  • Pro-Hamas Protesters Stage ‘Mini-Insurrection’ Outside the White House, Chant ‘F*** Joe Biden’

The White House had some unexpected visitors on Saturday night, as dozens of pro-Hamas demonstrators surrounded the capitol grounds and staged a ‘mini-insurrection.’

The protesters screamed vocal support for Palestine/Hamas at the Secret Service and even defied orders to stop hanging a flag on the fence.

“Secret Service attempted to take down “Stop attack on Gaza” banner that’s hanging on the White House Gates right now, protesters put it back up,” reported Oliya Scootercaster.

“The White House’s NW entrance has been smeared with red paint and protesters are pushing on gate,” reported Steven Nelson of the New York Post.

Nelson also reported the chants of “allahu akbar,” adding that he heard this was also chanted at “multiple points along the fence.”

Then came the chanting. “F*** Joe Biden” they shouted outside the White House.

“‘F**k Joe Biden’ – chants outside White House as tens of thousands Pro-Palestine protesters are outside demanding to Free Palestine, some attempting to climb the gate,” Scootercaster noted.

Last week, pro-Palestinian protesters laid siege to Grand Central Station in the heart of New York City, chanting slogans like “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will Be Free,” (meaning, “free” from the existence of Israel).

The chant is reflective of the origin statement of Hamas, the terrorist organization that runs the Gaza Strip, and which undertook the savage attack on Israeli civilians on October 7.

Jewish Voice for Peace, a radical group that the Anti Defamation League has called “anti-Israel,” put together the protest, which happened at the same time that Israel stepped up its military actions in Gaza.

JVP is the same group that staged what critics derisively referred to as an “insurrection” at the Capitol on October 18. The Cannon building, one of the buildings in the Capitol complex, was taken over, leading to a disruption of official proceedings.

It should be noted that if MAGA/America First supporters had pulled such protests at the nation’s capitol, they would already be in a D.C. gulag awaiting trial for an “insurrection.”

  • Donald Trump Scores Another Legal Victory as Appeals Court Suspends ‘Gag Order’

Donald Trump was briefly given permission to speak out in his 2020 election influence case in Washington, D.C., on Friday. This is the latest development in the legal battle over the limits on the former president’s speech.

The limited gag order has been put on hold by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit decision so that the judges can think about Trump’s request for a longer stay while his cases play out. But the short reprieve “should not be construed in any way as a ruling on the merits” of Trump’s bid, the appeals court said.

The court scheduled formal arguments for November 20 in front of a group of three judges who were all chosen by Democratic presidents.

Rogan O’Handley remarked on the court’s decision on Friday.

“DC Circuit Court of Appeals suspends Trump’s gag order in the J6 criminal case, overruling Judge Chuthkan,” O’Handley said.

“The issue will be argued on November 20th,” he continued. “Trump can now speak freely and publicly defend himself once again.”

“Every delay is a win,” he remarked. “Every time Trump gets more free speech to defend himself is a win. Every time Obama-appointed Judge Chuthkan gets reversed is a win.”

“The DC Circuit may reinstate the gag order after oral arguments but for this next 3 weeks, President Trump regains his rights,” he added.

U.S District Court Judge Aileen Cannon will push back the date of the trial in Jack Smith’s case against Trump over classified-marked documents.

“As expected, Judge Cannon will delay the trial schedule in Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump,” Kelly wrote.

“The classified docs trial represents major obstacles to defense (Trump and 2 co-defendants) as they attempt to view classified discovery in a Miami SCIF the government just set up on October 18,” she added. “All attorneys had to obtain security clearances.”

“Smith is playing games–Chutkan lets him, Cannon doesn’t,” she remarked. “Which is why she has earned the enmity of corporate media and their ‘expert’ lapdogs.”

Prosecutors on Thursday tried to keep former President Donald Trump from seeing the evidence they were using against him, but the federal judge in charge of the case denied their efforts yet again.

The courtroom developments in the Trump cases add heightened tension to a campaign season that is already fraught with division. This week, the Trump legal team were able to score small but significant victories in their fight against state overreach and political prosecutions. Next week, with this weaponized Justice department, it’s anybody’s guess.

