Key responsibilities:

Maintains the efforts of a creative agency to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to client directions.
Co-ordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
Analysing campaigns and ensuring details debriefs and reports occur
Managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
Building effective relationships with key departments and clients
Hold employee meetings to track progress on advertising campaigns, discuss placement of ads, set deadlines, and ensure projects are on the right track.
Handle issues as they arise to keep projects on schedule and always ensure clear communication.
Daily management of projects and account handling
Reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
Providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
Managing daily schedules
Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
Holding regular production meetings and status updates
Generate progress reports and meet with account executives to keep them informed about current marketing campaigns.
Reviewing of budgets ensuring accurate spend reports, maintenance and limitations. and set spending limits for projects. Maintain records of employee work hours and hours spent on each project- Chase
Manage and maintain Chase reports for all staff within the business including the management of the CCO scheduling.
Schedule and traffic work into studio, from small tasks to large workflows across digital, BTL and ATL.
Facilitate creative workflow planning with Projects Managers, Account Managers and Department Heads
Plan and facilitate scrums/ stand ups

Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms
Resourcing experience with high volume traffic projects

Skilled at working under pressure

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience within an agency role
Experience within a studio working on a large accounts
Understanding of advertising and the creative process
Digital knowledge and/or experience
Good computer skills essential
Scheduling of large teams and projects essential
