Trump blasts Montana Sen Jon Tester as ‘radical left lunatic’
During Bozeman rally Trump tore into incumbent Sen. Jon Tester, claiming that although he tries to make it seem like he’s a good friend of Trump’s, he’s “never voted” in favor of any of Trump’s policies during his first term in office.

Former President Donald Trump on Friday night labeled Montana Sen. Jon Tester, D, as a “radical left lunatic.’”
Trump’s address in Bozeman, Mont., where he was stumping for Republican Senate hopeful Tim Sheehy, came shortly after he was forced to make an unexpected landing in Billings due to a mechanical issue on his plane.
Once at the event, the former president tore into the incumbent, claiming Tester “never voted” in favor of any of Trump’s policies during his first term in office.
“Tester, everyone thinks he’s like my best friend. He’s never for me once, and yet his commercials are ‘I like Donald Trump very much,’” the former president said. “He said, ‘I love his pride, I love his border stance.’ He votes against the border. He voted against funding of the border. He said ‘I love his stance on energy,’ he voted against our energy programs.”
“He votes against us 100% of the time, he’s voted in favor of Joe Biden 100% of the time,” the former president continued. “He did it last time with the election, we had the same problem. You remember he comes out everyone saying he really likes your policy a lot. He does it like he’s a radical left lunatic, just like [Vice President] Kamala [Harris].”
Tester is facing a tough reelection bid against Sheehy, who currently leads him by 3.5% in the RealClearPolitics polling average.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
