  • One Piece: Gunko Show off the Regenerative Powers of the God’s Knights

One Piece manga has returned with chapter 1146 after a short break last week. The previous chapter concluded with Gunko arriving on Colon’s ship. Hence, fans eagerly awaited the showdown between the Straw Hats crew on the ship and the God’s Knights member in One Piece Chapter 1146.

The Straw Hats Pirates are a Yonko-level crew, so the fandom expected them to withstand Gunko’s arrow devil fruit powers. However, Oda gives an intriguing power-up to Gunko, and possibly all the other God’s Knights, in the latest chapter, making them a force to be reckoned with in the story.

The latest chapter opens up with Gunko fighting a portion of the Straw Hat Pirates on Colon’s ship. Though it was a 1 vs 5 situation, Gunko has no trouble dealing with the Straw Hats with her Aro Aro no Mi devil fruit powers. To everyone’s surprise, Usopp stands up against Gunko and uses his Kuro Kabuto to shoot her down. His shot completely destroys Gunko’s upper body, and even Usopp gets scared that he went overboard.

Much to everyone’s disbelief, Gunko is revealed to possess a regeneration ability similar to the Five Elders in One Piece. Gunko swiftly restores her destroyed body parts, which is something no one saw coming. Now that Gunko has received a regeneration powerup from Oda, fans question whether the rest of the God’s Knights members also possess the same ability.

Earlier, it was stated that Gunko possesses a mark that allows her to summon her friends using the ‘Abyss.’ So, we would have to wait for some time to see if the people with the mark are the only ones who have the regeneration ability.

In the Egghead arc, Saint Saturn‘s use of regeneration powers in the battle made the fans worried about the strength of the final antagonists of One Piece. With Gunko repeating history again, this piece of evidence against makes us wonder if she is related to Imu. Because the Gorosei certainly received their demonic powers from their supreme leader.

Things are not heading the way we anticipate, as Gunko didn’t recognize Brook and is so fixated on ruining lives in the giants’ homeland. So will Gunko redeem herself by the end of the Elbaf arc? Let us know in the comments below.

  • Leaked Fortnite Image Shows Death Star Ahead of Star Wars Season

The Death Star is coming to Fortnite, and due to a new leak, fans can get a preview of what the legendary Star Wars battle station will look like in-game. Fortnite has seen its fair share of catastrophic dangers in the past, such as Galactus in Chapter 2 Season 3, but the Galactic Empire’s most feared weapon is due to attack the Island in a forthcoming Star Wars season.

This crossover, officially revealed during Star Wars Celebration Japan, is titled Galactic Battle and promises plenty of fan service. Expect new skins like Jedi Master Mace Windu and the infamous Darth Jar Jar—a wild nod to the fan theory that Jar Jar Binks was secretly a Sith Lord all along. The Fortnite Star Wars event wouldn’t be complete without the Death Star itself, the galaxy-destroying juggernaut first seen in Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope, looming large over the battlefield.

Fortnite Leak Reveals First Look of Death Star for the Star Wars Season

According to a X post by known leaker @SpushFNBR and later confirmed by @ShiinaBR, “during the season, we will see the Death Star moving, there will be 4 phases.” We have seen a rotation of map locations, characters, or themes within a season before. However, with this new approach, Fortnite might be bringing a whole lot of chaos upon the island.

Fortnite and Star Wars collaborated last time on May 4. So, you can expect some iconic star-studded cosmetics. While I mentioned the Jedi Master and Darth Jar Jar, I would love to see a return of the classic skins that many fans of the franchise loved.

Fortnite is yet to unveil anything official regarding Chapter 6, Season 3. Multiple leakers have already teased that the next Fortnite season will be called ‘Galactic Battle‘, a nod to the Star Wars-themed environment and gameplay. So, it is appropriate to have the iconic battleship loom over the island for the entire season, ultimately unloading its wrath.

Are you excited for Fortnite x Star Wars Season? How do you think the Death Star will play its part in Fortnite’s Star Wars season? Do tell us in the comments below.

  • Vivo X200 Ultra: All Hail To The King of Camera Flagships

The Vivo X200 Ultra went official today along with the Vivo X200S. As you may expect, the X200 Ultra stands as the big king of the family with compelling flagships specifications and exceptional camera performance. The smartphone is a beast of a camera phone with two ISPs and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. To make things further impressive, the phone comes with a lens add-on that enhances the smartphone’s photography abilities.

