  • 10 Best Spider-Man 2 Suits for Miles

Much like the previous titles, Spider-Man 2 features many new suits for Miles. And there are numerous new suits for our beloved Spidey to wear this time. With numerous options available, it might get difficult to find the perfect suit to wear as you swing around NYC. Hence, we have decided to list 10 of our favorite Spider-Man 2 suits for Miles for you to consider.

Since they introduced the Suit Tech feature in Spider-Man 2, superhero suits are cosmetic only this time around. As such, you don’t have to worry about which suit to pick. With that said, let’s take a look at some of the best suits for Miles:

    1. Into The Spider-Verse SB Suit

First on our list, we have the Into the Spiderverse suit, which is the makeshift costume that Miles made while learning under Peter. This Spider-Man 2 suit has the low-frame animation seen in the movie, replicating the style.

    Into The Spiderverse SB suit

The suit is a 1:1 replica of the one we have seen in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. You have Miles wearing sneakers along with socks, and a Halloween Spider-Man costume with rolled-up sleeves and slacks. Furthermore, the costume has a cape, which Peter is very much against in the movie.

    2. S.T.R.I.K.E. Suit

Tokusatsu is a wild and popular genre in Japan. And chances are that we have watched a piece of Tokusatsu media in the form of Super Sentai, Power Rangers, or Godzilla. Naturally, Insomniac Games wanted to pay tribute to the culture, introducing the STRIKE suit.

    Spider-Man 2 Miles S.T.R.I.K.E. Suits

Returning from Miles Morales, this suit takes inspiration from the Kamen Rider suits seen in the long-running Tokusatsu series. It has the flare and the edge in the design and looks cool. If you look at the Kamen Rider design, you will immediately draw parallels to this suit.

For example, this suit has pointy collars, a stoic armor-like suit design, and large armor hands. It is a must-try for those who love Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.

    3. Programmable Matter Suit

Another suit returning from Miles Morales is the Programmable Matter suit. It still retains the visuals introduced in the previous game and follows the red and black color scheme with an angular design.

    Spider-Man 2 Miles Programmable Suits

Additionally, it glows bright red around the arms, legs, lenses, and the symbol to give it a double-tone feel. Since the suit is based on the Tinkerer’s tech, it follows a similar design and ultimately looks clean. Furthermore, the suit has a metallic shine because of the PS5 tech. Just how it should look. Because of this, we decided to add this suit to this list.

    4. Miles Morales 2020 Suit

A modernized update to the Classic Suits of Miles Morales, the 2020 suit returns for Spider-Man 2. It retains much of the original design style introduced back in 2020. The face plate is a digital visor, and Miles wears a headphone in this one.

    Spider-Man 2 Miles 2020 suit

Furthermore, Miles still sports the cool bomber jacket on top of the spidey suit. What has been updated this time is the visuals and lighting pass. This means the suit looks realistic and clean this time around. Plus, the glowing logo looks especially striking in the costume because of the new lighting. If you play the game in real time, it looks marvelous, and because of such a bombastic design, we have added this to our list.

    5. Shadow Spider Suit

The medieval makeover that Miles sports in the Shadow Spider suit might catch most people off-guard. However, this suit is based on the design introduced in Champions #25-27. And people who judiciously follow Spider-Man comics will instantly recognize this suit from the series, thanks to its iconic design.

    Shadow Spider Suit

Here, Miles is seen wearing this suit after Peter dies in the Spider-Man 2 series. The cape allows him to teleport and quickly escape while using knives to subdue his enemies. He joins a vigilante group called Champions, wearing this suit and subduing the bad guys.

One difference between the Spider-Man 2 and the comic-book variant is in the cowl. The comic book Shadow Spider suit does not have a proper cowl, but a mouth cover for Miles. In the Spider-Man 2 design, they scrapped the mouth cover for a cowl to fit the design of every other suit.

    6. Sportswear Suit

The first suit Miles wears during his superhero career in Insomniac’s universe. We saw this suit getting damaged while battling Rhino in Miles Morales. He stops wearing this suit after he receives a brand-new gift from Peter. In Spider-Man 2, much like every other returning suit, this makes a comeback.

