The Capcom Pro Tour Asia is happening this weekend and next weekend, in a rare change of schedule from how most of the online Premier Events have been played.
Notable players participating include BLG|Vxbao, iG|Jiewa, iG|XiaoKou, FighterDJ, Maimaiken and many more.
The eligible regions to register for this event were all of mainland China.
This is an online Premier event, meaning that the winner of this competition will get a direct qualification to this season’s Capcom Cup.
Almost 120 people signed up for this qualifier, though it’s unclear which portions exactly will be streamed. For when it isn’t being streamed, though, you can follow along Start GG.
Nvidia has officially confirmed that it will be holding a ‘Special Address’ event at CES 2024, and we can expect to see new 40-series GPUs to be unveiled. Previous rumors suggested that the RTX 40-series Super refresh is in the works and could be unveiled at CES 2024. That said, let’s discuss the event dates, timings, and what products we can expect Nvidia to launch here!
Recently, Nvidia sent out press invites for its upcoming Special Address event. The event date falls on January 8, 2024, and will be held at 8:00 AM PT. This is one day right before CES 2024 starts (Jan 9 to Jan 12) so it seems like it will be a pre-show event. The company has not revealed any details about what to expect from this event, not even confirmation on whether or not it will be GeForce products that are launching here.
However, the timing of this event coincides with an RTX 4080 Super leak that came out days ago. Hardware leaker kopite7kimi had shared details on X (formerly Twitter) regarding what time frame we can expect this new GPU to launch. So yeah, it is likely that we will see brand new GeForce products, aka refreshed RTX 40 Series GPUs carrying the ‘Super‘ branding.
NVIDIA CES 2024 Event: What to Expect?
Nvidia stopped using the “Super” branding after the RTX 20 Series Super launch back in 2019. However, it seems likely that the company is considering bringing it back. They seem to be considering a launch of RTX 4070 Ti Super, quite a mouthful even for a graphics card’s name! There are other new RTX 40 Super GPUs expected to launch at CES 2024. Talking about the performance, we will likely see a performance improvement in the neighborhood of 10%. That is roughly what we saw when Nvidia released an updated RTX 20 Super lineup. It has been a good while since we saw a brand-new Master & Dynamic wireless earbuds. For context, the last True Wireless Stereo (TWS) buds that the brand debuted were the MW08 and MW08 Sports. These two wireless earbuds were launched back in 2021. Now, the brand is back with Master & Dynamic MW09.
And it seems the wait was well worth it. The new Master & Dynamic MW09 comes with a lot of improvements. These range from better battery to redefined design to improved acoustics. What’s more important is that the earbuds integrate an AI-enhanced feature to offer superior calling performance.

As mentioned earlier, the brand-new Master & Dynamic MW09 brings a lot to the table. Here’s a quick look at the key highlights of the earbuds:
Premium Design and Build Quality
It’s not uncommon to see Master & Dynamic debut a product that comes with a premium build. The MW09 is not an exception in this regard. The wireless earbuds are made of high-quality materials such as Kevlar, sapphire glass, and aluminum. While aluminum is common in some earbuds, sapphire glass and Kevlar aren’t.
Now, while the Master & Dynamic MW09 is bringing a much-improved build quality, the brand hasn’t increased the price tag of the buds. The brand-new pair of wireless buds cost the same as the predecessor.
When it comes to specifics, the outer panel of the MW09 features a combination of sapphire glass and aluminum. It features a similar D shape that was present in the MW08 Sport and regular MW08. Master & Dynamic says that this design gives the MW09 better ergonomics.
In addition, the shape and construction reduce the weight of the Master & Dynamic MW09. Both of these will result in better comfort. The updated acoustic enclosure also plays a role in this factor. Master & Dynamic explains that it should offer a better fit across a broad range of ear shapes.
Another key design factor is that the outer panel of the Master & Dynamic MW09 has a circular section. It’s where the manufacturer has put the “M” branding. Although it may seem like a touch panel, it’s not. The unit has physical controls, which reside on the top edge.
