    Requirements:

    5+ years experience as a Feature Analyst

    Proven experience in financial services or banking environments.
    Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
    Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working model.
    Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
    Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and systems thinking.
    Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
