The Frog Rod is located at the starter location of the Second Sea in Fisch, the Waveborne island. Now, one of the most important requirements to keep in mind is that you must be at level 250 and above and defeat the boss Cthulhu at the Terrapin island to unlock this location. Once the boss fight ends, you’ll be transported straight to the Waveborne island. Once done, follow the steps below to learn how to get the Frog Rod in Fisch:

• After you spawn, you will notice the Shipwright and two other Hippie NPCs apart from the Egg merchant.
• Turn around and walk up the ledge to reach the next level, where a couple of colorful huts house the Merchant and the Appraiser.
• Go to your left, and walk towards the White Birch tree beside the pond at these specific coordinates: XYZ = 223, 120, 815.