Enhanced Driver Setup and Top-notch ANC
Under the hood, the Master & Dynamic MW09 equips 11 mm beryllium drivers. With these, the company promises the “most expansive sound profile ever.” The earbuds achieve that through many improvements made to the acoustic architecture.
In terms of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Master & Dynamic says that the MW09 brings an updated microphone that features an improved sensor placement. Also, the new wireless earbuds benefit from the new adaptive noise-blocking algorithms. They can eliminate more environmental noise.
AI-enhanced Calling Feature of Master & Dynamic MW09
The headline-grabbing feature of the Master & Dynamic MW09 is that it comes with a brand-new AI-powered calling feature. The brand calls it a “high-definition” speech setup, which aims to make you sound natural and clear even when you’re in challenging environments.

That means you can take a call regardless of where you are. And with this, the MW09 is positioning itself to join some of the best wireless earbuds for calls in the market.
Other Features
The Master & Dynamic MW09 also shines in other important factors. For example, it can offer up to 16 hours of battery after a single charging session. And with the ANC turned on, the earbuds can offer up to 12 hours of runtime. That’s two hours longer than the predecessor, with four hours longer when you consider the battery life in the ANC off mode.
Master & Dynamic has also made a significant update to the Connect App. Now, the app offers a lot of customization features. That includes a fully adjustable EQ. Also, on the app, users can better monitor the battery levels. And let’s not forget to mention its fit test, which makes it easier to get the best possible fit with the MW09.
The app also allows the users to hear their own voice better during phone calls. When it comes to connectivity, the Master & Dynamic MW09 features Bluetooth 5.4. This is the latest Bluetooth standard available for wearables and audio accessories. Thanks to this, the earbuds can deliver seamless and hassle-free connections.
Moreover, the new earbuds from Master & Dynamic have Snapdragon Sound, which enhances its audio performance even further. There’s support for multipoint connectivity for easy switching between one connected device to another. Also, you get support for Auracast.
Pricing and Availability of Master & Dynamic MW09
The Master & Dynamic MW09 is currently available for US$349. As mentioned earlier, it’s the same price as the MW08 Sport. Besides, the wireless earbuds are available in white, gold, and black options.
But if you want to get the Kevlar version, you can choose from gunmetal, blue, and green colorways. This variant will cost you an extra US$50. All the color options of the MW09 will be available for purchase and pre-order on the official website from November 14.
The hottest discussion in Street Fighter 6 right now revolves around the game’s best characters. The balance in this latest franchise entry is particularly good, making it especially hard for the community as a whole to truly tease out a matter of fact best in the game (or even a consistent top 5, for that matter) but there are definitely three characters getting the lion’s share of top tier attention: JP, Luke, and Ken.
Adding his voice to the mix is the reigning Evo champion, NASR|AngryBird, who just so happens to be a Ken player. In one of his recent FGC Birds uploads, AngryBird shows why he feels that Luke is a better character than Ken as the game stands right now.
The champ breaks things down into four categories through which to compare the two fighters: offense, defense, tools, and normals. He kicks things off with normals, of which he argues that Luke has the single best in the game.
The attack in question in Luke’s crouching medium punch, and AB puts it next to Ken’s for comparison’s sake. Both moves have very similar frame data (in fact, the only difference is that Ken’s is active for one more frame than Luke’s) but the key difference is in the reach as Luke’s hitbox extends out a decent bit further than Ken’s and is +1 on block.
He goes on to highlight Luke’s other key normals, most of which move him forward a bit, which gives him his deceptively far reach in the neutral.
Now, to be fair, Ken shares a lot of the same advantages Luke does when it comes to his normal attacks, but is unable to convert to the same kind of damage after landing his standing heavy punch.
AngryBird argues that this tips the scales in Luke’s favor when it comes to this category, though he does hash out a number of additional details as well.
We then move on to examining projectiles, which AngryBird says is absolutely crucial to Ken’s neutral at high levels of play. Though key to his kit, Ken’s fireball doesn’t exactly stand out as a particularly good projectile while Luke’s is great for chip damage, isn’t a necessary part of his neutral, and his OD version knocks down, making his fireball game superior according to the champ.
