After much speculation, NVIDIA finally took the wraps off the more affordable GeForce RTX 5060 series. The new GPUs will join the RTX 5070, 5080, and 5090 series. It stands as a more affordable choice with a performance that fits into the value-for-money category. They bring the latest technologies from NVIDIA like DLSS 4 and Multi-Frame-Gen. However, there is a catch. It could make them not advisable for gamers who tend to keep their GPUs for a long time. The most affordable variant costs $299 but has only 8 GB of VRAM which is not advisable in 2025. 

NVIDIA RTX 5060 and 5060 TI – New Technology, Old Problems

The RTX 5060 Ti comes to deliver excellent performance in 1440p gaming with the Blackwell architecture. They also support DLSS 4 resolution scaling technology and have prices starting at $379 for the 8 GB model and $429 for 16 GB. The RTX 5060 with 8 GB of RAM will sell for about $299.

The popularity of Solo Leveling has grown exponentially over the last couple of years. The source material was already popular during its run, but with the release of the anime adaptation, the title’s fame has skyrocketed. Fans who have read the manhwa until the end know where the series heads and what happens to their beloved protagonist, Sung Jinwoo. However, many fans of the original series are not yet familiar with the sequel or have their doubts about it. So, we discuss whether the sequel, Solo Leveling Ragnarok, is as good as Solo Leveling.

Should You Read Solo Leveling Ragnarok?

Yes, Solo Leveling Ragnarok is indeed a manhwa series that should be read and given a chance to shine. Unlike several other spin-offs, Ragnarok doesn’t divert away from the original characters.

So, in the epilogue of Solo Leveling, we see Jinwoo handing over a locket to his beloved soulmate, Cha Hae-In, and instructing Kaisel to take her back to their son on Earth.

Following the beautiful scene, Sung Jinwoo enters the interdimensional portal to confront the Outer Gods, who were the reason for all the chaos in the human world. On the other side, Cha Hae-In gets stuck in another portal for five years. It all started with the Absolute Being, who created Rulers and Monarchs at the dawn of time. He was a powerful entity with a significant Mana that gave him the ability to create an entire universe. Well, there’s no need to worry, as Solo Leveling Ragnarok does the needful in the most amazing way. The original manhwa focused on the Monarchs and Rulers, and Ragnarok brings the ones who are the biggest threat to the world. These antagonistic figures are called the Itarim, or the Outer Gods.

Itarim is a race that the Absolute Being belonged to. These entities are basically the most powerful forces that have the authority to create life out of nothing. For instance, as the Absolute Being whom we met in the original series created Rulers out of light and Monarchs out of darkness, the other Outer Gods created different universes.

The Rulers were the good guys who took possession of some humans who emerged as hunters, and Monarchs (see the strongest Monarchs in Solo Leveling) were the bad guys who chased the Rulers to Earth and caused chaos in the living world. Despite being vessels to the mighty Rulers, the Hunters had to go through a lot of pain while tackling these Monarchs. If Ashborn hadn’t transferred his full powers to Jinwoo, it would have been impossible for anyone to defeat these powerful villains.

In Solo Leveling Ragnarok, Jinwoo has to step up again and leave his family behind to handle the Outer Gods, who want to invade the untamed realm that has been left behind after the death of the Absolute Being.

Not only the Itarims but our heroes also fight their servants called Apostles, who serve as the secondary antagonists of the sequel.

Solo Leveling Ragnarok Doesn’t Forget Jinwoo While Focusing on His Son

The original manhwa sees Jinwoo fighting all the bad guys after getting trained by the System and eventually becoming the new Shadow Monarch, Ashborn’s successor.

By the time we reached the final chapter, we knew that if, someday, a sequel of the popular manhwa arrived, it would feature Jinwoo’s son in the lead role. That’s because it’s nothing new, and we have witnessed a similar concept in critically acclaimed titles like Naruto. However, despite harboring familiarity in approach, both web novels are way too different. In Boruto, Naruto isn’t given a major role to play, but Ragnarok sees Jinwoo in an important role, even though most of it has been happening off-screen.

Sung Jinwoo becomes Immortal at the end of Solo Leveling, so it makes sense that he holds the responsibility to fight the mighty Outer Gods in the sequel. He discovers he can tackle the Itarim in Outer Space, but he needs a supporting hand on Earth to protect the human world from its Apostles. And who can Jinwoo trust other than his own son? So, he sends Beru to train Suho and prepare him for the showdown.

Sung Jinwoo fought the Monarchs all by himself, but the sequel shows him getting a backup in the form of his own son, Sung Suho. Solo Leveling Ragnarok is certainly a sequel that gives the son a chance to shine without diminishing the father’s glory.

Sung Suho’s Journey Isn’t A Copy-Paste of Jinwoo’s Story

Sung Jinwoo undergoes an awakening sometime before Solo Leveing’s story. However, he was the weakest hunter of humanity until the System chose Jinwoo in the Double Dungeon. On the other side, Suho’s journey as a hunter starts differently. He gets awakened when he decides to help one of his female classmates from an infected hunter.

