Manchester United are now winless in five games after drawing at Villa Park this afternoon.
Heading into the international break, they sit 14th in the English Premier League after their worst start in Premier League history.
Last summer, United brought in three new coaches to assist Erik ten Hag in his coaching duties.
Ruud van Nistelrooy, Rene Hake and Andreas Georgson all joined the Dutchman in the dugout.
INEOS and Sir Jim Ratcliffe want to run United more efficiently in every aspect, from the coaching staff to the transfer policy, all the way down to the staff lunch provisions.

And it seems that a new man is coming into the club to aid with the coaching department.
But it’s not for the first team.
One key part of the club’s future prosperity is the state of the academy.
The Red Devils have always leaned on Carrington’s produce, with four of their starters in today’s game coming from their academy.
During the early months of the new regime, the club have stocked the academy with promising stars for the future.
Chido Obi-Martin officially joined the club on Friday as the latest recruit.
And now the focus has switched to the coaching side.
United are to appoint Simon Wiles from League 2 side Salford City to be their new U16s coach according to journalist Alan Nixon.
The 29-year-old’s playing career saw him move around between lower league sides before stepping into a coaching role at Bamber Bridge in 2015.
He progressed through the ranks to join Fleetwood Town as the head coach of their U18s and eventually their senior manager in 2021.
After this, he joined Salford City as a first team coach and had a short spell as the side’s interim manager.
It was announced in September that Simon Wiles would be leaving Salford to take up an opportunity with an unnamed English Premier League side.

It’s now been made clear that the side is Manchester United.
He’s set to move to Old Trafford imminently.
United’s academy have produced some of the best football players in history, including George Best, Sir Bobby Charlton and David Beckham.
Currently, United’s U18s are one of the best teams in the country at their level.
They sit second in the U-18 Premier League North and are coming off the back of a domestic trebling-winning season.
The new ownership’s desire to improve the academy will surely pay dividends in the future, as United look to move past the infamous Glazer reign.
