From Military to Military Contractor to Activist
I am constantly referring to my days spent either in, or working for the US Military and have received several requests over the years to do a show just like what I will present here. Yes today I will present something I never though I would actually do … Today I will open a door to my past … The how and why of my path for the last fifty plus years …
But the thing most special about this is today I will be joined by someone who shared a big part of that journey in both time and accomplishment … Kevin Keeney.
So a little ground laying here first:
My Career (and activist motivations) started in mid 1971 (at 17 years old) when I enlisted in the US Navy, and has spanned over fifty years including: Eight years with the US Navy and Nineteen years with Raytheon (global travel). Then after a few years of considering my life … and a few jobs that (while good jobs) didn’t fire me up or motivate me in any way … I turned to research and activism, founded The Liberty Beacon Project (a global news project), and started down the path of activism I still walk to this day.
Today I present a discussion with an individual who has been a big part of my life and at certain points, my military and Defense Contractor career as well. What follows is an introduction to Kevin Keeney, and an explanation of our time together, and what influenced our future and careers.
This is the first show of a two part (maybe more) series to be continued in mid July. In the next show our emphasis will be less focused on ‘who we are’ and more on … what the hell has happened to our government and our military, and the ramification for We The People going forward.