    Sportswear suit

Much of the design has remained intact in Spider-Man 2. It still has the puffy blue jacket, the red inner jacket, and the classic cowl that Peter had. Furthermore, the young spidey wears kicks since the costume doesn’t have footwear. So, consider using this if you were a fan of suits from previous games or want to roleplay Miles wearing his older costumes.

    7. Brooklyn 2099 Suit

Another flashy suit featured in the Miles Morales game, the Brooklyn 2099 suit returns. Insomniac games have heavily marketed this suit alongside the Kumo suit on their social media, and why shouldn’t they? For one, this suit looks tactical and heavily borrows designs from a heavy-duty military design.

    Spider-Man 2 Miles Brooklyn 2099 Suits

This suit design reminded me of the Arkham Knight from the Batman: Arkham Night video game, as it shares some similarities with that design. Be it the military cargo pants, the sleek boots, the skin-tight torso with a red-glowing symbol, and squinted eyes. Overall, this is a perfect suit to add to your arsenal. Furthermore, the available suit style variants look equally cool.

    8. T.R.A.C.K. Suit

Do you prefer something that looks clean yet chill? Then, you need to unlock the TRACK suit in Spider-Man 2. It follows the design of the typical Miles Morales suit but adds some additional accents to the design. This makes it stand out from the lot while retaining the design formula of a Spider-Man suit.

    Spider-Man 2 Miles T.R.A.C.K. Suit

The base suit variant uses a black-and-white color scheme to make the colors pop. Some red is thrown on the borders and the webbing design to give it the needed accent colors. Furthermore, the design has an overall futuristic touch to it, staying true to its name. If you are bored of wearing the classic suit, this one’s a great alternative.

    9. Miles Morales 2099 Suit

The hood makes everything cool. Be it the secretive Assassins from the Assassin’s Creed titles or Red Hood from DC Comics, no one can deny that hoods look amazing. So it’s only natural to find Miles wearing a suit with a hood attached to it. The 2099 suit in Spider-Man 2 knows this, adding a hood to the suit that makes the design cooler. And yes, this is another returning suit from the Miles Morales video game.

    Miles Morales 2099 suits Spider-Man 2

Outside of that, it follows a navy-blue color scheme, along with red and white for accents. This ensures that you can differentiate between each piece of uniform. For example, the gloves and shoes feature a red and white theme, while the overall design has a navy-blue color scheme. Furthermore, the eyes have a white glow to make them stand apart from the whole suit.

    10. Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. Suit

The final suit in this list is inspired by comic-book design and taps into the what-if territory. This suit takes inspiration from the classic S.H.I.E.L.D. agent uniform that we have seen in various comic books featuring Nick Fury and his cohorts. To make it fit the Spider-Man theme, they’ve given a spider-cowl to help Miles hide his identity.

Spider-Man 2 Miles Agents of shield suits

Outside of that, it follows the classic Shield color scheme of Light-Blue overalls and boasts white gloves and shoes. The suit has no webbing design, as it is a one-piece agent jumpsuit modified to fit Miles. If you read Marvel Comics while growing up and miss the old S.H.I.E.L.D. design, this is the perfect suit to try out.

And these are the suits for Miles in Spider-Man 2 that we suggest you unlock. Each suit has its own unique design and makes Miles stand out in any situation. Which is your favorite suit for Miles in this installment of the game? Let us know in the comments below.

  • What Is Google Find My Device – Everything You Need To Know

Have you ever been in a situation where you can’t locate your phone? Did you try calling it, but the call didn’t connect? Well, these are some of the scenarios in which a lot of us smartphone users have found themselves. And in such cases, apps such as Google Find My Device can be the hero we need.

As the name suggests, Google Find My Device is an app that you can use to track your device. It’s extremely handy when you can’t find your phone, someone steals your phone, or it gets lost. But the app goes beyond tracking your phone. In this guide, we will cover everything you need to know about the app.