Vivo X200 Ultra Specs and Features

The Vivo X200 Ultra is the high-end smartphone of the lineup, so we can expect the best possible specifications. It comes with Qualcomm’s latest flagship SoC coupled with 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM. The storage is UFS 4.1 and comes in three distinct options – 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB.

The X200 Ultra comes with a 10-bit 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a QHD+ resolution, 4,500 nits peak brightness and up to 120 Hz Adaptive Refresh Rate. The phone has minimal bezels with a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera.

The camera is what makes the Vivo X200 Ultra a monster. It has always been the focal point of the vivo X-series, and the Ultra continues this legacy and even expands it. The phone comes with a V key on the right side, right where the index finger goes with digital cameras. It’s a customizable button that fits perfectly for a dedicated shutter trigger.

    Two ISPs in One Flagship

The Vivo X200 Ultra has two dedicated camera chips. There is the Vivo V3+, the classic ISP for post-processing, and the new Vivo VS1. The latter is a new platform that aims to enhance exposure and focus, and take care of image stacking. It will forward the data when necessary to the V3+. In the end, the two chips will be capable of handling intensive tasks and delivering great results in noise reduction or sharpening.

    Vivo X200 Ultra

The handset has three cameras on the rear. There is a 50 MP Sony LYT-818 1/1.28″ sensor with f/1.7 aperture at the front. Furthermore, there is a 200 MP long telephoto camera with a Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor that is 1/1.14″ and has an 85mm equivalent focal length. There is another 50 MP Sony LYT-818, which takes care of the ultra-wide shots. All cameras support 4K video recording at 120fps for slow-motion shots. The 4K at 60 fps video recording offers support for the Dolby Vision true colors feature. The selfie camera is also a powerful unit with 50 MP.

    Vivo X200 Ultra

Unique Camera Add-On that Makes the Vivo X200 Ultra a King in This Category

The Vivo X200 Ultra aims to be defined as a camera smartphone, and a king in this regard. We all know that in the current industry, specs are not everything. After all, most of the flagships share similar camera capabilities.

To be different and make the Ultra a unique smartphone, Vivo brings an optional add-on zoom lens that acts as a teleconverter by bringing an extra 2.35x zoom on top of the telephoto camera’s current magnification. It results in images with an equivalent focal length of 200 mm. It comes in a special Photography Set that has several lenses, straps, a case that attaches to a grip with USB-C, and a separate 2,300 mAh battery.

Moving on, the smartphone has Android 15 with the latest Origin OS running atop. The device has a huge 6,000 mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

    Pricing and Availability

The Vivo X200 Ultra sells in Black or Red, and there is also a White version that imitates the design of Rimowa Suitcases. The starting price is CNY 6,499 ($900 / €775) for the 12GB/256GB variant. The high-end model with 16GB/1TB with satellite communications costs CNY 7,999 ($1,100/€950).  This high-end model is the only one available with the Photography Set, with the price for the whole package set at CNY 9,699 ($1,350/€1,150).

As promising as it looks, we don’t think the Vivo X200 Ultra will make its way to international markets. It’s the kind of amazing and unique device that will remain exclusive to the domestic market.

  • Best Free & Open-Source Alternatives to Microsoft Excel

Not everyone needs Excel. Some people just want to track grocery costs. Others need a tool for work or business. Others may also need the excel tool itself. However, affording the premium version has become a limitation to what they actually need the tool for.  Whatever your reason, there are free spreadsheet apps out there. Many of them are great and easy to use. Most of these alternative applications also offer certain important features that may not be available in Microsoft Excel for free.

Spreadsheets are a big part of life now. People use them to manage money, track goals, or work with large amounts of data. Microsoft Excel is still the most popular one. But it costs money. And you need to use Microsoft’s software with it.

If you want to save money or have more control over your tools, free alternatives are worth checking out. Most of them work on Windows, Mac, and Linux, too.

    Excel Still Rules in Business

Excel is still the top choice for many businesses. It works well with other Microsoft tools. It also has powerful features.

    People love Excel because:

    • It’s easy to use if you’ve used it before.
    • It has pivot tables and macros.
    • You can write scripts using Visual Basic.
    • It connects to other data sources.
    • It makes nice graphs and charts.

But not everyone needs all of that. If you don’t use Excel every day for work, you might find that a free tool does the job just as well.

    1. LibreOffice Calc – A Great All-Rounder

Best for: Most people looking for a free Excel replacement

LibreOffice Calc is part of LibreOffice, a free office suite. It also includes tools like Writer (for documents) and Impress (for presentations).

