Wanna see Pixar characters beat the crap out of each other in Mortal Kombat?

Heartwarming and wholesome are a few adjectives you’d expect to see accompanying most any Pixar film or project from over the last few decades, but that’s not at all what you’re going to find here.

The Mortal Kombat community has been enjoying Mortal Kombat 1 since September of last year, and it seems that perhaps the most fun is being had by the modding subsect. The quick clip we’re sharing with you today features Woody and Jesse of Toy Story putting Sulley of Monsters Inc. in an absolute world of pain.

The skins for both Woody and Jesse are modded over both Kung Lao’s main roster and Kameo versions (probably because of the hat thing) while poor Sulley plays the role of Reiko the training dummy.

Woody handles the bulk of the beat down as the main fighter, and we were somewhat surprised to see just how well many of the Shaolin Monk’s Wing Chun-style attacks translated over to the lovable Tom Hanks doll prominent in many of our childhoods.

Barrages of bone-crushing knees and face-rearranging punches were enough to get an entertainment and disbelief-fueled chuckle out of us, but things only got worse from there as Woody Lao enters into his Fatal Blow.

For those who may not know, Kung Lao’s main trademark is his blade-rimmed hat that he uses to slice and dice foes with, and we see Jesse jump in at this point to take full advantage of said weapon. She tosses her hat so that it spins in place long enough for her to teleport behind and kick Sulley head first into the deadly headwear.

Not to be outdone, Woody proceeds to do a similar maneuver, only this time the hat is spinning on the ground (think table saw) and Sulley is being beaten down onto it. You’d think this would be enough but, then there’s a whole Fatality sequence to follow.
