  • UK moves toward nationalizing last steel plant, owned by Chinese company

ER Editor: The UK’s LAST steel plant is being nationalized after being owned by … wait for it … a private Chinese national. Aren’t steel plants ‘strategic‘ industries? Isn’t steel a foundational material for the manufacture of other needed items? Isn’t steel as basic to a country as, say, food production? (Ben Habib addresses this in a tweet below.)

What was something so important and basic to a developed country doing in a) private hands, and b) a foreign national’s hands? Oh wait, that’s globalization for you.

This past Saturday, Parliament had a special session to pass legislation opening the way for nationalization of its last plant. According to the narrative we’re watching, pressure is now on the British govt. to save the day and the industry.

Meanwhile, we’re all getting a valuable lesson on what unfettered globalized trade PLUS globalist net zero policies do to sovereign countries.

Don’t forget unfettered immigration behind all that.

    Some tweets —

    WORTH WATCHING!

‘British Steel is a fantastic case study of how global trade has gone wrong’ – Ben Habib on the CONFLICT OF INTEREST in China owning a British steel company that it is motivated to see FAIL because China can scoop up that business. Habib refers to it as an ‘accident’ that this state of affairs came about. (Wrong, there are no accidents.) And then there’s net zero, anti-industrial nonsense (UK govt policy), which China was never bound by. Steel production needs COAL, which the UK has STOPPED mining, relying instead on OVERSEAS COAL at Scunthorpe. ‘You couldn’t make this up’ he says … He also makes a useful argument against privatization of such industries in any case. Costs as a result of bad management get sloughed off onto the taxpayer, which is what is happening now. Overall, he equates mindless, unfettered free trade with that of immigration. Wow.

Thought: given the political smarts of those in power behind the ecology nonsense, can these people be classified as actual traitors to their country? Because the UK has been sold out to China and Germany and any other country that can do its key manufacturing for it, and lost its economy and self-defence capabilities as a result.

ER: Politico also ran this – UK parliament to debate emergency British Steel rescue plan Saturday

Parliament To Debate Taking Control of British Steel

The move, with potential nationalisation on the horizon, would stop the currently Chinese-owned steel plant from closing permanently.

    TEC News

The British Government requested that the House of Commons be recalled from its Easter recess on Saturday, April 12th, for a special sitting dedicated to saving British Steel’s plant in Scunthorpe from imminent closure by Chinese owner Jingye.

Saturday’s rare parliamentary session will aim to pass an emergency law aimed at preventing the closure of the Lincolnshire town’s blast furnaces. While there is a local dimension based on saving thousands of jobs, there seems to be a dim recollection of the sovereigntist importance of being able to manufacture ‘virgin’ steel, independent of the fluctuations of global tradewithout Scunthorpe, the UK would be the only G7 country to lack this capacity.

For Keir Starmer, the new legislation would allow ministers to “take control” of the loss-making site, although he has stopped short of saying whether this would involve fully nationalising the firm. While Labour has yet to admit it, the move could also defy its (doomed) ‘Net Zero’ orthodoxy, which has a strong preference for electric arc steel production over blast furnaces.

ER: We’re inclined to suggest that any mention of (recent) tariffs is a distraction from a much bigger problem, which Ben Habib discusses above.

UK moves toward nationalizing last steel plant

Scunthorpe’s Chinese parent company has said the site is hemorrhaging money due to tariffs and rising energy costs

    RT

The British government has opened the door to nationalizing the last primary steelmaking plant in the UK in an emergency bid to keep its blast furnaces running.

According to British Steel’s owner, Chinese company Jingye, the Scunthorpe plant has been operating at a loss of some £700,000 ($916,000) a day, affected by President Donald Trump’s 25% tariffs on steel imports into the US, massive CO2 emission fees, and high UK energy prices. The factory’s parent company reportedly turned down a £500 million offer from the British government to keep its blast furnace “virgin steel production” working.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Keir Starmer recalled lawmakers from Easter recess to pass an emergency bill that would allow the UK to step in and take control of any “steel undertaking” at risk of stoppage. Such a recall of parliament has not happened since the Falklands War in 1982.

“The Secretary of State may do anything for the purpose of securing the continued and safe use of the specified assets [of] the steel undertaking” in the event the assets “are at risk of ceasing to be used,” the bill passed on Saturday reads.