Like his father, he also starts at the E-Rank, but he is not like the Jinwoo we met in the first chapter of Solo Leveling. Despite lacking powers, Suho never shies away from standing up against injustice, and this is something that wasn’t possible for Jinwoo until the Double Dungeon incident. He was weak, and more often than not, the boy became a burden for other Hunters during most raids.

Sung Suho, on the other hand, was conceived after his father reached the peak of his powers, so he inherited those abilities since birth. That’s why he was powerful enough to tackle at least the corrupt humans with his bare hands without any otherworldly powers.

Solo Leveling exposed us to the intriguing world of Monarchs, Rulers, and Hunters, while Ragnarok expands the already existing world and brings some new characters to the front. The sequel further boasts some of the best action sequences and comes with unexpected revelations that remained a mystery in the first part.

So, yes, the sequel of Solo Leveling is as interesting and thrilling as the original manhwa. It expands on the world of Hunters by introducing new characters, but it also doesn’t diminish the importance of the characters from the original series.

Google Gemini Becomes Smarter With Photos Integration

The new version of the app was previewed in the last month. Now, the folks at 9to5Google spotted it is finally hitting smartphones. It adds two new components: The first allows it to look through backed-up images and photos to search for faces, locations, and dates. It also offers response-specific prompts, such as “show recent selfies” or “find photos of landscapes”. Google has been implementing smart recognition features in Photos for a while, now it adds a further step with the integration of AI.

The second feature takes more advantage of AI. For example, when asking questions such as “Where did I eat vegan food in Lisbon?” or “What is the driver’s license of the Ferrari I saw in Bergamo?” Tapping a result opens the Photos app, and there is a “Show more” button that should give more details.

Google Photos can be enabled through the Android app or Gemini. In the top-right corner, in the Profile Menu, there are Apps; Scroll to Media, and Enable Google Photos. It sits next to Spotify and YouTube. It is worth noting that the update is rolling out in a gradual form. For now, it is available only in the United States. Google is probably doing some tests with real-world scenarios before proceeding to a wider rollout.

It’s natural to see Google further expanding the features of Gemini. With competitors like ChatGPT and DeepSeek raising their efforts in Android, we expect the company to hurry in implementing features.

Sentomaru, the sumo wrestler-like character in One Piece, used to give us nightmares during the popular Sabaody Archipelago arc. He could control the pacifistas and was undoubtedly one of the most powerful characters at that time. But now, the minor antagonist has turned into an ally of the Straw Hats as he needs to protect his savior, Vegapunk, from the wrath of the World Government. Thus, the emotional battle between Sentomaru and his uncle Kizaru left him in a devastated state in the series. So, is Sentomaru dead or alive? Sentomaru vs Kizaru in One Piece

The One Piece anime resumed the Egghead arc after a six-month hiatus and is currently adapting some of the best fights in this arc, starting with Sentomaru vs his uncle Kizaru.

As the bodyguard of Dr. Vegapunk, Sentomaru betrays the Marines and sides with the Straw Hat Pirates to help the old man escape from the island safely. Due to this action, Saturn, one of the ex-Five Elders, ordered Kizaru to take down Sentomaru and restore order at the futuristic island. The mentors going against their protege is a common theme in the Egghead arc as we earlier saw Garp take on Aokiji.

So, as we saw on Egghead island, Rob Lucci unleashed a strong attack on Sentomaru to make him go unconscious and took control of the Seraphim. In similar fashion, Kizaru crossed the labophase’s protection using his Pika Pika no Mi powers.

We knew Sentomaru had no chance against his uncle and, as expected, it didn’t take long for him to accept defeat. Even though Sentomaru tried to defend himself against his uncle, he was no match for him, and Kizaru defeated him swiftly by unleashing a laser beam attack.

After that, the admiral took control of the latest versions of Pacifistas. Once again, he was knocked unconscious, but Sentomaru certainly didn’t die after his fight with Kizaru.

Does Sentomaru Die in the Egghead Arc?

After going up against Rob Lucci and Kizaru, Sentomaru is gravely wounded at this point. Still, when Jewelry Bonney was falling from the Fabriophase, Sentomaru came at the right time to save her as they had became close friends when Kuma came with her to Egghead Island. Then, the One Piece Marine officers arrest him later on in the story.

It could have been the end of Sentomaru’s story, but Iron Giant Emet luckily unleashed Joy Boy‘s tremendous Conqueror’s Haki (read about types of Haki) throughout the island. This resulted in most of the Marines getting overwhelmed and fainting to the ground. The teary-eyed Sentomaru uses this opportunity to free himself and escape the island in a small boat. Thus, yes, Sentomaru survives at the end of the Egghead arc.

