Responsibilities:
Manage the overall functionality of our e-commerce website (
Update and remove products and features regularly.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal site performance.
Collaborate with our team to implement new site features and enhancements.
Monitor and optimize website performance metrics.
Address and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and visually appealing.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Analyze website data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Provide excellent customer service through various channels (e.g., email, chat, phone).
Collaborate with Business development officer and other team members to ensure successful project execution.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in computer Science
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Wix Velo.
Previous experience managing or developing e-commerce websites.
Strong understanding of web design principles
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