How to Access the Google Find My Device App

You can access the Google Find My Device app in two different ways. The first is through the Android app. You can get it on an Android phone from the Google Play Store. Another option is accessing it through your browser. To access it, simply open your browser and enter ‘Find My Phone.’ The top Google link should get you into the web UI.

Here, the second option to access Google Find My Device is a very convenient perk. After all, you mightn’t have access to a phone after you lose your device. And the fact that you can access the functionality from a browser makes the app super useful.

How to Use the Find My Device App

You need to know a couple of things before jumping into the app. First, the device you’re trying to track must be logged into your Google account. Secondly, to get the best out of the Google Find My Device app functionalities, the device needs to be connected to the internet.

Internet connectivity is basically how Google offers live location of the phone. And when you lose your device, live location is all that matters. However, even if your phone is not connected, you will still receive some location information when attempting to track it. The app offers the last known location in that regard.

    Map View

Once you get into the Find My Device app, you’ll see a list of devices connected to your account. Some of the names can be confusing. The reason for this is the app will often use the model number of the phone instead of the actual name. But in most cases, the app should offer you the proper name of the device.

    Map View
Image: Map view in the app

Nonetheless, once you tap on the device you want to track, you enter the map view. This map view shows the location of the device. Again, if it’s connected to the internet at the moment, you get a live location. On the other hand, if it’s not connected, the Find My Device app will give you the last known location.

I particularly find the map view of the Find My Device app accurate. For example, I once lost my phone in my home. But with the app, I could quickly figure out which part of my home the phone was in. The app even lets you see in which room the phone is.

    Info Panel

Right under the map view, you’ll see a panel. It will expand when you interact with it. This panel on Google Find My Device gives you information about the phone that you’re looking for. You can find the name of the phone, its battery percentage, and which WiFi it is currently connected to.

    Device Info

    Play A Sound

Under the info panel, you’ll find an option to play sound. This option will come in handy if you can’t find your device. Upon tapping, Google Find My Device will play the default ringtone, offering you an audio guide to find your phone. And it works even when your phone is set in the silent mode.

Play A Sound On Google Find My Device

    Directions

There’s a Get Direction option on the Google Find My Device app. This square icon will give you the coordinates of the device’s location in Google Maps. Afterward, you can use Google Maps to navigate to your device.

Secure the Lost Device with Google Find My Device

Fear that someone has found your device and might get into the sensitive info you have on the device? Google Find My Deviec has a securing option that can come in handy in this regard. It will lock the phone using your pattern or pin. The feature will also sign the phone out of your Google account.

Through this, even if the person holding your phone gains second-time access, they won’t be able to access your personal information. That includes the saved contacts, files, and docs that are in your Google account.

But if you’re sure that you can’t get back your phone anymore, Google Find My Device offers a helpful option. It lets you to factory reset the phone, which will wipe all the data from the device and make it boot in the default state. This will help to keep the locally stored files safe.

So, let’s check out the new features of AMD’s new Threadripper 7000 Series CPUs for desktop platforms!

AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7000 Series Desktop Processors: Details

As the name suggests, AMD Threadripper 7000 is the company’s latest high-end desktop processor lineup. The total core and thread count and overall computing performance are much higher on Threadripper as compared to your standard consumer-oriented chips such as the Ryzen 9. So yes, this is the true beast when it comes to CPU power, competing with the likes of the Xeon series by Intel.

AMD says their Threadripper processors are used majorly in the entertainment industry for the purposes of film production. According to the company, their existing Threadripper 5995WX chip is already a class-leading chip, delivering 37% better Autodesk Maya performance as compared to the Xeon W-3495.

The new Threadripper 7000 series looks forward to innovate further and unlock a new ceiling when it comes to CPU performance. David McAfee, a Corporate VP at AMD says the company never stops pushing the limits, and so their new Threadripper 7000 high-end desktop processors are launching today.

