We will restore the clean and Green state of Calabar – CUDA Boss

The Executive Secretary of Calabar Urban Development Authority, CUDA, Elder Chief Ayi Etim Effiong has reiterated the Agency’s readiness to restore Calabar to the Most Beautiful, Clean and Green City in Nigeria. 

Elder Effiong who was in the company of other Directors of the Agency made this known while taking delivery of some Personal Protective Equipment PPE gifted to the agency by the Office of the Wife of the Governor of Cross River State, Rev Mrs Eyoanwa Otu.

Thanking the governor’s wife for her kind gesture and humanitarian nature, the CUDA boss who promised to make good use of the items, reechoed the Agency’s commitment to the People First Agenda of Governor Bassey Edet Otu.

Making the presentation, Dr Inyang Asibong who led the delegation thanked the Executive Secretary and his team for the good works they have done so far in Calabar within the few months of assuming office and expressed optimism that they will reposition Calabar to what she used to be. 

Speaking further, she conveys Her Excellency, Rev Mrs Eyoanwa Otu’s readiness to partner with CUDA in many areas, especially in the humanitarian aspect to enhance the welfare of Cross Riverians which she says to be key in her agenda and the People First Agenda of His Excellency Sen Prince Bassey Edet Otu.
