • Finally, pop the Blue Moon Totem, and the gates to the bunker on Snowcap island will open.
    • Sea 1 Bunker snowcap
    • sea 1 bunker
    • sea 1 bunker fisch

Finally, you can jump in and bring out your best Fisch rods to catch all the fishes from Sea 1 Blue Moon bestiary.

  • Simple Guide to Transfer Phone Data to New Phone Using Google

Getting a new Android phone is exciting! But one of the first things that comes to mind is how to move everything from your old device to the new one. Many people think transferring data has to be complicated, especially when switching phones. But with Google’s built-in data transfer tool, it’s actually quick and easy.

This method doesn’t require any third-party apps, backups, or manual copying. It’s a direct transfer using the Google feature built right into Android’s Settings. Once Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are turned on, your new phone can pull in all the data from the old phone — including Google accounts, apps, photos, videos, contacts, call logs, messages, and other files.

Whether you’re switching to a new brand or just upgrading your phone, this method works smoothly. It’s secure, simple, and perfect for anyone who wants to get started with their new device quickly. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to follow along. As long as both phones are running Android and meet basic requirements, you’ll be able to complete the process in less than an hour. It’s the ideal solution for anyone who wants to avoid the hassle of cloud backups or external storage devices.

With this tool from Google, your new phone will feel just like the old phone. You would not have to go through the extra street of trying to download all apps again. You also wouldn’t need any third-party app to transfer your files to your new device.

    Things to Consider Before Transferring

Before you begin the data transfer, make sure:

    • Both phones are charged, at least over 80%.
    • Both devices have Bluetooth and WiFi turned on.
    • The new phone must be empty or preferably, factory resetted.
    • You have kept both devices closer to each other
    • Your Google account details must also be at your fingertips.

Follow these Simple Steps to Transfer your Data to your New Device

    1. Turning on your new Android device

    • After making sure that the new device is charged at least 80%, turn it on.
    • Go through the initial setup guide until you reach the “Copy apps & data” screen.

    2. Getting your new phone ready for the Android data transfer.

    • On this screen, you should tap on the “Copy Data from Old Android” option.
    • This should prepare your new phone for the data transfer process.

    3. Enable connectivity on both devices.

    • Go to the old phone’s Settings app to turn on the Bluetooth
    • The phone usually comes with Bluetooth already turned on, so you may not need to turn it on again.
    • If prompted to turn on location services, go ahead and turn it on.

    4. Connecting both Phones

    Missing Some Data?

    • Check Google Photos and Google Drive to see if your media is synced there.
    • You may need to reinstall and log in to certain apps manually.

    Conclusion

Transferring data from one Android phone to another doesn’t have to be complicated. Thanks to Google’s built-in transfer tool, you can move all your important files, apps, and settings in just a few steps—no cables or backups needed.

This method is fast, secure, and perfect for anyone upgrading their device. By following the steps above, you’ll have your new phone set up exactly like your old one in no time. Everything from your photos and contacts to app settings and Wi-Fi passwords will be right where you expect them.

Remember to keep both phones charged and close together during the transfer process. New smartphones usually consume a lot of battery life due to different apps starting to run in the background. Therefore, it is advisable to make sure you charge your smartphone fully before beginning the file transfer.