  • The Street Fighter 6 honeymoon phase is over

I’ve argued (and still do) that Street Fighter 6 is, even in its initial vanilla form, the most balanced Street Fighter entry to date, but balance doesn’t necessarily translate to fun. I wouldn’t go as far as to say the game isn’t fun or engaging, either, but it seems we’re increasingly seeing discussions surrounding the game become more negative here in the game’s fourth month on shelves.

On our latest episode of Talk and Block, Catalyst and I dig into what we’re seeing and hearing as it really does appear as though the Street Fighter 6 honeymoon is over. With that in mind, developers will need to be especially strategic when they eventually do make larger changes to the game.

While complaints about the top tiers and input issues are becoming more prevalent, people are still happily booting up Street Fighter 6 in droves. The good news is that, while it may not quite have the charisma it did upon launch, the game has plenty of charisma in its reserves.

As Catalyst remarks during out discussion, people were very much happy to simply be able to move on from Street Fighter 5, and so SF6 had a lot of initial love simply for being the next thing to move on to from a game that was relatively polarizing.

Capcom clearly made massive improvements on the issues that plagued SF5, making sure to launch its successor as a fully complete title with tons of added bells and whistles that showed just how much they were listening to fans.

A quarter of a year is a long while in video game world, and one would all but expect that fans would begin to lose a bit of interest around this point in time, especially with competition like Mortal Kombat 1 popping up. Conversations about the less flattering aspects of SF6 are actually good, in a way, because they’ve become a very necessary part of the patch/update process.

Looking to the future, we know that Capcom plans to give SF6 a major update once every year, and while we still have a good eight months before it celebrates its first anniversary, the potential for fixes is at an all time high.

Competitive legend BST|Daigo Umehara and biggest name on the Tekken development team, Katushiro Harada, both recently discussed the evolved nature of the relationship between fighting game developers and fans. These discussions weren’t intertwined and came from vastly different points of view, but illuminate where this important relationship stands as of 2023.

While it used to be that fighting game developers would make changes to their games (recall the many updates and version Street Fighter 2 went through) communication with their player base was massively limited compared to modern times. It wasn’t really until the Street Fighter 4 era (some 13 years ago now) that the internet began revealing more specifically what fans wanted.

This is, of course, a double edged sword as many who are vocal are not all that thoughtful, but now information can spread so quickly and in so much detail that developers have all but no choice in incorporating fan feedback when making updates.

We talk on all of these points and more in the full episode of Talk and Block embedded below, and would love to hear your thoughts (both here as well as in the comments directly on YouTube) on the matter too. Give our discussion a listen and chime in as we all try to articulate our feelings and hopes for SF6 as it evolves forward.

    Timestamps:

    00:00 – The SF6 honeymoon is over

    09:52 – Developers MUST listen to players, but it’s a double-edged sword

  • How to Use Super Slingshot in Spider-Man 2

Spider-Man 2 introduces a few new mechanics that make you feel more like a web-slinger than ever before. One of these includes the ever-awaited Super Slingshot, which was shown in the gameplay trailers. This is a brand-new traversal system that allows both Peter and Miles to build tension through their webs and launch into the air to gain momentum. Super Slingshot looks cool and allows you to zoom through the concrete jungle that is New York City easily in Spider-Man 2 (read review).

Now, you don’t get this ability out of the gate, and the game requires you to unlock it with skill points. In this article, we share the process of using Slingshot launch in Spider-Man 2.

Unlock Super Slingshot in Spider-Man 2

Like other flashy skills in the game, you have to unlock the Super Slingshot to use it. Once unlocked, both Peter and Miles, can use it freely and don’t have to worry about unlocking it for each spidey individually. Moreover, the best part is that it is an opening skill and the easiest to obtain. To get the Super Slingshot skill, follow the steps below:

    • Open up the game menu by pressing the DualSense touchpad. This will open the map and every corresponding menu.
    The Spider-Man-2 main menu
    • Press R2 and navigate to the “Skills” tab. This is where the skill tree lies.
    • In Spider-Man 2, you have three skill trees. Two individual skill trees for Miles and Peter, and one shared for both Spider-Men. Select the shared skill tree to get to this skill.
    Pick shared skill spider-man 2
    • You will see “Slingshot Launch” at the top of the skill tree. It only requires one skill point, so select and unlock it to start using this cool ability.
    slingshot launch pick

Congratulations, you have now unlocked the Slingshot Launch ability in Spider-Man 2. This allows you to launch the characters in the air and gain immediate speed. Furthermore, this skill lets you quickly cover a substantial distance in the city. Super Slingshot is perfect if you want to use your web wings in Spider-Man 2 and start flying.