Starmer said the government had stepped in to protect UK steel manufacturing.

“All options are on the table to secure the future of the industry,” he said in a statement on X on Saturday.

Jingye retains ownership of the plant as of now, but nationalization is a “likely option,” according to State Secretary for Business and Trade Jonathan Reynolds.

The UK is currently looking for a company to buy and take over British Steel, according to the BBC.

In a statement to the British state broadcaster, Reynolds said that the market value of the business was “effectively zero” and the UK taxpayer would have to shoulder the steel plant’s £700,000 a day losses.

Fauci’s wife gets taste of her own medicine after firing nurses over C-19 Jab

    By WILL POTTER FOR DAILYMAIL.COM

Anthony Fauci’s wife has stepped down from her job after being told she’d have to swap Washington DC for remote locations like Alaska

Christine Grady, who until this week served as the head of the National Institutes of Health Clinical Centers’ bioethics department, was part of mass layoffs at the HHS this week.

She was reportedly notified that she would be reassigned to regional offices of the Indian Health Service, which provides healthcare to American Indians and Alaska Natives, per the Washington Times.

Grady was reportedly given until Wednesday to make her decision and ultimately stood down.

Some conservative social media users claimed it was a satisfying example of karma, after Grady called for nurses who did not receive COVID vaccines to be fired.

‘During the pandemic, Fauci’s bioethicist wife, Christine Grady, offered nurses a choice: Get vaccinated, or lose your job,’ one X user said.

Grady was a longtime leader at the NIH, while Fauci had previously ran the NIH¿s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases during the Biden administration

    .

‘Yesterday, she was offered a choice: Transfer to an office in Alaska, or lose your job. What’s fair is fair. Everyone deserves a choice.’

Grady was followed out the door at the HHS this week by officials including Dr. Jeanne Marrazzo, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and top researchers tied to Grady’s husband Dr Anthony Fauci.

The layoffs impacted a total of 10,000 people this week, with HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. saying he plans to cut the workforce by 20,000, although incrementally with half of those coming from early retirements and voluntary buyouts.

Grady was targeted in mass layoffs this week carried out by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who reportedly signed off on her firing personally

Grady was targeted in mass layoffs this week carried out by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who reportedly signed off on her firing personally

    .

Kennedy announced the layoffs this week in an X post, describing them as a ‘difficult moment’ that had to happen in his efforts to remake the nation’s health department.

‘The reality is clear: what we’ve been doing isn’t working,’ he wrote.

‘Despite spending $1.9 trillion in annual costs, Americans are getting sicker every year. In the past four years alone, the agency’s budget has grown by 38% — yet outcomes continue to decline.

‘We must shift course. HHS needs to be recalibrated to emphasize prevention, not just sick care. These changes will not affect Medicare, Medicaid, or other essential health services.

‘This overhaul is about realigning HHS with its core mission: to stop the chronic disease epidemic and Make America Healthy Again. It’s a win-win for taxpayers, and for every American we serve.’

In a move inspired by President Trump and Musk’s war on government waste, the size of HHS is being cut by nearly a quarter, bringing it from 82,000 down to a total of 62,000.

  • Peter Thiel Backs Trump’s Trade Revolution Targeting China

Peter Thiel Backs Trump’s Trade Revolution Targeting China

We need a very drastic reset with China

(Tyler Durden Reports) – Billionaire venture capitalist endorses President Donald Trump’s push to recalibrate the U.S.-China trade relationship for greater balance.

Peter Thiel, the sole prominent Silicon Valley figure to back Trump in 2016, told fellow billionaire tech investor and American Optimist host Joe Lonsdale that while he’s cautious about commenting on the details of Trump’s trade tariffs on China, he supports the need for a “reset” in relations with the communist regime.

I’m hesitant to comment since obviously it’s a very, very fluid situation, but something like the sort of reset that they’re talking about now seems where we’re going, where you need a very drastic reset with China,” Thiel told Lonsdale. “In theory you need to reset with other people, but what we really need to get them to do is also reset things with China.”

However, Thiel acknowledged the efficiency of certain economic ties with China, such as low-cost labor at factories like Foxconn, but emphasizes the need to address the broader geopolitical rivalry that economists often fail to adequately consider.

