Key Responsibilities:
Inventory and Stock Management:
- Conduct daily stock analysis and initiate POs to ensure Express SKUs maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor stock movements, ensure inbound and outbound accuracy, and prevent variances.
- Manage shrinkage levels and ensure proper stock placement to maintain safety and efficiency.
Order Fulfillment and Dispatch Management:
- Ensure timely outbound of orders with an efficient dispatch schedule.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to maintain smooth dispatch operations.
- Review SLAs and ensure that logistics costs remain optimized.
Compliance and Audit Readiness:
- Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and address gaps promptly.
- Implement HSE protocols to maintain a safe warehouse environment.
Business Alignment and Profitability:
- Collaborate with Demand and Procurement teams to achieve business goals.
- Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to safeguard organizational interests.
- Own P&L and develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and dispatch coordination.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and 3PL vendor management.
- Proven expertise in optimizing stock movements and dispatch efficiency.
