This summer is without a doubt one of the most exciting for football fans.

The transfer market is already starting to heat up with countless reports on potential summer signings, whilst also seeing two massive opportunities of international football dominating out TV screens for the coming months.

Already underway, the European Championships in Germany have seen some of Europe’s finest take to the stage and fight for their nations.

We’ve seen impressive wins like Germany’s clinical 5-1 win over Scotland, Albania’s impressive stand against Italy, setting the record for fastest goal ever scored in a European Championship despite losing 2-1, and England’s 1-0 victory over Serbia thanks to a Jude Bellingham head home.

When the next kings of Europe are crowned later this month, the world of sport will turn its focus to the Olympic Games taking place across the border in France.

Whilst the top names of today will be showing their skill at the Euros, the wonderkids of tomorrow are set to focus on the Olympics, getting the opportunity to show why they’re tipped for greatness.

One man set to represent the French Olympic team is Manchester United target Desire Doue.

The 19-year-old winger currently plays for Ligue 1 club Stade Rennais and has showed off his versatility playing in central midfield as well as both wings.

With 31 appearances already for the club, grabbing four goals and five assists, Doue is fast becoming a key player for the French club.

Last month it was reported that United have begun talks with Doue’s representatives to look at signing the French winger to Old Trafford.

However, reports from Academy Scoop on X have announced that Doue has stalled conversations with both United and Arsenal so he can concentrate on his responsibilities at the forthcoming Olympics.

Hopefully a good display from the youngster will further show why he’s attracting attention from top clubs in England, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe very keen to add Doue to the Red Devils ranks.