“There are ways the economic relationship with China is fairly efficient,” Thiel said. “If people are working for a dollar and a half an hour in a Foxconn factory, we don’t really want to get those jobs in Wisconsin.

“But it is this geopolitical rivalry where you have to somehow factor in that the economists never are able to factor in properly with China,” the investor continued.

“I’m not sure I would call this the optimistic plan, but the reset in trade that seems desirable to me would be that we radically changed the relationship with China and we sort of induce a lot of other countries to radically change their relationship with China,” he added. “Maybe that’s how we build a stronger western alliance of the free world.”

Thiel then suggested that leveraging AI and reforming anti-business policies could enable some manufacturing to return to the U.S., while also advocating for shifting production from China to countries like Vietnam, which, despite its flaws, poses less of a global geopolitical threat.

“I think there are some parts that can be moved to the US with AI. Maybe also if you change some of the environmental rules and some of the other anti-industrial policies we have in the US,” Thiel told Lonsdale. “But then if parts of this are moved to other emerging market countries. Vietnam is a communist country.”

It has bad mercantilist policies, but it’s not planning to take over the world. And so at the margins, if we can move things from China to Vietnam, that’s a big win,” the billionaire added.

On Friday, China escalated its tariffs on U.S. imports to 125%, in response to the Trump administration’s statement yesterday that U.S. duties on Chinese goods now stand at 145%, driven by earlier fentanyl-related tariffs.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping said Friday that his country is “not afraid” of a trade war against the U.S.

“The successive imposition of excessively high tariffs on China by the US has become nothing more than a numbers game, with no real economic significance,” a spokesperson for China’s Commerce Ministry said.

It merely further exposes the US practice of weaponizing tariffs as a tool of bullying and coercion, turning itself into a joke,” the spox added.

Despite Xi’s remarks, Trump is “optimistic” that the U.S. and China can reach an agreement over tariffs, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters Friday.

“The president … would be gracious if China intends to make a deal with the United States. If China continues to retaliate, it’s not good for China. The United States of America is the strongest, best economy in the world, as evidenced by the more than 75 countries who have called the administration immediately to cut good deals,” Leavitt said.

  • Six local state title holders will travel to Universal Miss National in Texas

Six local state title holders will travel to Universal Miss National in Texas

    Published 1:14 pm Sunday, April 13, 2025

In March, six area pageant title holders competed at the Universal Miss Southeast Regional, bringing home state titles. The group will now represent Alabama on the Universal Miss National stage in June to compete for the national title.

Universal Miss is a national pageant for girls and women of all ages. Their motto “Embrace You” spreads a positive message on and off stage.

The goal of Universal Miss is to stage the most professional and fair competitions allowing contestants to be judged for who they are and the competition they bring to the stage. The organization stresses the importance of differences and the the importance of loving yourself.

Following are those who participated in the Universal Miss Southeast Regional competition and will travel in June to the national competition in Allen, Texas.

    Trinité Halaya Bryant

Trinite’ Halaya Bryant, the reigning 2025 Miss Alabama Universal Jr. Miss. is the daughter of Timothy and Tawona Ryce.  She is an Andalusia native and junior at Guardian Angel Christian Academy.

“It is an honor to hold this esteemed title, which has already presented numerous opportunities during my tenure. My experience with pageants began in the seventh grade and I have developed a passion for them due to the opportunities they provide, such as interacting with like-minded individuals and serving as a positive role model for young girls in my community.”

In her free time, Trinité enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating TikTok dance videos, and shopping.

“I am also a proud pet owner of a goldendoodle named Bentley. I am excited to announce the launch of my new platform, “Trin’s Treasures,” which aims to collect miscellaneous items such as clothing and hygiene essentials for domestic violence victims.

“Over the past year, I have competed in various levels of pageantry and have also ventured into modeling. Notably, I was crowned the 2025 Southeast Regional Model of the Year through the Universal Miss pageant organization. I am grateful for this title and the opportunities it will bring.”

“I look forward to the national comptition, which promises to be an unforgettable experience. I look forward to forming new connections and strengthening bonds with my fellow pageant participants. The Universal Miss experience will undoubtedly be a memorable one, and I am thankful for this incredible opportunity. I kindly request that you keep us and our families in your thoughts and prayers as we travel to Texas to represent the State of Alabama.”

