Our client in the logistics space require for immidiate employment a documentation clerk, who is experienced in the duties below:

Should be able to consolidate document, billing, and arrangement of document hand-over.
File opening and proper documentation on cargo Wise 1.
Attend to all NAHCO related issues (original shipping documents, collection at various airlines, etc).
NAFDAC documentation, payment & endorsement.
Assist in dispatching shipping documents to Sea & Air operators,customs clearance and delivery to warehouse and customers.
Processing of TIN at FIRS for personal effects shipments only.
Ensure proper receipts of all original shipping documents, stored and easily accessible
Ensure prompt tracking of cargo arrival dates and dispatch for confirmation.
Ensure collection of original documents at the appropriate bank /offices.
Make quality check of shipping documents received to ensure that appropriate documents required by customs are attached.

Requirements

Candidates should possess OND qualifications with 3+ years relevant work experience.
Use of MS word packages, scanning, photocopy and storing of documents.
Other departmental duties as assigned by the line manager.
Knows how to data capture of entry on customs NICIS II
Application of form M & PAAR.