  • President Joe Biden Received Money from Chinese Energy Deal, Bank Records Show

U.S. President Joe Biden has been shown to have benefited from his family’s illicit business deals with CCP-connected Chinese businessmen, according to new financial disclosures provided by the House Oversight Committee.

    !function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src=”https://rumble.com/embedJS/u4870v”+(arguments[1].video?’.’+arguments[1].video:”)+”/?url=”+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+”&args=”+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, “script”, “Rumble”);

    Rumble(“play”, {“video”:”v3r47bd”,”div”:”rumble_v3r47bd”});

The Wall Street Journal laid out the known facts of the startling revelations.

“According to the committee’s latest bank records memo, the first check was written to Joe Biden on September the third, 2017 after a series of complicated financial transactions. The memo alleges that earlier that same year, hunter Biden and his business associates forged a venture with CEFC, an energy company with connections to the Chinese government, which obliged it to contribute a $10 million capital payment when the money didn’t arrive.”

House Republicans who are spearheading an impeachment inquiry against President Biden are closely examining these financial transactions between Joe Biden and his brother James Biden.

This scrutiny is part of a wider investigation into the commercial dealings of the Biden family, with a specific focus on determining if the president has derived personal benefits from political influence-peddling, which has potentially compromised his administration.

The financial records, which were subpoenaed by the Republican staff of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, reveal that Joe Biden got monies directly from his brother James in two instances, during the period between his vice presidency and presidency.

The House Republicans disclosed additional information regarding one of these cases on Wednesday. The president and his supporters assert that they constitute the reimbursement of loans extended by Joe Biden to his sibling. The financial records provide evidence that the checks serve as a means of repaying a loan, they claim.

But the Republican-led House has conducted an investigation into the sources of two payments, asserting that one payment originated from James Biden’s commercial involvement with a healthcare company established in the United States, while the other payment was associated with a Chinese business that both James Biden and Hunter Biden, the president’s son, were affiliated with: CEFC.

The Republicans have yet to conclusively demonstrate if Joe Biden had knowledge of the origin of the cash.

However, Joe Biden’s office coordinated with his son Hunter Biden in a number of ways: Arranging travel for him and his business associates, copying him on official government business, and even ensuring he had “special attention” on his influence-peddling trips to China.

  • CNN Stuns Viewers with Reality Check on Ukraine War

Much like the fallout from Covid propaganda led to the media admitting that Americans were misled years later, CNN is finally letting viewers in on the dirty little secret: The Ukraine War is not “winnable” — at least not the way people were led to believe.

Russia, a nuclear-armed power, has long ago accomplished a fait accompli in the Donbass region, after having accomplished the same in Crimea years prior.

Since Putin sees the Black Sea region as vital to the nation’s security, providing Russia with its only warm water port, the Russian Army was not going to be pushed off of the territory short of nuclear war.

And since NATO has been heavily involved since the beginning, sending Ukraine heavy military aid, in addition to giving the fledgling, corrupt, undemocratic nation numerous aid packages, the proxy war was always a dangerous game with the potential to trigger a world war.

NATO’s mobilization against Putin to press for pushback, instead of peace among the stalemate, also served to push China into the arms of Russia. On an international security level, as well as a diplomatic level, it has all been a giant debacle; and the West’s censorship of critics of NATO’s response to the war — as well as its role in triggering it —  now looks especially foolish and destructive.

CNN reluctantly gave its viewers a truth-telling session about the Ukraine debacle.

    !function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src=”https://rumble.com/embedJS/u4870v”+(arguments[1].video?’.’+arguments[1].video:”)+”/?url=”+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+”&args=”+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, “script”, “Rumble”);

    Rumble(“play”, {“video”:”v3r1kqm”,”div”:”rumble_v3r1kqm”});

“After months of a Counteroffensive to wrest territory from Russia, new reporting from Time Magazine reveals that while Ukrainian President Zelensky is still deeply committed to the fight, some of his advisors are worried,” CNN’s Abby Phillip reported.

“One of Zelensky’s aides telling Time, ‘he deludes himself. We’re out of options. We’re not winning. But try telling him that’.”

“And that sobering assessment extends beyond the civilian government, Ukraine’s Commander-in-Chief for the armed forces saying this to The Economist: ‘Just like in the First World War, we have reached the level of technology that puts us into a stalemate. There will likely be no deep and beautiful breakthrough, a stalemate,’ which was not the characterization over the last several months.”