    Keaton Magnolia Shepard

Keaton Magnolia Shepard was named  2025 Miss Crimson State Universal Baby.

Keaton is the 2-year-old daughter of Cody and Allison Shepard. Keaton is thrilled to take her pageant journey to the next level by competing on the UM national stage for the first time.

We have formed lasting friendships, but we are eager to meet new people and showcase Keaton’s confidence and poise at such a young age. Keaton Magnolia is launching her platforms to raise awareness in honor of her late best friend, Everly Reign Andrews, who tragically passed away in a car accident at the age of four. Within this tragedy, “Keaton’s Keepsake” was born. We aim to utilize this platform to raise awareness for car seat safety and support families who have experienced similar situations.

As a tribute to her best friend, “Keaton’s Keepsake” was established. We would also like to introduce our second platform, “Kick it with Keaton.” Keaton enjoys making friends wherever she goes, and we hope this platform will be a lifelong endeavor.

Whether through playdates, community events, or donations to children’s hospitals, Keaton will utilize this platform, and we invite you to join us in spreading kindness throughout her journey.

    Amahni Nicole Cheatham

The 2025 Miss Universal Teen is Miss Amahni Nicole Cheatham of Greenville.

Amahni is the 13-year-old daughter of Patrice Cheatham and Stanley Boone. She currently is in the seventh grade at Greenville Middle School where she is an honor roll student and co-captain of her cheer squad. She enjoys watching K-dramas and anime, sound TikTok videos with her sisters, and playing volleyball.

Amahni plans to travel the world learning about different languages and cultures, which is why she plans to further her education after graduating High School by attending Harvard University majoring in Linguistics.

Amahni began her pageantry journey just two years ago and has since fell in love with the positive impact it has had on her life, boosting her self confidence and making new friends.

She is currently launching her platform “Mahni’s Mission” which aims to inspire others to spread love and kindness through acts of service, charity, and simply being present to those around you.

“We must first be the change we expect to see in others, and in doing that we can all make our world a little brighter,” Amahni said.

    Ella Rae Miles

Ella Rae Miles is the daughter of Lee and Rachel Miles.

Ella Rae is looking forward to meeting all the new sister queens and making new friends, she said. “The true victory in a beauty pageant is not about the title, but the growth and transformation that comes with the journey.”

Through her platform, “Coloring with Ella Rae,” she provides coloring books to pediatric patient’s at Andalusia Health.

From a child’s perspective, anything from a  simple outpatient labs and x-rays to being admitted into the hospital is a very frightening time. Receiving something as simple as a coloring book puts both the child’s mind at ease, as well as the parent.

“Another goal that I want to strive for during my reign is how to be a successful title holder. It all starts with being a leader. A true leader isn’t just the one who wears the crown, it’s the one who creates the path for others to follow,” she said.

    Ellowyn Ammons

Ellowyn Ammons is the daughter of Jeffrey and Danielle Ammons.

Ellowyn is excited to learn from her pageant friends who are experienced in self confidence, poise, and how to handle success and failure with grace. She is also looking forward to meeting new girls at the pageant and forming bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime.

Through her platform, “Ellowyn’s Emerald Heart Project,” she is partnering with the Wounded Warriors Project to host a 5K to support her local community and veterans nationwide.  “Our hope is that this event will raise awareness and end the stigma for veterans who struggle with mental health issues and assist them in integrating back to day-to-day life after serving. Ellowyn comes from a long line of veterans, including her father who served overseas to help protect our country, so this platform is one that she and her family holds near to their hearts.”

A few goals for Ellowyn’s reign are to become more involved in our local community and support any needs that we can. We want Ellowyn to set an example for future titleholders to care about and support their communities needs whatever they may be. We want Ellowyn to be a role model even outside of our pageant community to show other little girls that they can accomplish anything they set their mind to and to embrace their diversity and uniqueness.

    Camani Nyzia Crittenden

Camani Nyzia Crittenden, a native of River Falls, is the daughter of Kimanisha (Barando) Trawick and Pierre Crittenden. She is an eighth-grade student at Red Level High School where she participates in multiple sports and activities while maintaining honor student status.

“I am deeply honored to hold the title of Miss East Coast Universal Miss, your reigning queen of 2025, which provides me with a platform to celebrate my individuality.