AngryBird goes on like this picking apart both characters’ respective strengths and articulating why he feels it’s clear that Luke is a better overall character. Despite the overwhelming success of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it’s possible we may never see another Super Smash Bros. entry again as creator Masahiro Sakurai is semi-retired and aiming to do something else with the next chapters of his life, but he’s still sharing interesting bits and pieces of his Super Smash journey on his YouTube channel.
In a recent upload, Sakurai explains how he and his team initially planned to take advantage of the extensive crossover appearances only found in Smash by creating a bunch of cut scenes that saw these Nintendo favorites interact in interesting ways. They did this a bit in Brawl, but then decided to put the kibosh on it.
“I had the idea to create movie sequences that showcased each individual fighter,” he starts. “Smash Bros. contains crossovers you can’t find anywhere else, so I thought it would be fun to present them in a more concrete, charming way. I also thought they’d make a nice reward for pushing on in the adventure mode…
“We put a lot of money and effort into making them, but before the game even came out, people were posting them online. Even overseas media outlets were doing it with the pre-release copies we provided. So I decided to stop making movies that cut in during gameplay,” he concludes.
Leaks are an unfortunate reality all developers have to wrestle with in the modern age, and it isn’t at all hard to see how painfully draining it’d feel to have something an entire team spent tons of time on spoiled before it was supposed to be revealed.
The good news is the magic that could have been in-game cut scenes was redirected to a (somewhat) safer avenue: character reveals. From Mario being murdered to the King K. Rool/Banjo Kazooie misdirect, Ultimate boasts some incredibly memorable reveal sequences and now we know exactly where the inspiration for them came from.

Okay, so guys, I will be honest. When I walked into the theater to watch The Marvels, my hopes were not exactly high, but oh boy, do I love to be proved wrong. The Marvels turned out to be a good flick which is pretty nicely done. The action sequences in this movie are well made and the VFX is also decent but if you ask me, the best part about this movie was the insane chemistry between the three leads. Somehow, their partnership feels almost natural as if they have been working as a team for quite some time. Now, coming to the exciting part, the Marvels with its ending set up something really really exciting, and I can’t wait to let you all know about it. By the end of the movie, we get to see a very familiar face of Kate Bishop, last seen in the Hawkeye series. As soon as she enters her house we see Kamala Khan sitting in the chair waiting for her. She tells Kate that she is out looking for young superheroes in order to assemble a team. Kamala then mentions Cassie Lang when she says “Did you know Ant-Man has a Daughter?”. By the end of this scene, we get to see Kate agreeing to join the team Kamala is making.
Now, let us connect the dots. We got to see Iron Heart in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, before then we were also introduced to Eli Bradley in Flacon and the Winter Soldier. For those of you who don’t know, Eli became a superhero called Patriot in the Marvel Comics. Other than that, we also got to witness Kamala Khan in Ms.Marvel and Kate Bishop in Hawkeye.
Oh, and how can we forget seeing America Chavez in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and finally, Kid Loki in the Loki series? Do you guys see a pattern here? If not, let me tell you. My friends, it seems that Marvel has just given us a canon to a live-action Young Avengers through The Marvels. Now, we don’t know when it will happen or how it will happen but looking at how The Marvels ended, it will certainly happen, and if you think the mind blowing-ness of The Marvels is just limited to this, wait till you read about The Marvels post-credit scene. Now, wherever this goes, and in whatever direction Marvel chooses to take us, what we have come to discover is super exciting, and I for one, am really looking forward to it. Chun-Li is probably the most recognizable fighting game gal in the business, but Juri Han has rocketed through those ranks in record time since her debut in Street Fighter 4.
The sadistic spider has a particular charm that has captured tons of fans, and her powerful abilities only add to her overall charisma. Juri tends to use her feet for almost everything when it comes to a fight, even when she’s attacking things well above her head.
Dr. Herong shows off her flexibility and control once again as she seemingly effortlessly kicks directly up and holds the pose like it were nothing.
