Key Responsibilities

To comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of policies, participating in training sessions and sourcing answers to any queries daily and as required.
To comply with processes by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of processes, implementing the correct process and addressing any areas of concern daily.
To propose improvements to processes by identifying an area for improvement, presenting to line manager and providing additional information as relevant.
To maintain the dual Learning Management Systems (LMS) by regularly updating training catalogs, ensuring content accuracy, implementing document version controls and naming conventions, verifying compliance with training standards, and taking corrective actions where necessary.
To support the coordination of the learning framework by sourcing and integrating relevant inputs, ensuring alignment with business and individual learning needs, and maintaining a consistent and on-brand training structure.
To implement statutory training requirements by understanding regulatory mandates, embedding compliance into training processes, tracking participation, and reporting required metrics on a monthly basis.
To support the development and execution of onboarding and orientation programs by gathering content from relevant departments, preparing program materials, ensuring seamless coordination, and facilitating implementation on a monthly basis.
To enhance training program engagement by contributing creative and interactive learning methods, integrating technology-driven solutions, and ensuring a vibrant learning experience that keeps employees actively engaged.
To manage training administration by handling training-related inquiries, arranging logistics such as room bookings, calendar invitations, catering, and equipment, monitoring attendance, following up on participation, and requesting feedback from attendees and training providers.
To contribute to vendor agreements and contract management by drafting inputs for terms of reference, reviewing contracts for alignment with training needs, verifying compliance, and escalating discrepancies as required.
To report on Group training objectives and expenditure by collecting, analyzing, and collating training data, preparing reports, and submitting them to the line manager for verification on a monthly basis.
To provide training support to employees by acting as the primary contact for staff pursuing professional qualifications, addressing queries, and offering continuous guidance and assistance on an ongoing basis.
To implement and comply with SHE practices by understanding required actions, implementing and reviewing within deadline or as per process.
To maintain stakeholder relationships by liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, providing input and feedback actions, receiving feedback and contributions and collaborating as required.
To contribute to the team by participating in events, identifying areas of support required within the team and providing the required support, engaging with the team and being an active member of the team daily
To implement self-development activities by identifying areas of development, sourcing options for capacity development activities, sourcing approval and completing the activities successful as relevant.
To be a contributing member of the organization as a whole by participating in company events, supporting company driven activities and living the Enaex values daily.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
Relevant Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
2 to 4 Years’ experience in professional training.
Drivers License
