“Kamala Harris embodies the experience, acumen, and values essential for this pivotal moment in history. Her leadership, alongside others who would lead with her, can help safeguard and restore democracy, expand rights, and counteract the divisive forces and harmful agendas of Project 2025 and its proponents. Critics will undoubtedly question Kamala’s role in the Biden administration, her capabilities, and her past. However, we must seize this opportunity to rally behind a candidate who, though not perfect, is exceptionally qualified and morally fit to lead our divided nation. As a Black woman, I am ecstatic to contribute to this historic journey with my vote, should she secure the nomination.”

“This is about not allowing Trump the opportunity. If this is who the Democrats are getting behind, I hope she is prepared. It is not going to be an easy fight. One thing I do believe is, this decision may give the younger generations some hope and bring them out to vote. Beyond that, Harris is in the best position for a job nobody has experience for, except incumbents. It’s going to be exciting to watch though. We’ll see if she has the moxie.”
Allen:
“Not necessarily a fan but definitely wasn’t going to vote for Trump!!! She has a small window with white men, but abortion will get the women and could bring over a couple of the Republican stragglers. I’m willing to give her a fair chance.”

“Although the news of President Biden, in his own words, has decided to step aside in the Presidential race, we pray God’s blessings on him and his family. We also pray for the Vice President, Kamala Harris, as she ascends to President of the United States. If Biden endorses her as he has, let’s all get behind her; she has earned the title. “I am happy about President Biden leaving the presidential race and endorsing Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate. In my opinion, Biden is not capable physically nor mentally to fulfill the role of President in a way that serves us anymore. Although I believe that Kamala Harris would be a great fit for President, personally I dislike her. In the past, it was heavily advertised that she is a biracial woman, but it seems as though she uses her identity as an angle when it is beneficial to her. Regardless of my opinions, I still believe that Kamala Harris would be the best option on the ballot, and she can count on my vote this November.”

“I think it’s great; many people would agree that Biden is a bit old to run a country and probably tired. Having a fresh new outlook and perspective, especially with a POC woman, could be groundbreaking for the U.S.”
