This is a typical example of a Nigerian who neglects the use of the Walk-Over Bridge as popularly called build for his safety, instead, he prefers using the rays by trespassing. This actually happens every minute in Calabar, especially the Marian (Marian Market), Eta agbor (UNICAL Small Gate), 8Miles and Watt Market Walk-Over bridges.
How could this be stopped, may be the Government should make laws for that, because they purposely damage those rays meant to block diversion just for them not to climb up.
Nigerians will never change.
