OpenAI announced on its X account that ChatGPT can now browse the Internet. It is supported by Microsoft Bing and provides direct source links. ChatGPT is no longer limited to data before September 2021
OpenAI officials said that ChatGPT browses the latest Internet information and is particularly useful for tasks that require the latest information, such as helping users conduct technical research, try to purchase goods or choose vacation plans.
The feature is available to Plus and Enterprise subscribers starting today, and OpenAI promises it will be expanded to all users soon. To enable this feature, select “Browse with Bing” in the selector under GPT-4.
