  • If you thought Jamie’s infinite stun bug in Street Fighter 6 was impractical and training mode only, it’s not

We’re seeing it used in real matches now

Last week, we here at EventHubs caught wind of a new bug in Street Fighter 6 that allows Jamie to stun an opponent in the corner and keep stunning them over and over again by performing a specific set of actions. While it may have looked to some like something you’d only ever see done in training mode or in a combo video, the fact of the matter is that setting up this bug is proving to be fairly practical.

Over the last few days, I’ve seen several clips of real matches where the Jamie bug was being utilized. New footage posted by DaFeetLee on X (formerly Twitter) does a great job of showing how Jamie players can definitely use this unintended behavior to their advantage right now.

In the clip, we see DaFeetLee’s Jamie squaring off against a Zangief player online. The action begins with a level 2 drunk Jamie pressuring his burnt out opponent as he inches the grappler towards the corner.

Unfortunately for the Zangief player, Gief’s level 1 super does not act as an invincible reversal, and that is all he has stocked at the moment the first Drive Impact comes into play. Zangief gets stunned, and since Jamie is at least at level 1 here, he is able to get two more drinks in while Gief is stunned, then snatch him up with an Overdrive command throw.

For those who missed it, this Jamie bug requires he have at least one drink stocked before stunning the opponent in the corner. If those requirements are met, he can get two more drinks in and an OD command throw, then he gets another drink as the opponent is crumpled and slowly falls to the floor.

Doing all of this makes it so that the opponent does not lose their burnout despite having been already stunned by Drive Impact. The idea here is that Jamie gets this powerful sequence, but keeps the opponent in burnout, and as long as his foe doesn’t have the resources to escape, Jamie can loop this over and over again to keep stunning the opponent.

Now, the community is calling this an infinite and saying that Jamie can do it indefinitely, but that isn’t entirely true despite him being able to do it a lot in one sitting. Eventually, the opponent’s Drive Gauge bar will fill back up and cause them to escape burnout, but depending on how early Jamie does this set up, he can get in several reps and power up immensely before landing a big punish combo to close everything out.

In DaFeetLee’s case, he manages to score three full stuns on Zangief before closing things out with a stun combo.

Street Fighter 6’s mechanics dictate that you cannot stun an opponent more than once when they’re burnt out, so it is pretty much guaranteed that this is indeed a bug and it will be patched out at some point. That being said, Jamie players can and are using this in real matches right now, so beware.

  • YouTube Testing the Ability to Summarize Comments Using AI

    youtube

YouTube is often seen testing new features and the recent ones mostly deal with AI. The video-streaming platform recently experimented with the ability to summarize videos using AI and now here’s a new test, which can summarize comments with the help of AI. Here are the details.

The new experimental YouTube feature will summarize and organize the published comments section (mostly with a lot of comments) based on topics using AI. This will allow people to easily access the comments they are looking for and make it much easier for the creator of the video to manage the comments they receive.

The summary of comments using AI is currently available for select Premium users on Android and iOS. If you are a YouTube Premium user, you can check the Premium benefits section under the username to see if this feature is available for trial.

YouTube comments summary using AI test

If yes, just tap the ‘try it out‘ option to start. You can head to the comments section of any video and select the three-dotted menu to sort the comments by topic. While I could find the feature to choose, the option to sort the comments by topic didn’t show up at the time of writing.

Another feature that YouTube is testing is an ‘Ask‘ option for videos, which will use AI to answer questions related to the video. This option will be available to some users on select English videos. It is also a part of YouTube Premium but just on Android.

We still don’t know when and if YouTube will release the aforementioned features for all. We will keep you posted whenever this happens, so, stay tuned to this space. Also, what are your thoughts about the new AI features YouTube is testing? Do share with us in the comments below.

  • Now Sony Is Ditching PlayStation’s Twitter Integration

    PlayStation Removing Twitter

Ever since gamers started using the social features of their consoles, they have used them to share their gameplay, trophies, and best moments. Sony PlayStation consoles, too, have had the X (formerly Twitter) integration feature for a long time, which lets them do the same. However, recent changes in X’s policies have forced companies to either pause or drop these services entirely. In a blow to PlayStation owners, Sony is now removing PS integration on Twitter. Keep reading to find out when and why.

Sony PlayStation Integration on Twitter is Going Away

The announcement comes from Sony’s official important notices page. As is mentioned there, from November 13th, 2023, gamers will no longer be able to use the X platform on their PlayStation 5 and 4 gaming consoles for the purposes of viewing and sharing content. This will include using PS5/PS4 to view published content on X. Users won’t even be able to view and post their trophies and other gameplay activities.

