  • Judge orders Trump prosecutors to dish in collusion case

    From Washington Examiner:

Judicial Watch had been seeking communications between Smith’s office and the Fulton County district attorney “requesting or receiving federal funds or other federal assistance in any form relating to the investigation” of Trump and others in the 2020 election case. The group also sought any other communications between the two.

The stalling angered Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, who said, “President Trump truly needs to overhaul the Justice Department from top to bottom. It is a scandal that a federal court had to order the Justice Department to admit the truth that their objections to producing records about collusion with Fani Willis had no basis in reality.”

  • Married couple found dead in freezer, son and girlfriend deceased in home

PUYALLUP, Wash. (TCN) — Officials are releasing new information about the deaths of four people whose bodies were found during a welfare check on New Year’s Eve.

According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, on the morning of Dec. 31, deputies went to a home on Eastwood Avenue East after concerned individuals requested a well-being check on several family members who had not been heard from or seen in “a while.” They went inside the residence and located an adult male and adult female deceased inside. Detectives and forensics investigators responded to the scene and discovered two more victims.

On Jan. 3, the Pierce County Medical Examiner released the identities and causes of death of the four individuals. William Vosler, 68, died from a stab wound to the chest and blunt force trauma, while his wife, 66-year-old Eileen Vosler, suffered from multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck. Their deaths were ruled homicides. Their son, 33-year-old Shane Vosler, sustained a contact gunshot wound to the head. The medical examiner determined he died by suicide. Sue Bin Lee, 34, also died from a gunshot wound to the head, but her manner of death is still undetermined.

KOMO-TV reports Shane Vosler and Lee, his girlfriend, were found dead inside the home, while William Vosler and Eileen Vosler were left in a garage freezer. A Pierce County search warrant said neighbors became worried about the family because they had not seen any of them since July. William Vosler reportedly regularly worked on cars in his driveway, so those nearby found it strange when he was nowhere to be found for several months.

While looking through the home, detectives reportedly discovered a note on the fridge that said, “Time of death July 24, 5:45 a.m.” and another that read, “Time of death July 24, 3 p.m.”

The sheriff’s office received four different welfare check requests for William Vosler and Eileen Vosler. Deputies went to the home on Dec. 23 after one of William Vosler’s cars was being towed away. Because deputies did not see any forced entry into the home, they left. They went back two more times in the following days but could not enter the residence because they did not obtain enough proof to do so. The married couple’s two other sons forced their way into the home on Dec. 31 by removing an air conditioning unit on the second floor, and when they made it in, they reportedly saw Lee deceased on the floor.

Deputies made entry and “smelled a distinct odor of body decomposition.”

The investigation into their deaths remains ongoing.

  • Judicial Watch Sues for Records on Kamala Harris Travel and Security Costs

(Washington, DC)Judicial Watch announced today it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense for former Vice President Kamala Harris’ VIP travel records (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:25-cv-00233)).

Judicial Watch filed the FOIA lawsuit after the Secret Service and the Air Force failed to respond to August 2024 requests for: “All records concerning use of U.S Government funds to provide security and/or other services to Vice President Kamala Harris and any companions while traveling.”

The Biden White House website reports that during her term as vice president, Kamala Harris made “17 foreign trips, traveling to 21 countries and meeting with over 150 world leaders …” There are no publicly available flight logs or other records that provide details about who accompanied her on these trips.

Just before Vice President Harris’ last official trip in early January 2025, AP reported that her husband, Doug Emhoff, was expected to accompany her to Singapore, Bahrain and Germany. However, this is the only non-governmental person specifically mentioned as accompanying her on any official trip.

“It seems rather obvious these Biden agencies hid details on Kamala Harris’ jaunts in order to help her presidential campaign,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Judicial Watch’s investigations into government travel records are extensive.

In 2021, Judicial Watch uncovered White House travel records from the Secret Service in response to FOIA requests for all records concerning the use of U.S. government funds to provide security and/or any other services to President Biden and any companions. These records detailed Secret Service travel costs of $2,252,600.50 for President Joe Biden through August 8, 2021, for travel to Delaware and other domestic locations.

In June 2020, Judicial Watch received records from the U.S. Secret Service showing that during the first five-and-a-half years of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden traveled extensively while receiving a Secret Service protective detail. During the time period of the records provided, Hunter Biden took 411 separate domestic and international flights, including to 29 different foreign countries. He visited China five times. (During the last year and a half of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden served on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings while his father was heading up Ukraine policy.)

