Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
Review and process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to manufacturer policies.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to gather necessary documentation and information for warranty claims.
Communicate with manufacturers to resolve claim issues and provide updates on claim status.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, repairs, and parts used.
Assist in tracking and managing warranty parts inventory.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing warranty-related inquiries and concerns.
Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and changes.
