Ultimate Fighting Arena is back again for 2023 and it’s bigger than ever. As usual, it will be taking place in Paris, France.

With over 1,800 entrants total, you know that this year’s Ultimate Fighting Arena is going to be off the charts.
The leader in entrants is Super Smash Bros. Ultimate which sits at over 1,000 participants followed by Street Fighter 6 which has more than 500 players signed up. Next in line is Guilty Gear Strive with almost 250 signups, with Mortal Kombat 1 and Dragon Ball FighterZ following behind at over 100 registrants each and Tekken 7 falling just short of the 100 mark right behind them.
Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2 lands at just over 50 players followed by King of Fighters 15 edging just above 40 people signed up. Finally, BlazBlue: Central Fiction, Granblue Fantasy Versus and Melty Blood Type Lumina all have more than 30 participants each. There will also be team tournaments for several of the games at the venue.
Of course, with such a big event there are several active tours going on at the event as well. Ultimate Fighting Arena 2023 is part of the Arc World Tour for Guilty Gear Strive, the Mortal Kombat Pro Kompetition for Mortal Kombat 1, the Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour for Dragon Ball FighterZ and the SNK World Championship for King of Fighters 15, so there are tons of qualifying spots for several of the games at this event, meaning players are going to have their work cut out for them when it comes to wading their way through these stacked brackets.
Streaming is being done at Reversal GG, Team Spooky, VG Boot Camp, VG Boot Camp 2, NetherRealm, Arc System Works U, Dragon Ball FighterZ, PND K and M, IFC Yipes and Tyrant UK.