    What it offers:

    • It opens and saves Excel files.
    • It has charts, pivot tables, and formulas.
    • It works with scripts in Basic, Python, and JavaScript.
    • It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Calc looks and feels like Excel. It’s free and gets updates often. If you’re not tied to Microsoft Office, this is a great place to start.

There’s also Collabora Online. It’s based on LibreOffice but works in your browser. You can work with your team in real time, like Google Docs, but without giving up control of your data.

    2. Gnumeric – Simple and Fast (Linux Only)Microsoft Excel Alternative

Best for: Linux users who want a light tool

Gnumeric is a fast and easy spreadsheet tool. It only works on Linux. You can install it with a simple command.

    Why use it:

    • It’s small and doesn’t slow your computer down.
    • It’s known for accuracy (good for science and math work).
    • It supports formulas and charts.
    • You can use Python to automate tasks.

It doesn’t have everything (like pivot tables), but it’s great for quick jobs or simple needs.

    3. OnlyOffice Spreadsheet Editor – Made for the CloudMicrosoft Excel Alternative

Best for: Teams who need to work together online

OnlyOffice is built for people who want to work in the cloud. It feels modern and is packed with features.

    What you get:

    • Pivot tables, charts, and formulas
    • Live editing with teammates
    • Macros using JavaScript
    • You can run it in a browser or install it yourself with Docker

OnlyOffice works well for remote teams. You can set it up on a home server or NAS. That means you can open your files from anywhere. It’s a good Excel replacement for small businesses, too.

    4. Grist – A Mix of Spreadsheet and DatabaseMicrosoft Excel Alternative

Best for: People who need structure and flexibility

Grist is a smart tool. It mixes a spreadsheet with a database. You can build forms, manage user access, and write scripts in Python.

    What it does:

    • Works in your browser (or you can host it yourself)
    • Imports Excel files
    • Lets you control who sees or edits what
    • Helps you build workflows and apps for your data

It works differently from Excel, so it takes a little time to learn. But it’s powerful, especially for teams or people handling complex info.

    5. Python – For Serious Data WorkPython

Best for: Data professionals and tech-savvy users

Python isn’t a spreadsheet. But if you work with data often, it’s worth learning. It’s one of the most used languages in data science.

    Why it’s useful:

    • You can use Pandas and NumPy to clean and analyze data.
    • Make charts with Matplotlib and Seaborn.
    • Jupyter Notebooks let you write code and see results step-by-step.

Python won’t replace Excel for basic stuff. But it will let you do things Excel can’t. If you’re a data nerd, this is the next level.

How to Pick the Right One

Think about what you need most:

    • Need pivot tables? Try LibreOffice Calc or OnlyOffice.
    • Use Linux and want something light? Gnumeric is great.
    • Need to work with others online? Go with OnlyOffice or Grist.
    • Love digging into data? Python is for you.

All of these are free. Try a few and see which one feels right for you.

    Ditch Excel Without Losing Power

You don’t need to pay for Microsoft Excel to stay productive. There are free tools that are powerful, easy to use, and work across platforms. Whether you want to leave Microsoft behind or just save money, there’s an option for you.

Test them out. You may be surprised at what you can do with these tools. And if you want more, check out other guides on free alternatives to Microsoft 365 or Adobe software. You’ll save money and stay in control of your work.

  • Today’s Wordle Hints, Answer for #1403 on April 22, 2025

NYT Wordle is a satisfying and tricky test of vocabulary and logic that challenges players to guess a new five-letter word every day. However, things can get a little too challenging at times, and that probably explains why you’re here. So, if you don’t want to break your word-guessing streak or get too frustrated, take a look at today’s Wordle hints and answer for puzzle #1403 for April 22, 2025, down below!

    How to Play Wordle

Wordle is a word puzzle game by The New York Times. You are given six attempts to guess a five-letter word. The letters are highlighted in Yellow, Green, and Grey when you input a word. Yellow denotes that the letter appears in today’s Wordle answer, but it’s not at the right spot. Meanwhile, when a letter turns green, it means you have guessed the right letter in the right position. At last, a grey letter means the letter is not part of today’s answer.

While it may seem that winning at Wordle is easy, it is difficult to get that pesky five-letter word right. To help you out, here are some quick tips on how to play Wordle:

    • Open with a strong word – Using the right Wordle starting words rich with multiple vowels and consonants is important. While you can take a look at our dedicated guide, starting words like AISLE, SALTY, and DINER are my go-to choices.
    • Pay attention to colors – Keep track of the yellow, green, and grayed-out letters to eliminate incorrect positions and letters. To make every guess count, avoid accidentally repeating letters that have already been eliminated.
    • Isolate the vowels – There can be days when your usual starting words don’t help much. In that case, try to test the remaining vowels by using different words.
    • Repeating letters is good – Don’t be afraid of repeating letters as history is proof that there are chances the Wordle answer will have one or two letters that repeat themselves.
    • Use the Wordlebot – As described above, NYT’s Wordlebot is an intuitive bot that analyzes your responses and compares them against itself. Instilling some healthy competition can help you improve your own Wordle guessing and see what you could have done better.

