Following the launch of the Honor 300 series, HONOR has set December 16 as the date to reveal a new smartphone, the HONOR GT. This launch is catching attention as the phone will take over from the HONOR 90 GT. Interestingly, HONOR is ditching numbers in the name this time, making it more straightforward. Today, Honor has confirmed some of the most exciting details in this smartphone. It will be a great contender in the flagship-killer segment and will be one step below the premium Magic series.

The HONOR GT packs a powerful 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), ensuring sharp and clear photos. It also includes a triple-LED flash to brighten up low-light shots.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor will handle the performance, ensuring speed and efficiency. The device will also include a plastic middle frame, balancing durability with a lightweight feel. The HONOR GT will feature a powerful 5,300mAh battery with support for 100W fast charging, ensuring quick and efficient recharges. The secondary camera is a 12MP ultra-wide lens for capturing expansive shots. The phone’s design is sleek and lightweight, measuring just 7.7mm in thickness and weighing 186 grams, offering a comfortable and stylish user experience.
Available in multiple configurations, the HONOR GT caters to a variety of needs. It offers options like 12GB RAM paired with 256GB or 512GB of storage, and 16GB RAM with either 512GB or a massive 1TB storage. The phone will be released in three striking colors: Ice Crystal White, Phantom Black, and Aurora Green. The HONOR GT is positioned as a strong competitor in the flagship smartphone market.