In September 2018, Judicial Watch sued for information on the travel expenses of President Trump. From a separate lawsuit, Secret Service produced expense records totaling $3,024,036.50, which brought the known total for presidential travel expenses at that time to $17,224,938.46 and included the operation of Air Force One.

In September 2017, Judicial Watch obtained travel records from the Secret Service in response to a FOIA lawsuit, which brought the known total of travel expenses for former President Barack Obama and his family to $105,662,975.27. To date, Judicial Watch has uncovered total travel expenses of the Obamas amounting to $114,691,322.17.

In 2016, Judicial Watch sued for records concerning travel costs for members of Congress.

In 2011, Judicial Watch reported on records detailing a massive Pelosi-led bipartisan congressional junket to the Detroit Auto Show, as well as recordsshowing Michelle Obama’s family trip to Africa cost taxpayers at least $424,142.

Judicial Watch uncovered that the Obama’s 2009 “date night” trip to New York for dinner and a Broadway show cost taxpayers over $11,000 in Secret Service costs alone.

Beginning in 2009, after the media failed to follow up on concerns raised about Nancy Pelosi’s use of luxury Air Force jets to travel between her congressional district and DC, Judicial Watch’s FOIA requests exposed her abuse of this travel perk. Judicial Watch uncovered that Pelosi’s military travel to Italy and Ukraine in 2015 cost the taxpayers $184,587.81, as well as $2,100,744.59 over one two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol.

  • Man allegedly offered to buy baby for $500,000 to harvest their organs

SAN ANTONIO (TCN) — A 21-year-old man who was recently arrested for a road rage shooting is in custody for allegedly offering to purchase a baby for a minimum of $500,000 to harvest the child’s organs.

Bexar County Jail records show Jose Israel Teran was booked last week on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and purchase/sell of human organs.

According to an arrest affidavit cited by KSAT-TV, Teran was reportedly accidentally added to a family group chat on Dec. 30, and the conversation centered on the details of a 9-month-old child’s baptism. One of the family member’s uncles reportedly changed his phone number, which became Teran’s. Teran allegedly responded to the group, “That’s a nice Caucasian baby. How much you want?”

One family member told Teran he got the wrong number, but he reportedly continued responding. He allegedly wrote, “Are you not interested in selling? I’m willing to start the bid at 500k.”

KENS-TV reports the child’s father called Teran, who said he had interest in “purchasing their child and would be willing to pay for their child in cash or bitcoin.”

Teran reportedly told the child’s father he buys babies and uses them to sell their organs.

According to KSAT, Teran made comments about how he knew the address of the baptism and the family’s home because they sent it in the chat. Teran, however, allegedly told police he believed the text thread was spam.

Teran’s previous brush with the law occurred Jan. 6 when he reportedly shot a truck driver in the leg during a road rage incident.

According to the Swatara Township Police Department, on the morning of Jan. 28, police responded to an address on Paxton Street and determined there was an assault the night before. • Adoptive parents arrested after 6-year-old girl found buried in backyard

ROSE HILL, Kan. (TCN) — Authorities recently arrested a couple on suspicion of torturing, abusing, and killing their 6-year-old adopted child.

According to the Rose Hill Police Department, on Sept. 10, 2024, dispatch received information regarding possible human remains buried in a backyard on North Meeker Court. The following morning, officers secured a search warrant and found the decomposed remains of a child in a trash bag buried 23 inches below ground.

Investigators identified the victim as Kennedy Schroer, whose birth name was Natalie Garcia.

Multiple law enforcement agencies began investigating the young girl’s death. In November 2024, an autopsy revealed the victim died of probable suffocation and her death was ruled a homicide.

According to KAKE-TV, investigators believe Kennedy Schroer died in late 2020. Fifty-year-old Crystina Schroer and 53-year-old Joseph Schroer reportedly adopted her in 2019 after the biological mother’s rights were removed in 2018.

Police arrested Crystina Schroer and Joseph Schroer on Feb. 3. Crystina Schroer faces charges of first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, child abuse, torture, theft, forgery, Medicaid fraud, and desecration of a corpse, while Joseph Schroer faces charges of child abuse, torture, liability for crimes of another, interference with law enforcement, theft, and Medicaid fraud.

In a statement, the police department said, “This case was built through the development of timelines spanning more than four years, which is the primary reason for the length of the investigation. Natalie has always been the focus of this investigation, and we believe we can now tell her story accurately.”