It looks like removing X integration from all sorts of places is becoming quite common. Earlier, Microsoft, too, had done the same on Xbox and Game Bar on Windows. While Sony did not provide users with an explicit reason as to why the PlayStation and Twitter integration is going away, an educated guess can be made.

Before Elon Musk’s takeover of Twitter, the pricing structure for having Twitter integration on a platform was nominal. But after his takeover, there was a drastic change to this API pricing structure, and subsequently, Twitter was disabled on Xbox consoles by Microsoft. Although the company never said that it removed Twitter integration from Xbox due to the API pricing change, it seems highly likely, given the timing of the two events.

    playstation removing twitter

And now, as if on cue, Sony has followed suit and broken up with Twitter. We suspect it is most likely the same reason and a decision that it is unlikely to be reversed. However, there is still a way for you to share your PlayStation content on X.

Simply download the PlayStation app and use it to transfer your captured media (screenshots/videos) from your PlayStation console to your phone. After that, use your phone to share your gaming content on X. While this method sure is tedious, there isn’t much else we can do besides that.

What are your thoughts on Sony removing X (formerly Twitter) integration on gaming consoles? Do you think X has a future, or will their constant changes disrupt the overall ecosystem? Let us know in the comments below.

  • You Can Now Create Your Own Custom ChatGPT and It’s Easy Too

    custom ChatGPT models

OpenAI is making ChatGPT more fun as you can now create its personalized version, which will cater to specific needs. The company, at its DevDay special event, has announced GPTs for the purpose. Plus, there’s the new ChatGPT 4 Turbo model too. Here’s all you need to know about the custom GPTs.

    OpenAI Introduces GPTs

GPTs will help you make a version of ChatGPT for yourself, which will work according to you, thus, giving you some control over the conversational AI tool. So, suppose you need a version of ChatGPT for math or for some creative writing lessons, OpenAI has given you a solution!

And if you think you need to learn coding for this, that won’t be the case. The process will be very simple and you are just required to start a chat with ChatGPT and provide it with content on the topic. You can also feed it with options to search the web or make images. If this idea interests you, you can head over here to try this out. You will also be able to make custom actions for GPTs with the help of different APIs.

OpenAI, in a blog post, says, “We designed GPTs so more people can build with us. Involving the community is critical to our mission of building a safe AGI that benefits humanity. It allows everyone to see a wide and varied range of useful GPTs and get a more concrete sense of what’s ahead. And by broadening the group of people who decide ‘what to build’ beyond just those with access to advanced technology it’s likely we’ll have safer and better aligned AI.

There are a number of ideas available for GPTs for ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise users, including Canva and Zapier AI Actions. More users, probably, free users, will be able to use GPTs in the near future. This can be used for your personal use or could just be a company thing. If you want, the custom ChatGPT can be used for a wider audience too.

GPTs will focus on your privacy and security and your data won’t be shared with developers or third parties. OpenAI will also launch the GPT Store later this month, which will list down custom GPTs by verified developers so that they are more accessible to the public. Developers will soon be able to earn money from this too.

So, what are your thoughts about this? Do you like the idea of creating a personalized ChatGPT model? Let us know in the comments below.

  • Project L demo coming to Worlds Fan Fest this month but what about new announcements?

It’s a bit odd to think that Project L’s existence was first unveiled to the world a bit over four years ago now though the League of Legends fighting game still isn’t in our hands yet.

Riot Games announced today that a Project L demo will be available for attendees at the 2023 Worlds Fan Fest later this month, but what of more reveals for the title?

As stated in their announcement, Project L is going to be available between November 16–19 at the Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, South Korea at the event connected to the League of Legends World Finals (though not at the same venue).

It’s unclear, but this is very likely the same demo that was opened up to the public at Evo 2023 in August considering it features the same four characters in Ahri, Darius, Ekko and Yasuo.

Considering this is an event to celebrate all of Riot’s games and IP beyond just League, the Worlds Fan Fest could provide a venue for more announcements for the fighting game that fans have been waiting a long time for.

As to what could be shown, we highly doubt we’re going to get anything like a release date or public beta reveal and the like.

Since this Worlds Fan Fest is sounding more like a music festival with some side events than a traditional convention, we should probably keep expectations a bit tempered unless we’re told otherwise.

If anything, we feel the best we could end up seeing is a new fighter reveal or a sizzle reel to try to remind the League fans that a fighting game is indeed coming.

It could also serve as an appropriate venue to finally get the true name of Project L that it’ll be releasing under to give those fans something more concrete to talk and think about.

Up until this point, Riot has been approaching the trickle of information they’ve been putting out by largely doing controlled video messages and showcases not really connected to anything else, so there’s still the very strong possibility there will be nothing at all new for Project L either.

We’ll just have to keep our eyes open in a couple weeks between the League finals and Worlds Fan Fest to see if they’re ready to show any of what’s cooking on the grill.