Use the Super Slingshot in Spider-Man 2

Now that you have unlocked the skill, it is time to know how to use it. There are primarily two ways you can use the Super Slingshot in Spider-Man 2. Both scenarios work about the same, with one requiring additional steps. However, in both instances, you perform the same steps and find yourself flinging off buildings in seconds.

    1. Slingshot off a Launch Pad

The first way to use the slingshot launch properly is through the numerous launch pads available in the game. While these can feel tacky at first glance, they serve their purpose. To use it, follow the steps.

    • Start roaming around NYC and look for a Slingshot Launch Pad. It will appear on your minimap denoted by the slingshot icon.
    Slingshot launch pad map
    • At the launch pad, hold L2 and X to begin the Super Slingshot process. Once it reaches its extreme, release it to go soaring through the skies.

    2. Slingshot Using Structures

While launchpads are one of the ways to use this skill, you can use Super Slingshot whenever you want. It wouldn’t make much sense to tie such an essential traversal technique to a launch pad and limit its potential. So, you can use it when you have enough buildings around you to stick the webbing to. Here’s how it works:

    • Ensure you have buildings or a floor beneath you. This is essential as the webbing needs to get stuck to something.
    • Hold L2 and X to start building the tension. Release it to launch the spidey into the air and start flying.
    Start using the slingshot

Following these steps will allow the spidey to slingshot itself and start using its web-wings. Alternatively, you can also start swinging across the buildings faster. These are the steps to use the Super Slingshot Launch in Spider-Man 2. Did you try using this new skill in-game? What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments below.

  • You can now use multiple Whatsapp accounts on the app

WhatsApp, one of the most widely used instant messaging applications in the world, has always been a favorite among users for its simplicity and reliability. However, it has sometimes lagged behind its competitors in terms of certain advanced features. Nonetheless, WhatsApp has been on a mission to bridge this feature gap and cater to the growing demands of its user base. Earlier this year, the platform took a significant step by allowing users to utilize their WhatsApp accounts on multiple devices, a feature that was long-awaited.

Now, WhatsApp has made another major announcement, which is set to revolutionize the way users manage their messaging experience. The messaging giant has unveiled the ability to use multiple WhatsApp accounts on a single device. Eliminating the need for workarounds and making it convenient for users to maintain separate accounts for work and personal use. In this article, we will delve into the details of this latest update and how it will change the way people interact on the platform.

    WhatsApp’s Pursuit of Feature Enhancement

WhatsApp’s journey has been one of steady progress. While it may not have been as feature-rich as some of its competitors, it has always prioritized the fundamentals of instant messaging, such as text, voice, and video communication. However, it has been working tirelessly to incorporate the most requested features and keep up with the ever-evolving landscape of digital communication. The recent introduction of multi-device support marked a significant milestone, allowing users to stay connected across various platforms seamlessly. This, in itself, was a game-changer, but WhatsApp didn’t stop there.

The Big News: Multiple WhatsApp Accounts on One Device

    Gizchina News of the week

In a recent announcement, WhatsApp has taken another stride towards user satisfaction by enabling the use of multiple WhatsApp accounts on a single device. The significance of this update cannot be overstated. As it eliminates the need for cumbersome workarounds that users had to employ in the past. The traditional method of using a second phone for a secondary WhatsApp account or resorting to dual apps on Android skins is no longer necessary. Additionally, iOS users who were using the WhatsApp Business app to maintain multiple accounts can now do so directly within the official app.

