Real Madrid forward, Vinicius Jr. has declared his team’s readiness to face Arsenal in their Champions League quarter-final second leg on Wednesday.
The Brazilian energized Los Blancos’ supporters with a message of hope ahead of the crucial clash at the Santiago Bernabéu.
He shared the message in reaction to Madrid’s narrow 1-0 win over Deportivo Alavés in La Liga on Sunday.
Los Blancos will face the Gunners for the second leg of the tie, looking to overturn a 3-0 deficit from the first leg in London.
Vinicius said Carlo Ancelotti’s side are fully focused and determined to give everything on the pitch.
Posting a photo of himself on Instagram, he wrote: “Already thinking about Wednesday! We’re ready and looking forward to it. We’ll wait for you at the Bernabéu and we’ll try everything. We are the real! Hala Madrid!”
Ancelotti’s men face a daunting task, needing to score at least three goals to level the contest or win by a four-goal margin to eliminate Mikel Arteta’s side.
Vinicius, one of Real Madrid’s standout performers this season, has contributed to 33 goals in 44 appearances across all competitions.