Meaning of Artsy — Someone trying very hard to look and act “artistic,” sometimes in a way that feels a bit forced or insincere.

Today’s Wordle was a little too easy, thanks to SALTY opening the round by unveiling four out of the five letters I needed. That confirmed that the Wordle answer today ended with “Y” and had the letters “S”, “A”, and “T”. DINER had just an “R” in yellow to offer, but that was all I needed to arrive at ARTSY as the Wordle answer for the day.

  • New Capcom Fighting Collection 2 trailer highlights Capcom Fighting Evolution and Power Stone 2

We’re now less than a month away from the release of the Capcom Fighting Collection 2, which is set to revive eight classic fighters — though some would probably call at least one entry not much of a classic.

Capcom just dropped a new game spotlight trailer for the Capcom Fighting Collection 2 highlighting a few of the games included in particular.

Like the previous collection trailer we saw last week, this one focuses on Capcom Fighting Evolution and Power Stone 2.

First up is showcasing Power Stone 2 where they go over footage detailing how the sequel was improved and made even more wild compared to the original.

Power Stone 2 first released all the way back in 2000, but it hasn’t been rereleased since the PlayStation Portable collection from 2006 — so it’s been almost two decades since players had access to the game on current hardware officially.

Capcom Fighting Evolution is probably the weirdest inclusion in the bundle considering the 2004 fighting game is not looked back on as fondly as the rest for its mish mash of characters and mechanics as well as a lack of polish.

The game combines some of the cast together from Street Fighter 2, Darkstalkers, Street Fighter Alpha, Red Earth, and Street Fighter 3, and perhaps a new look at the game will bring in a bit more appreciation for the closest thing we’ve gotten to a Capcom vs. Capcom game.

The rest of the trailer consists of showing off some of the other features available in the compilation like Training Mode and the pre-order bonuses like the special Capcom vs. SNK comic book in North America.

As mentioned above, there’s eight games included in the collection in total with Capcom vs. SNK Pro, Capcom vs. SNK 2, Capcom Fighting Evolution, Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper, Power Stone, Power Stone 2, Project Justice and Plasma Sword.

The Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is set to release on May 16 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

So, to help you out, we have added the Strands hints, answers, and Spangram on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, below.

    What is NYT Strands?

NYT Strands is a word game created by The New York Times as part of its growing “Games” library. The aim of this New York Times game is to connect letters in a six-by-eight grid to form a bunch of words that share the same theme.

To get you started, the puzzle will give you a theme for today’s NYT Strands. You can use it to form multiple “theme” words which will be relevant to this theme, along with one “special” word called the Spangram. This is a word or phrase that spans the length of the grid, vertically, horizontally, or diagonally, giving you the key to crack the rest of the Strands theme words.

The theme for today’s Strands can be relevant in many different ways. So, the puzzle keeps you on your toes every day with its intriguing set of theme words and Spangrams.

The answers for today’s Strands were pretty straightforward. I started off with the first set of theme words – CHAI and ESPRESSO. Once I spotted MENU, solving the Spangram and the rest of theme words was an easy affair.

What is NYT Strands Spangram and How Does It Work?

Every NYT Strands puzzle consists of a unique word or phrase that’s called the Spangram. This word or set of words will run the length of two opposite sides of the grid. One thing to note here is that, a Spangram doesn’t necessarily have to originate or end at the edge of the grid.

In its essence, the Spangram is kind of like a bigger hint that sums up today’s Strands theme in just a word or two. Since it spans across two sides of the puzzle, solving it early helps you figure out the rest of the theme words and vice versa.

Tips and Tricks for Mastering NYT Strands Puzzles

Solving an NYT Strands puzzle successfully isn’t that hard in itself, but in some cases, the approach might not be as straightforward as it looks. So, here are simple tips and tricks that we suggest you follow to crack the theme words and Spangram for Strands puzzles:

    • Always start at the corners: No two puzzles are the same. But the chances of the Spangram extending to a diagonal form are quite low. So, the best strategy is to find and decrypt relevant words that are at the corners of the grid.
    • Don’t be ashamed to get hints: Sometimes, a theme word could be all you need to solve the entire puzzle. If that requires getting a hint using non-theme words, then that’s the first thing you should do. After all, the point is to have fun and figure this out, like all of us.
    • Think both literally and figuratively: Not all themes may land you in the same sense of thought. Some puzzles may welcome more clever answers that may convey something totally different from their actual meaning.
    • Aim for the Spangram: The Spangram is what splits the Strands board in half. So, figuring it out will help you cross out other potential approaches for a theme. Deciphering even half of the Spangram can get you close to the rest of the answers.

