Marvel Studios has a pretty solid slate lined up for 2025. In January, Marvel is releasing its highly anticipated animated series, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, followed by the release of Captain America Brave New World in February. This would be the first full-length appearance of Sam Wilson as Captain America after briefly wielding the mantle in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. However, fans are wondering if Steve Rogers would appear in Captain America Brave New World, and let me tell you everything we know about it!
Steve Rogers Is Not Confirmed to Appear in Captain America 4
The speculation of Steve Rogers appearing in Captain America Brave New World came from a scene in the trailer where Sam and other military officials are carrying a casket. It was speculated that the funeral was of none other than Rogers since in Endgame. In that movie, we see that he has turned really old after he decided to stay back with Peggy Carter to start over.
Other than that, it is not officially confirmed that Steve Rogers will appear in Captain America 4. However, the one probable scenario is that Sam could visit Steve to ask for advice on being Captain America.
There is also speculation that we could see a variant of Captain America in Avengers: Doomsday but obviously, these claims have not yet been confirmed by either Marvel or Chris Evans. So, let’s see if we get to see him in Captain America Brave New World, and stay tuned with us for further updates!
