Travis Kelce is all in for Taylor Swift. He’s her cheer captain, no doubt about it. But, he can’t exactly be there in person.
Why, you ask? Well, he’s the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. His girlfriend, on the other hand, is up for six awards at the Grammys. He can’t make it, but he’s rooting for her all the way.
On the Jan. 31 episode of The Pat McAfee Show, he expressed his regret. “I wish I could go support Taylor at the Grammys,” he said. He’s expecting her to sweep the awards. “And watch her win every single award that she’s nominated for.”
He also pointed out something vital. Their relationship thrives on mutual support. It’s the cornerstone of their love story.
“We’re just two people in a relationship supporting each other and having fun with it,” he shared. He loves it when Taylor comes to his games. She cheers him on, hangs out with his family and friends.
And the past year? It’s been nothing short of wonderful.