“My journey in the pageantry world commenced at in the second grade and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My mission is to excel at Universal Miss and diligently fulfill any tasks that come my way. I am honored to serve and will approach my duties with compassion.”

“I am delighted to announce the launch of my platform, “Camani Cares.” Through this initiative, I engage in various activities, such as reading at daycares and working with infant and toddler students within the community.

Camani said she looks  forward to representing Alabama at the national competition.

“We look forward to socializing with our pageant sisters and we appreciate your support and encouragement. The Universal Miss pageant system provides a platform for individuals to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. I am privileged to represent the great State of Alabama. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Universal Miss Pageant System and look forward to forming new connections with the other queens. I kindly request that you continue to send prayers for these young ladies as they embark on this extraordinary journey.

“I will leave you with my favorite quote, ‘Real queens fix each other’s crowns, and they don’t tell the world it was crooked,’ which emphasizes the importance of women supporting and uplifting each other, rather than exposing each other’s flaws,” Camani said.

Bill Maher Says ‘Mind Blown’ After Meeting With Trump

Considering the influence Maher has on the left, his comments are interesting

(ZH) – While Bill Maher may change opinions like a windsock depending on who he’s pandering to, the “Real Time” host told his mostly-Democrat audience that Donald Trump, aka Hitler-Stalin-Mussolini, was “gracious and measured” at their recent meeting last week.

We know, duh… but considering the influence Maher has on the left, his comments are interesting nonetheless.

    Image via Inside Edition

“You can hate me for it, but I’m not a liar. Trump was gracious and measured,” Maher said. “And why isn’t that in other settings- I don’t know, and I can’t answer, and it’s not my place to answer. I’m just telling you what I saw, and I wasn’t high.”

Maher said the meeting, brokered by their mutual friend Kid Rock, wasn’t “some kind of summit.”

I have no power. I’m a fucking comedian, and he’s the most powerful leader in the world!” he continued. “I’m not the leader of anything, except maybe a contingent of centrist-minded people who think there’s got to be a better way of running this country than hating each other every minute.”

Maher admitted that he went in ready for a fight – only to find Trump absolutely charming.

Everything I’ve not liked about him was, I swear to God, absent. At least on this night, with this guy,” Maher, 69, said – seemingly shocked at his own admission.

“I never felt I had to walk on eggshells around him. And honestly, I voted for Clinton and Obama, but I would never feel comfortable talking to them the way I was able to talk with Donald Trump,” he continued, adding “Make of it what you will.”

“I’ve had so many conversations with prominent people who are much less connected. People that don’t look you in the eye. People that don’t really listen because they just want to get to their next thing. People whose response to things you say just doesn’t track. None of that with him,” Maher continued. “Mostly he steered the conversation to ‘what do you think about this?’ I know. Your mind is blown. So is mine.

Maher added that Trump gave him a bunch of MAGA hats, which are stored in the same room where former President Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky engaged in extracurricular activities.

At one point in the dinner, Maher says Trump asked him about his thoughts on the Iran nuclear situation. After he allegedly gave Trump shit for eliminating the Obama-era nuclear deal, Trump “didn’t get mad or call me a left-wing lunatic. He took it in.”

Trump admitted he ‘lost’ in 2020 (allegedly)

According to Maher, Trump used the word ‘lost’ in relation to the 2020 presidential election.

“And I distinctly remember saying, ‘Wow, I never thought I’d hear you say that.’ He didn’t get mad. He’s much more self-aware than he lets on in public,” Maher said, adding that in private, Trump is just normal.

“Just for starters, he laughs,” Maher stated in disbelief. “I’d never seen him laugh in public. But he does — including at himself — and it’s not fake. Believe me, as a comedian of forty years, I know a fake laugh when I hear it.”

Meanwhile, journalist Laura Loomer is jumping all over conservative “Bill Maher Simps,” while she says she had “a productive week in Cali, which included my deposition of Bill Maher,” who she’s suing for defamation.

  • Three exchange students become part of Straughn softball family

Three exchange students become part of Straughn softball family

    Published 1:18 pm Sunday, April 13, 2025

The Straughn Lady Tiger softball team, and the entire school community, welcomed three special students to their campus this school year.

During a recent Lady Tiger game three exchange students — Linda Keemu, Emma Martinez Cruz, and Kati Tymiec — were recognized. All three are juniors.

