What it takes to unlock both Geese Howard costumes and every SNK-themed reward in Street Fighter 6’s new Fatal Fury Fighting Pass

We were fairly curious to see what Capcom would go for next with their Fighting Passes in Street Fighter 6 after Darkstalkers, but weren’t really expecting them to return to South Town so quickly.

The new Fatal Fury Festivities Fighting Pass is now available in SF6 bringing in a bunch of new SNK-themed goodies, and it’s a bit more generous than usual for free users.

As opposed to the previous Terry pass, this new one shines more of a spotlight on those outside of the hero trio on other Fatal Fury / Garou characters — except Mai since she’ll get her own soon enough.

While we had seen a trend for pretty much the past year of the free passes only giving out around six items for players, this one offers a few more for a total of eight.

You’ve still got your usual photo frames, titles, backgrounds and poses, but now it’s bulstered a bit with a couple of Fatal Fury new challenger screen sound options.

It also comes with a silver version of Geese Howard’s necklace for getting to level 20 there.

Most of the good stuff, however, is of course still locked away in the premium pass where you get The King of Dragons arcade game immediately out the gate.

From there, you can unlock the rest of Geese’s attire, but not only that, they included both the regular and open versions of the villain’s kimono for your avatar to wear by reaching level 10 and 14 resptectively — though getting to at least level 19 is required to complete the set with his tabi footwear.

There’s also the Fatal Fury Special character themes for Geese, Krauser and Billy too.

As per usual the fighting pass is priced at 250 Fighter Coins, which equates to $5 USD.

Kudos requirements and Fighter Coin rewards remain the same too from previous passes, so you can earn your money back by getting through all 30 ranks before the end of the availability.

The new Fatal Fury pass will be available until November 22, which will likely be followed by a holiday-themed pass in December and then maybe Mai’s arrival pass in January if we’re lucky.