    What This Means for You

This feature is a boon for those who need to segregate their work and personal contacts on the same device. It saves users from the inconvenience of constantly logging in and out or carrying two separate phones. With the ability to have two accounts logged in at the same time, WhatsApp’s latest update brings a new level of convenience and efficiency to your messaging experience. The implementation is seamless, and you can effortlessly switch between the two accounts without any hassle.

    Understanding the Limitations

While WhatsApp’s announcement mentions “multiple accounts,” it’s important to note that, as of now, the instructions provided are for setting up a second account only. Given that each WhatsApp account is linked to an active phone number, the app appears to be capping users at two accounts on a single device. This aligns with the technical constraints of most phones, as they generally don’t support three active SIM cards simultaneously. Nevertheless, for those who require two distinct WhatsApp identities, this update is a game-changer.

How to Set Up a Second WhatsApp Account

The process of setting up a second WhatsApp account is straightforward. To do so, you will need a second phone number and a SIM card in your device. This SIM card can be a physical one or an eSIM, depending on your device’s capabilities. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up a second account:

    1. Open WhatsApp.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Click on the arrow next to your name.
    4. Click “Add account” and follow the on-screen instructions to set up your second profile.
    5. You can customize your privacy and notification settings for each account.

In the event that you can’t see the arrow next to your name, check the Google Play Store or Apple App Store for any pending WhatsApp updates and install them. If the feature remains elusive, it might be a matter of waiting for WhatsApp to roll it out to your device, as updates are often staggered.

    Conclusion

WhatsApp’s latest update, which allows users to use multiple WhatsApp accounts on a single device, is a game-changing development. It streamlines the process of managing work and personal contacts, eliminating the need for complicated workarounds and multiple devices. The ease with which this feature can be accessed and utilized makes it a welcome addition to the WhatsApp experience. As WhatsApp continues to adapt and evolve, it remains a key player in the world of instant messaging. Catering to the diverse needs of its massive user base. Stay tuned for further updates, as the platform continues to enhance its offerings and provide innovative solutions for its users.

  • Mileena and Scorpion’s spooky new Mortal Kombat 1 costumes are available now and are perfect for Halloween

Over the last couple of weeks, PC savvy fans have been modding Mortal Kombat 1 to add new looks to NetherRealm Studios’ latest entry in the long-running fighting game franchise. Today, however, players can get their hands on some new costumes directly from the in-game store.

Mortal Kombat 1 has added two new alternate outfits to the game — one for Scorpion and the other for Mileena — and they’re available for purchase right now. Both combatants get spooky new digs that are perfect for Halloween.

These latest costumes are premium outfits and can be purchased in-game with Dragon Krystals. Like Sub-Zero before him, Scorpion now gets his own Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) skin, while Mileena gets the “Kannibal Killer” skin.

Both can be purchased individually for 800 Dragon Krystals each, or you can opt to purchase the bundle that includes both skins, plus Sub-Zero’s Day of the Dead costume. This bundle is listed for 1900 Dragon Krystals, but right now it appears to be on sale for 1,100 Dragon Krystals — which is actually quite the good price.

Purchasing Scorpion’s outfit here will give you access to the skin itself, five different color palettes for it, and the Dia de Muertos face mask as a customization item. Similarly to Sub-Zero again, Scorpion’s look sets him up in traditional Day of the Dead garb complete with skull face paint and the candy skull face mask.

Mileena, on the other hand, channels her best Hannibal Lecter and dresses as an escaped psycho killer. With this new costume, Mileena wears a straightjacket and a muzzle over her mouth, all while rocking a pretty slick ponytail.

Her straightjacket is also covered in blood here, signifying that the opponent clearly won’t be her first victim.

Mileena’s Kannibal Killer skin comes included with six different color palettes and a set of sai as her customization item.

Featured below we have screenshots of Scorpion and Mileena’s new Mortal Kombat 1 costumes, complete with a look at each of its colors. You will also find some beautiful shots of Mileena’s new skin courtesy of TQT.