Then, CNN dropped the hammer and showed members of the Biden administration misleading Americans on the Ukraine War.

“It’s not a stalemate. They’re not just frozen. The Ukrainians are moving,” Pentagon spokesperson John Kirby said.

“We do not assess that the conflict is a stalemate. We are seeing it continue to take territory on a methodical, systematic basis,” said National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.

“We’ve seen the progress on the counter-offensive. It’s very heartening,” claimed Secretary of State Tony Blinken.

Phillip then went to the Ukraine map to show Americans wear the conflict is continuing to be fought on the ground.

“And the reality on the battlefield? Well, we can show you those slivers of yellow are Ukraine’s counter-offensive gains, and it really isn’t a whole lot.”

“Now the ground in Ukraine is hardening now for another long winter and the fight in the United States over how much aid to give it is getting more intense.”

“Congress has authorized roughly $113 billion so far, but poll suggests that the American people’s willingness to support Ukraine is waning,” she continued.

“The yellow line here shows the share of Americans who say that the US is doing too much to help Ukraine, and now it’s at 41% up from 29% in June. And that’s raising some tough questions for the Biden administration and for both parties in Congress.”

Meanwhile, the U.S. Congress is still pursuing leads into allegations of Biden influence-peddling in Ukraine during the House’s impeachment inquiry.

The White House has thus far resisted efforts to audit the aid packages to Ukraine; but new House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Republican from Louisiana, has signaled that he intends to put an end to the continuous stream of taxpayer funds to Ukraine with lax Congressional oversight.

  • Israeli Warplanes Bomb Southern Lebanon After Hezbollah Rocket Attacks

Israeli jets attacked Hezbollah positions along the border with Lebanon on Saturday.

The terrorist group had attacked several Israeli army posts, and two big rockets hit one of them.

The IDF released a video on Saturday showing its retaliation in Lebanon for the attack.

There was more footage obtained of the Israeli strikes.

The fighting got worse the day after Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the head of Hezbollah, said that his group is already fighting in a way that has never been seen before along the border between Lebanon and Israel.

Israel’s war in Gaza with Hamas, which is a supporter of Hezbollah, is getting close to a month old. He threatened to make things worse.

Nasrallah said, “Hezbollah is ready for all options, and we can use them at any time.”

Nasrallah also warned the United States against military intervention.

Hezbollah released a statement on Saturday saying that its forces struck at least six Israeli posts along the border with “appropriate rockets and weapons.” It stated that “direct hits were scored and technical equipment was destroyed.”

The Al-Mayadeen TV network in Beirut said that Hezbollah shot two Burkan rockets at an Israeli post called Jal al-Allam in Lebanon on Saturday. These rockets have heavy weapons. Someone in charge of security in Lebanon stated that Burkan rockets were used for the first time.

The rockets’ name in Arabic means “volcano,” and they have been used by Hezbollah and the Syrian government to destroy the defenses of fighters in the Syrian resistance.

They are one type of rocket or missile that Hezbollah has in its arsenal.

Al-Manar TV, which is part of Hezbollah, said that rebels shot down an Israeli military spy balloon that was over the town of Misgaf Am in the north.

The National News Agency, which is run by the government of Lebanon, said that attacks happened near other border towns, such as Labbouneh and Hibarieh.

Avichay Adraee, a spokeswoman for the Israeli military, wrote on X (which used to be Twitter) that Israeli jets, tanks, and artillery fired at the source of the fire on the Lebanon side of the border. They also hit some Hezbollah weapons caches, infrastructure, and posts that the Lebanese terrorist group uses.

The military conflict between Israel and Lebanon has been increasing since the attack on southern Israel by the terrorist Palestinian group Hamas on October 7. This attack killed more than 1,400 people and soldiers.

The Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon in retaliation for the Hezbollah attack represents a significant regional military escalation.

  • Illinois Staffer Busted for Raking in Over $1 Million for Services During Covid Pandemic

The Covid response exposed not only the nation’s vulnerability to mass media manipulation, but also endless cases of government malfeasance and corruption.

