The west London side has already brought in Koulibaly from Napoli but missed out on Sevilla’s Jules Kounde, who is Barcelona-bound.
BILD reports that Pavard is keen on linking up with his former boss, Thomas Tuchel if Chelsea stumps up a suitable offer.
Chelsea had identified two players to sign as Kounde’s alternatives and they are Dayot Upamecano and Benjamin Pavard both Bayern Munich stars.
