On her part, the leader of Women Alive, Mrs. Oku Grace stated that they have suffered under the maladministration of the current administration and they are on the visit to seek a partnership that will enthrone good governance in the state and put an end to a government that is not interested in developing the state.

Ekpo bemoaned the failure of the administration to maintain peace and create opportunities for cross riverians and that his goal is to create a state where everyone will be able to aspire for anything and those with ideas will be supported.
He charged the women to go back with his message and on the day of the election encourage others to come out and vote and then after voting stay till the votes are counted.