One striking example has surfaced recently out of Illinois. The head of the Emergency Management Agency’s personal assistant, Amy Gentry, quit abruptly in late October due to taxpayer scrutiny of her being paid between $28,000 and $48,000 a month during the Covid pandemic.

The Sun Times reported that Gentry ultimately had billed the state over $1 million for her contracts.

The assistant made $240,761.30 in billings from February to August, which is twice her boss Alicia Tate-Nadeau’s pay for that time, the news outlet reported.

In 2019, Gov. J.B. Pritzker put her boss Alicia Tate-Nadeau in charge of the emergency agency that handles pandemics, natural disasters, and an influx of unauthorized immigrants.

Gentry worked as much as 350 hours a month, she claimed, and billed her time as “director support, Springfield/Remote” or “Executive Assistant to the Director (Springfield/Remote).” However, her pay rate and job title are listed on her invoices to the state as “Planner-IDPH” to “assist the Illinois Department of Public Health on planning efforts.”

Gentry was getting paid $156 an hour through a set of huge contracts for Illinois’ COVID-19 response. As of August, she had billed the state emergency service a total of $1.03 million for other work.

It is just one of countless cases of Covid-19 accounting malfeasance and outright fraud committed during the pandemic.

One well-known scam involved a Nigerian crime group that stole up to $850 million by making false jobless claims. Another involved smart prisoners who stole $200 million from the state of Pennsylvania by making false unemployment claims.

In Harris County, Texas, three staffers for Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo were indicted for their alleged efforts to steal $11 million from Covid funds. Hidalgo, however, was not charged in the corruption investigation.

“Chief of Staff Alex Triantaphyllis, former senior policy director Wallis Nader and former senior adviser Aaron Dunn were all indicted on charges of records tampering and misuse of official information, according to records filed with the Harris County District Clerk. All three have been accused of communicating with a vendor, Elevate Strategies, to tailor an ostensibly competitive bid process to the company’s strengths. The contract was eventually pulled.”

Triantaphyllis would ultimately leave the administration, but not before violating his bond conditions by approving $48 million in funds for a childcare center.

But this case of Harris County corruption is but one of numerous examples that illustrate how the Covid pandemic was not just an egregious assault on Americans’ civil liberties — but a massive grift carried out by corrupt public officials.

These stories illustrate how Congress’s $5 trillion spending spree was tainted from the start by fraud and waste. It is not known how much money the government has lost to scams since the pandemic started. There are too many cases of scams to list them all.

However, it was thought that scammers got $200 billion in jobless benefits just one year into the pandemic. This was “more than triple the official government estimate of $63 billion based on the 10% pre-pandemic fraud rate.”

America is still paying for Covid corruption in the form of elevated inflation, which is hitting the poorest citizens hardest. These is nothing compassionate about government “relief” funds that wind up in the hands of criminals, welfare grifters, and corrupt public officials.

Charging the nation’s credit card for trillions of dollars is just starting to inflict pain on the American public. But it won’t come to a halt unless there is justice for criminal politicians and accountability for those who are exploiting the broken system.

  • Kamala Harris’ Stepdaughter Raises $8 Million for Hamas-Controlled Gaza

Vice President Kamala Harris’ stepdaughter — Ella Emhoff, a 24-year old woman of Jewish ancestry — has racked up over $8 million in aid for the Palestinians of Gaza.

Experts caution that the aid is likely to end up in the hands of the terrorist group and governing party of the territory: Hamas.

The New York Post reported on the VP family’s efforts to send aid to the people of Gaza in the aftermath of a war launched on October 7, when Hamas mercilessly killed Jewish civilians at a music festival.

Ella Emhoff, 24 — whose father, First Gentleman Doug Emhoff, is Jewish — affixed a fundraising drive “supporting urgent relief for Gaza’s children” on her personal Instagram account. It makes no mention of the scores of Israeli children murdered among the 1,400 innocent Israelis killed by Hamas terrorists Oct. 7.

Her promotion puts the funding appeal in front of her 315,000 Instagram followers.

The fundraiser, which has netted more than $7.8 million so far, is being operated by the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, a nonprofit based in Kent, Ohio, which raked in more than $21 million in 2021, according to ProPublica. It’s unclear how much, if anything, Ella Emhoff has personally donated to the cause.

“It’s of tremendous concern and I find it abhorrent,” Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) told the Post. “To be honest with you, I am kind of stunned by it. It’s disturbing to the maximum degree.”