  • DLL Issues? Here are 4 DLL Fixers to Solve Windows DLL Problems

While DLL errors hardly appear on Windows 11 now, old systems like Windows 10 and 7 face missing DLL issues from time to time. The DLL files which contain shared library and data for programs provide a link between the system and the program. If they go missing, a program can’t run effectively. That said, it’s not recommended to download DLL files off the internet and place them in privileged system folders. So we have brought the best 4 DLL fixers that allow you to install DLLs in Windows effectively. On that note, let’s jump to the list.

Most missing DLL errors can be fixed by Microsoft’s internal SFC and DISM tools. SFC is a system file checker that evaluates the integrity of files on your PC and restores missing DLL files. That automatically allows it to be a great DLL fixer. In addition, DISM lets you deploy the original image without having to reinstall Windows. Here are the steps to follow.

    1. Press the Windows key to open the Start menu.

    2. Search for “cmd“.

    3. Now, click on “Run as administrator” in the right pane.

    run cmd as administrator

    4. After that, copy and paste the below command to run the DISM tool.

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    rum dism tool on windows

    5. Once done, run the SFC tool in the same fashion.

    SFC /scannow

    run sfc scan on windows

    6. Now, restart your PC and the DLL error should be fixed by now.

    2. Visual C++ Redistributable (VCRedist)

Sometimes, due to an incorrect Visual C++ Redistributable package, Windows throws missing DLL errors. You can fix it by installing the latest VCRedist package. VCRedist is one of the best DLL fixers out there and, here is how to go about using it.

    1. Head to this link and scroll down.

    2. Download the setup file depending on your PC’s architecture. All modern computers are x64.

    download vcredist setup file

    3. Now, install the Visual C++ Redistributable package or repair it on your PC.

    install vcredist on windows

    4. Finally, restart your computer and check if the DLL error persists.

    3. Glary Utilities

While Windows now hardly requires maintenance software, if you are using an older version of Windows and facing some DLL errors, Glary Utilities could be of some help. It has got many built-in features like registry repair, system cleanup, privacy protection, and more, that make it one of the best DLL fixers out there. You can particularly use the Registry Repair option to fix missing DLL errors on Windows.

    glary utilities system tools

Besides, you can optimize memory, check disk, restore the system, and more. The best feature of Glary Utilities is the ability to repair system files. It scans for corruptions in Windows system files and restores them. You can find it under System Tools. All in all, Glary Utilities is a one-click maintenance software and you can resolve DLL errors with much ease.

Download Glary Utilities (Free, offers 30-day free trial)

    4. Auslogics Registry Cleaner

Due to corrupt Registry keys, DLL errors often appear on Windows. And to fix that, Auslogics Registry Cleaner is one of the best DLL fixers in the market. It’s available for free, and you can use it to clean the Registry on your Windows PC. It can repair, optimize, and eliminate DLL errors arising out of the Registry.

    Auslogics Registry Cleaner

Many poorly-written programs leave registry keys even after uninstallation and they may cause DLL issues or corrupt some DLL files. Auslogics is regarded as one of the best companies that develops many useful Windows utilities. So go ahead and fix DLL issues with the Auslogics Registry Cleaner.

Download Auslogics Registry Cleaner (Free, $14.50)

So this is how you can resolve DLL issues on your Windows computer by using the best DLL fixers. I would suggest trying Windows’ built-in repair tools before moving to third-party solutions. Many times, they fix the issue without much hassle. Anyway, that is all from us. If you are facing Windows 11 BSOD on your computer, head to our linked guide for a quick fix. And to speed up your Windows 11 PC without using third-party apps, we have a detailed tutorial ready for you. Finally, if you are still facing issues, let us know in the comment section below.

  • Hinako Shijo debut gameplay trailer released for The King of Fighters 15 and launching earlier than expected

The world got to see her in motion almost a month ago, and now it’s time to see the last DLC character of The King of Fighters 15 in action.

SNK just released the debut gameplay trailer for Hinako Shijo in KOF15.

After getting treated to her into and special introduction against Antonov, Hinako gets to quick work slapping the crap out of him.

Unsurprisingly, this small lady is still very much a Sumo wrestler through and through with a cascade of hand slaps, throws and stomps at her disposal.

Hinako first joined the series as part of the Women Fighters Team back in King of Fighters 200 alongside Mai, Yuri and Kasumi, but she’s been on the sidelines for a long time since her last playable appearance in KOF 2002 Unlimited match.

Although she was originally scheduled for a Winter release, SNK revealed she’ll actually be launching next Tuesday, November 14, as the last addition of the season 2 character pass to join Shingo, Kim, Sylvie, Najd, Duo Lon and the free fighter Goenitz.

You can check out the full trailer for Hinako in action below.