“These girls have worked hard at practices and have become such a huge part of our Straughn family and especially our Straughn softball family,” said head coach Candace Tucker. “All three of our host families agree it is going to be difficult to see them leave in June, but they will always be part of our Straughn family. We are all extremely thankful God brought them here.”

Linda Keemu joined Straughn from her native Finland and was hosted by the Bartholomew family. She enjoys reading, riding horses, playing tennis, and walking.

“I’ve enjoyed being part of the softball team and making so many new friends,” Keemu said. “I will miss my host family and our dog, Scooby Doo, as well as all the friends I’ve made and the teachers who I have grown to love. I’m going to miss being able to buy energy drinks and the frequent trips to Blue Bird and Tropical Smoothie.”

Emma Martinez Cruz is a native of Spain and she was hosted by the Gordon family. She enjoys playing volleyball, learning cheers and dances for football, softball, and spending time with her brothers.

“I am going to miss my new friends and family. I’ve enjoyed our trips to Walmart, ranch pasta, cookie brownies, snuggling with Brock, and watching the ‘Gilmore Girls’,” Cruz said.

Kati Tymeic’s home country is Germany and she was hosted by the Nelson family. She enjoys drawing, reading and learning cheers with her Straughn friend, Callie Ann McVay.

“I will miss so many things when I return to Germany,” she said. “I will certainly miss my entire Straughn family and my pig, Moo-Moo, but will also miss trips to Sonic, Walmart, the beach and my diet Mountain Dew and smoked tuna dip.”

All three students will return to their home countries at the end of the school year.

  • British MP Barred From Entering Hong Kong

British MP Barred From Entering Hong Kong

British MP first ever refused entry on arrival in Hong Kong since the former British colony was handed over to China in 1997.

    BREITBART

(AFP) — British Foreign Secretary David Lammy on Sunday said he was deeply concerned after a UK lawmaker was denied entry to Hong Kong, and said he would be urgently raising the issue with the Chinese authorities.

Wera Hobhouse claimed she was the first British MP to be refused entry on arrival in Hong Kong since the former British colony was handed over to China in 1997.

Hobhouse is a member of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China.

“IPAC unites lawmakers worldwide, promoting democracy and addressing threats to the rules-based and human rights systems posed by the rise of China,” the group says on its website.

The Sunday Times newspaper said Hobhouse, 65, flew to Hong Kong on Thursday on a personal trip to visit her newborn grandson.

It said she had her passport confiscated, was asked about her job and the purpose of her visit, had her luggage searched and was then taken to the boarding gate.

“When I was given the decision my voice was shaking and I was just saying: ‘Why, please explain to me?’,” the British weekly quoted her as saying.

Hobhouse said on Bluesky: “I am the first MP to be refused entry on arrival to Hong Kong since 1997.

“Authorities gave me no explanation for this cruel and upsetting blow. I hope the foreign secretary will recognise that this is an insult to all parliamentarians and seek answers.”

AFP has contacted the Hong Kong government for comment.

[This] comes a week after two British MPs from the governing Labour Party were blocked from entering Israel and deported.

  • The Most Important 4-Minutes On America’s Middle East Wars We Ever Heard

The Most Important 4-Minutes On America’s Middle East Wars We Ever Heard

    Economist Jeffrey Sachs strikes again…

(ZH) – Economist Jeffrey Sachs strikes again… this time by dropping truth bombs at Saturday’s Antalya Diplomacy Forum — an annual conference on international diplomacy held in Antalya, Turkey. Sachs is also director of the Center for Sustainable Development at Columbia University and has been an adviser to the United Nations for decades.

Below is a clip from his mainstage speech, which is the most important four-minute commentary on the Middle East we have heard in a long time.

He told the audience while discussing regime change in Syria and America’s legacy in the region to look up the CIA’s ‘Operation Timber Sycamore’ while pointing out that “This region (the Middle East) has been manipulated by Britain, France and the US for 100 years since the Treaty of Versailles.”

“It will not have safety or peace until the U.S. is out of this region. If you think your big friend U.S. is gonna do your bidding and help you get your way,” Sachs asserted.

Sitting in a large room of foreign ministers and defense ministers from across the world, he held nothing back, destroying the NeoCon roots of contemporary US foreign policy and the recent disasters left in its wake. Watch by clicking on link below:
