The first DLC Kameo for Mortal Kombat 1, Tremor, is now available to be purchased and downloaded for Mortal Kombat 1. No patch or update is required to make Mortal Kombat 1 compatible with Tremor for those that already downloaded the patch that made Omni-Man available.
Tremor is being priced at $4.99. Those that already acquired the Kombat Pack will be able to get access to Tremor for free, though everyone is still required to download the Kameo from the stores of their respective platforms.
As we already know, Tremor is a particularly unique Kameo as he can switch between Aftershock, Crystalline, and Metallic over the course of a match. Doing so will change the properties of Tremor’s assists. Needless to say, Tremor is more like three Kameos in one.
It’s said that Tremor’s Aftershock variation is effective for offense. Metallic is used for ranged applications. Finally, Crystalline will give Tremor access to support abilities.
Additionally, Tremor has a unique mechanic where he can perform any action as an ambush assist when used from his variation swap ability. However, doing this will come at the cost of the player’s entire Kameo gauge.
Of course, it’s not just Tremor’s assists that players will gain access to with Tremor as their Kameo as they’ll also gain access to unique Fatalities and Brutalities.
