Today, two stars scored hat-tricks to seal a triumphant victory – James Scanlon and Amir Ibragimov.
Bendito Mantato and Victor Musa also contributed to the goal fest.
Last season’s Under-18 Premier League top scorer Chido Obi-Martin also provided two assists in the game.
He came off the bench just after the hour mark to create United’s last two goals.

Scanlon is also lighting up the Premier League North, with 12 goal contributions in only nine games.
His hat-trick today took his goal tally up to nine in the league this season.
Meanwhile, 16-year-old Amir Ibragimov has scored five league goals in just 366 minutes – one every 73 minutes.
United’s Under-18s will now look to next Saturday when they host Everton at Carrington.
They will look to continue their winning streak in the league, as they hope to repeat the glory of last season.
Lawrence led his side to a domestic treble in the 2023-24 campaign and has United’s youngsters on a similar trajectory this year.