Van Drew, a member of the House Homeland Security Committee, said that Hamas would almost certainly be able to steal any money sent to Gaza to help people.

Adding intrigue to the story, Ella Emhoff has made it clear to reporters that she does not think of herself as Jewish.

“Ella is not Jewish,” the second daughter’s rep insisted to The Forward in 2021. “It’s not something she grew up with. Ella truly has no qualms with the faith, but she does not want to speak on behalf of Judaism, as she does not celebrate herself.”

Ella Emhoff’s real mother is film director Kerstin Emhoff. Ella fancies herself to be a model and has even bared her breasts at New York Fashion Week.

Her stepmother, Kamala Harris, has been support of Emhoff’s exploits.

“Keep dreaming with ambition and there is nothing you cannot achieve,” Harris wrote.

  • 2 arrested after unprovoked dogs fatally attacked 65-year-old man in South Carolina

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (TCD) — Two people are in custody after a dog attack left a 65-year-old man dead this week.

On Tuesday, Oct. 31, the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home on Ayers Drive to a report of a dog attack. Medical personnel performed lifesaving measures on the victim, David Eller, but he was ultimately pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the sheriff’s office, further investigation revealed that two unprovoked pit bulls fatally attacked Eller. Deputies noted that the dogs were not “contained properly.”

Officials arrested 45-year-old Shannan McCrackin and Kenneth Swayne on charges related to the deadly attack.

McCrackin faces one count of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of dangerous animals unconfined on premises, while Swayne faces two counts of dangerous animals unconfined on premises.

McCrackin remains held on $45,000 bond, and Swayne remains held on $20,000 bond, records show.

Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis said in a statement, “This was a vicious attack on an unsuspecting victim, and this should have never occurred.”

Lewis continued, “If the owner of the dogs would have taken the proper responsibility for the safe keeping of the animals, the attack could have been prevented.”

    The investigation is ongoing.

  • Tenn. judge upholds death sentence of woman who killed teen with asphalt and kept skull as souvenir

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (TCD) — A judge upheld the sentence of the only woman on Tennessee’s death row almost 30 years after she killed a 19-year-old because she “just felt mean that day.”

According to the Nashville Tennessean, 47-year-old Christa Pike’s attorneys cited a recent Tennessee Supreme Court case, Tennessee v. Tyshon Booker, in the hope it would sway the judge to overturn the ruling.

The Tennessee Supreme Court wrote in the Booker ruling, “In fulfilling our duty to decide constitutional issues, we hold that an automatic life sentence when imposed on a juvenile homicide offender with no consideration of the juvenile’s age or other circumstances violates the prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution.”

Pike was 18 years old when she killed Colleen Slemmer in January 1995.

The Nashville Tennessean reports Pike’s attorneys said her sentencing should be amended because there “is no hard line of maturity or difference between the brain development of a 17-year-old and 18-year-old.”

WBIR-TV reports Judge Scott Green wrote in his decision, “This ruling applies only to juvenile homicide offenders — not to adult offenders.”

Pike was convicted of murder in 1996 and sentenced to death. According to the Nashville Tennessean, due to Pike’s age at the time of the murder, she is the only person left on death row who was 18 years old when they committed the crime. She is also reportedly the only female on Tennessee’s death row.

Following this week’s decision by the Knox County judge, Pike’s attorneys said in a statement, “At the time of the crime nearly 30 years ago, Christa Pike was a teenager, just 18, with untreated severe mental illness and a history of severe, repeated physical and sexual abuse, violence, rape, and neglect that began when Christa was very young. Christa’s co-defendant, who was 17, will be eligible for parole soon. Yet Christa, who was just a few months older, may be executed.”

According to Pike’s appeal filed to the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2018, on Jan. 11, 1995, Pike told her friend she wanted to kill Slemmer because she “had just felt mean that day.”

On Jan. 12, 1995, the friend saw Pike with Slemmer, Pike’s boyfriend, and another student from the Job Corps Center. The group walked away at approximately 8 p.m., and they returned about two hours later without Slemmer.

The same night, Pike reportedly went to her friend’s room and said she slit Slemmer’s throat multiple times with a box cutter, hit her with asphalt, and cut her back with a meat cleaver. She then carved a pentagram into Slemmer’s forehead and chest.

