Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a warehouse environment, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Steel and Tube industry.
- Strong knowledge of Warehousing KPIs, with a track record of implementing improvements.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to actively engage in warehouse activities.
- Positive attitude towards delivering effective customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficient in administration and clerical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
- Strong personality traits, including assertiveness and effective communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
