Responsibilities Include:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Issue clock numbers to new employees on their first day.
- Add new employees to the clock machine and the Viper system.
- Notify the store, Regional Manager, and Trainer of new employee clock numbers.
- Download clock data from stores regularly.
- Monitor and check employee attendance on a daily basis.
- Report absenteeism and late arrivals to the Payroll Manager.
- Update store shift rosters as required.
Clock System Management:
- Report any non-functioning clock machines to the IT department and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update the clock system database to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Human Capital Management & Development:
- Ensure personal quality and productivity standards are consistently met.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage competing demands effectively.
- Adapt to and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Administration & Reporting:
- Submit required reports and documentation to the Payroll Manager in a timely manner.
- Safeguard and manage company-issued assets to ensure proper use and care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 – NQF 4
- Experience in retail environment (FMCG)
