WAEC PERFORMANCE CHART: C' River Performs below Average, Abia Tops Chart

The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has just released its Performance Chart for May/June 2015 examinations.

Abi State is toping the chart with Cross River State coming 20 out 37, evidently sprawling in the base. Yobe is 37th.

Cross River came 20th after Ogun and before Taraba. This is dismal: out of 37, average performance is 17, 18 & 19.

Among South South states, Cross River had the worst performance: Edo 3rd, Rivers 4th, Bayelsa 7th, Delta 8th, even Ebonyi 10th and Akwa Ibom 17th. With 20th, we commandeered the bottom infamously with educationally less advantage states in the north.

There should be an improvement in 2016 performance index with two Professors as Governor and Deputy Governor. Let's keep this date.