The appeal says Pike kept a piece of Slemmer’s skull “as a souvenir,” and even brought it to breakfast with her the next morning.

She reportedly had a difficult upbringing, which included reportedly being sexually abused by her grandmother’s boyfriend and neglect by her parents. Her father reportedly tried to put her up for adoption right before she turned 18. When Pike was young, her mother reportedly stayed at a bar to drink even though Pike was a having seizures and needed to go to the hospital.

The appeal said in part, “All in all, the jury heard a clear story: Pike’s childhood and upbringing were very difficult and, in some ways, explained how she became a person capable of such a brutal murder.”

According to the court document, Dr. Eric Engum said at her trial he “examined Pike and, although she suffered from no symptoms of brain damage or insanity, she did suffer from ‘very severe borderline personality disorder’ and exhibited signs of cannabis dependence and a depressive disorder.”

Another forensic psychiatrist, Dr. William Bernet, said Slemmer’s murder included “satanic elements,” but it “appeared more indicative of ‘an adolescent dabbling in Satanism.’”

The Tennessee Supreme Court justices rejected her 2018 claim because Pike’s case was not an exception of a “heinous and inexplicable crime.”

They wrote, “”But in sentencing Pike to death, we rule out the possibility that her crime was a product of the immature mind of youth rather than fixed depravity. And we presume that she is incapable of reform even though the stories of other teenage killers, many of whom have been rehabilitated behind bars, reveal other possibilities.”

  • 3 accused of plotting to kill teen to prevent her from testifying about alleged sexual assault

TAMPA, Fla. (TCD) — Three men are being charged with federal crimes for allegedly plotting to kill and fatally shooting a teenager to prevent her from testifying against one of the suspects because she accused him of sexual assault.

According to Hernando County Sheriff Al Nienhuis, on Feb. 6, the victim, who WFTS-TV identified as 17-year-old Isabella Scavelli, went to the sheriff’s office with a relative to report she had allegedly been sexually assaulted by 36-year-old Lenard White.

On Feb. 7 at 11:30 p.m., Hernando County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a home on Hazel Avenue in Brooksville regarding a double shooting. When officials arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds. Medics transported them to a nearby hospital, where the teenage girl died from her wounds.

Nienhuis said Scavelli and her relative opened the door and two men allegedly opened fire. Scavelli was reportedly shot four times and sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the lower back, which U.S. Attorney Roger Handberg said was caused by her trying to run to safety during the “barrage” of gunfire.

White allegedly reached out to 22-year-old Sheldon Robinson and offered to pay him $10,000 to kill Scavelli so she would not testify against him. Robinson reportedly posted on social media and asked for help with a “clean up job.” He allegedly recruited 21-year-old Keshawn Woods and offered to pay him $5,000 as well as give him cocaine.

The three suspects face both state and federal custody. Hernando County Jail records show White was booked Feb. 8 for sexual assault, then released three days later. On Feb. 15, he was taken back into custody on the same charge and for resisting an officer. Woods was arrested Feb. 9 for possession with intent to sell marijuana and other drug-related charges. He was released Feb. 24. Robinson was also arrested Feb. 9 for cocaine trafficking and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

The three men, along with Robinson’s mother, now face federal charges. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, a grand jury indicted White, Woods, and Robinson on charges of conspiracy to commit murder for hire, murder for hire, discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, and discharge of a firearm in furtherance of a violent crime.

White and Robinson face additional charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, tampering with a witness, and obstruction of justice. The three men are alleged to have “attempted to hinder the investigation by disposing of evidence, tampering with witnesses, obstructing justice, and making false statements to law enforcement.”

Robinson’s mother, Janet Williams, was charged with three counts of making false statements to federal agents. She was released in October and was placed under house arrest. Williams could face a maximum of five years in prison for each of the three counts.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Woods is now detained in federal custody, while the other two remain in the Hernando County Jail. They will appear in court Nov. 9.

According to WFLA-TV, Scavelli was a junior at Hernando High School and involved in different organizations at the school. The school district reportedly said in a statement she was “described by her teachers as an energetic, kind, and joyful student.”

The three men could face life in prison or the death penalty if they are convicted.