Besides her ties to Lucia, we know little else about the character’s background or how he turned to a life of crime. What we do know for sure is that he’ll be a playable character in the game. Speaking of which, his model looks to have undergone significant changes, as his appearance was much different in the leaked gameplay footage from 2022. It’s worth noting that Rockstar has yet to confirm if the male protagonist is even named Jason. The community learned about the name thanks to leaks as well.

The trailer makes it apparent that the duo are partners-in-crime. Besides their daring vehicle escape, it features separate shots of Jason and Lucia holding up a convenience store. The pair can be seen striding purposely through the aisles, possibly to go up to the cashier, and they also burst through the store’s doors with firearms at the ready. These sequences are likely displayed in reverse order and culminate in the car escape mentioned earlier.

The trailer strongly suggests a romantic angle for their relationship since the duo can be seen having an intimate moment. Any remaining doubts were cleared up by the game’s cover art, which displays Lucia with her arm around Jason. While we don’t know the extent of their crime spree, we can safely assume that the upcoming game will feature missions that see them commit robberies together.

The mention was also dated ‘2025’, the year GTA 6 is scheduled to release.

Furthermore, his CV has no media credits in 2023, which aligns with Rockstar’s potential voice-over timeline. Of course, this is just speculation at the moment, and the actor himself has yet to comment on these rumors.

2. Troy Baker

Troy Baker is a well-established voice actor credited with iconic roles such as Joel from The Last of Us and Sam Drake from Uncharted 4. Fans linked the actor to Jason purely out of speculation, but he was quick to shoot down those claims in an interview.

3. Bryan Zampella

Actor Bryan Zampella was linked to Jason shortly after the emergence of the 2022 leaks. He went on to lean into these rumors by posting images of himself cosplaying as the character, gray tank top and all.

He is also connected to Rockstar employees on social media, which stoked the fire even more. Without an official confirmation, it’s hard to deduce if the New York City native is actually involved in the game or if he’s taking fans for a ride.

Nvidia is making big moves to bring more of its chip production to the United States. On Monday, the company said it has added over a million square feet of manufacturing space in Arizona and Texas. The goal: to build and test its latest AI chips right on U.S. soil.

Production of Nvidia’s new Blackwell chips is already underway at TSMC’s facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. Meanwhile, the company is setting up supercomputer manufacturing sites in Texas — one with Foxconn in Houston, and another with Wistron in Dallas.

Nvidia is now teaming up with Amkor and SPIL in Arizona for chip packaging and testing. These are crital steps which are necessary in getting the chips ready for real-world use.

Expected Date for Mass Production

In the next 12 to 15 months, Nvidia expects mass production to begin in Houston and Dallas. The company is projected to be able to produce about $500 million worth of AI infrastructure within the U.S.

Jensen Huang, Nvidia’s CEO, said,

“The engines of the world’s AI infrastructure are being built in the United States for the first time. Adding American manufacturing helps us better meet the incredible and growing demand for AI chips and supercomputers, strengthens our supply chain, and boosts our resiliency.”

Timing Is No Coincidence

This announcement comes just days after reports said Nvidia avoided U.S. export controls on its H20 chip. That chip is one of the last advanced Nvidia products still allowed for export to China.

She betrayed Stella by snitching to the World Government about Vegapunk’s research on the Void Century and Poneglyphs.

York also stole part of the Mother Flame and handed it over to the Five Elders to prove where her loyalty lay. This part of the Mother Flame was used to annihilate the Lulusia Kingdom. Moreover, she kidnapped Cipher Pol agents and locked them up to keep raising suspicions about Vegapunk. The Reason Why York Betrayed Vegapunk in One Piece

The simple answer is that York represents the greed aspect of Dr Vegapunk and her greediness got the better of her. She dislikes her current life and aspires to become a God. That’s why she sold the forbidden information and sent a portion of the Mother Flame to the World Government to secure the position of a Celestial Dragon.

The Gorosei, aka the Five Elders, initially plan to assassinate York along with the other satellites of Vegapunk. Later, they changed their mind as they wanted York to deliver more of the Mother Flame for them. In the end, York was also one of the last surviving satellites of Vegapunk, along with Lilith. However, it was later revealed that Vegapunk’s satellites survived in a surprising way.

Currently, York’s whereabouts remain unknown but she is predicted to have been rescued by the World Government after the Egghead incident.

How Did Vegapunk Find Out About York’s Plan?

From the readings of the Mother Flame power station and the data stored in Punk Records, Dr. Vegapunk eventually realized there was a traitor among them. Only Shaka and Pythagoras had a perfect alibi, so naturally, they suspected the rest of them, including Lilith, Atlas, and York.

Later, they discovered that York was the culprit as she was importing false memories into Punk Records. After learning that the wrath of the World Government would hit soon, Vegapunk made plans for the greater good, including sacrificing his precious life.

He recorded a lengthy message revealing the truth regarding the Void Century, Joy Boy, Ancient Weapons, and more. The old Einstein look-alike also deleted his memories along with Shaka and Pythagoras so that York wouldn’t find out that they had learned about her betrayal.
