Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s wedded bliss seems to be hitting a rough patch. After four years, the couple, famous for their stint on Vanderpump Rules, have decided to part ways. Brittany let the cat out of the bag on their shared podcast, When Reality Hits.
She addressed the elephant in the room during the Feb. 29 episode. “A lot of you folks have been curious about me and Jax, about what’s going on between us,” she confessed. She felt it was crucial to keep it real and upfront with their fans, given how much of their lives they’ve shared.
Brittany, who’s 35, dropped some hints about the recent bumps in their relationship road. She said, “In my previous podcast, I kinda hinted that not all marriages are smooth sailing.” She and Jax, parents to a 2-year-old son named Cruz, are navigating some choppy waters.
“Marriage ain’t a walk in the park, and this past year has been a tough one for me,” she admitted. She revealed that she and Jax are taking a breather, and she’s decided to move into a separate house. It’s a move she felt was necessary for her mental well-being.