The NYT Connections for April 22 was an easy 2 out of 5 but annoying to the maximum. The Yellow group came first and as an expert on cancelling plans, this one was easy to solve. The Green category came next and well, I had this one in the bag pretty soon too. However, I did need Google here.

The Blue category on the other hand was a bit more troubling since I kept getting confused between the rest of the words. Thankfully, I got it in the end. With only four words left, I got them together to get the Purple category and the NYT Connections for April 22.

How to Play Connections: Tips & Tricks to Solve the Puzzle

Given the fact you’re here, chances are that you already know how to play NYT Connections. As you might be able to tell by now, Connections by The New York Times is a word association game where players sort out 16 random words into four categories by finding a common ‘connection.’ This can be anything from a common sound to a deeper meaning.

That said, if you’re still confused, here are the best tips on how to play NYT Connections:

    • Simplicity is key: Connections will often throw ambiguous words at you. While it’s easy to get caught up in the details, the answer almost always lies in the simplest connections possible. So, instead of dear and deer being connected through a hunter-prey dynamic, they most likely connect because of a similar sound.
    • Watch those guesses: A key thing to note is Connections only gives you four chances in 24 hours for a single puzzle. As such, we advise not being trigger happy and carefully weighing in your words before pressing that submit button.
    • Shuffle Away: While a bit tricky, the sneaky Connections editor deliberately puts the first word placement as a misdirection. So the one golden tip here is to press that Shuffle button before you go on solving it.

If you’re still unsure how to proceed, check out our dedicated how-to-play NYT Connections guide for all the help you need.

We hope you had similar luck as I did for today’s game. If not, please let us know in the comments below!

  • City of the Wolves on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox and Steam Deck

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves is now available in early access, and you should check out our big review for Fatal Fury’s return if you haven’t already.

Although the game’s only been out a matter of hours now, there’s already input lag test results for City of the Wolves to take a gander at to see which versions have the most / least.

Latency expert Nigel ‘Noodalls’ Woodall has run a bunch of tests on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and the Steam Deck.

Using his phototransistor testing method, he was able to put all of the versions through the ringer with some clear differences in where you play.

Starting with the newest hardware, the PS5 Pro came in at 79.29 ms of latency, which equates to 4.96 frames of lag from when you press a button to when the game registers it on screen.

This is actually the highest amount of any system interestingly, but the regular PS5 is right there too at 79.14 ms or 4.95 frames.

The last generation version actually performed better at 65.09 ms or 4.07 frames on the regular PS4 and 60.9 ms on the PS4 Pro or 3.8 frames.

Said difference could be in part due to the PS4 version running without any V-Sync option, which also means that version of Fatal Fury also has quite a bit of screen tearing as a trade off.

The way to actually get the least amount of lag, however, appears to be running the last gen version on the new systems.

Using the PS4 version on the PS5 produced results of 51.88 ms or 3.24 frames, but things can be even better on the most expensive hardware.

Despite its native test results, the PS5 Pro clocked in at just 46.4 ms or 2.9 frames of input lag when running the PS4 version.

So that seems to be your clear winner in terms of getting the least amount of latency possible.

As for the Xbox Series X|S, it did manage to put up better numbers than the PS5 version of the game.

Both Xboxes clocked in nearly identically with the Series X coming in at 60.51 ms / 3.78 frames of latency, so it’s only getting beat out by the PS4 on PS5 option.

Noodalls also ran two different tests on the Steam Deck to get preliminary results on the PC version that came to some interesting conclusions too.

Contrary to what you’d likely expect, running Fatal Fury with V-Sync on actually produced slightly lower latency at 61.72 ms / 3.86 frames.

That is compared to V-Sync off, which came in at 66.16 ms / 4.14 frames.

There are currently no tests run on a standard PC yet, but we’ll update you if those become available soon from Noodalls.

Overall, it seems Fatal Fury falls in line with what we’ve been seeing out of many / most fighting games the past few generations though the PS5 version is a bit higher than the rest of the pack, which is also not unusual to see in the realm of fighting games.
