Today’s NYT Strands Answers (July 7)
Today’s Spangram
The Spangram for today’s NYT Strands puzzle is — GRAYSCALE.
Today’s Answers
If you have scrolled this far, you’re probably ready to see the answers. So, let’s take a look at today’s Strands theme words in Strands:
- SLATE
- CHARCOAL
- PLATINUM
- GRAPHITE
- STEEL
- FLINT
Today’s theme was “Not just black and white,” and true to it, I found the blue and yellow colors in a jiffy. Seconds after scanning the letter grid, I found my first word SLATE at the bottom right corner. Then, I spotted coal above it, but it wasn’t the answer. Instead, CHARCOAL turned out to be one of today’s answers.
This is when I spotted the word GRAY above it and connected the letters to form today’s Spangram, which is GRAYSCALE. Finding the remaining words was fairly simple. I found PLATINUM, STEEL, FLINT, and GRAPHITE in order to wrap up today’s puzzle.
