There’s fighting game merchandise out there that can appeal to just about everyone of any background and willingness to spend money on, but this is something for only the most dedicated of grappler lovers.
Premium Collectibles Studio recently revealed their deluxe Zangief statue for Street Fighter 6 that’s both massive and expensive.
These bulging muscles are coming in at 1/4 scale of Zangief flexing, so basically every part of him is looking highly detailed from bicep to boot.
According to the details, this statue stands a whopping 24 inches / 61 cm tall and 14 inches / 35.5 cm wide, which means he’s going to need a large and sturdy spot to be displayed.
The Russian wrestler is up for sale in two variants. The first of which is his classic attire in his red briefs while the Deluxe version is based on his SF6 costume with the pants — and even comes with a removable mask for his alter ego The Gief.
If PCS sounds familiar, that’s because they’re the same company whose making the weight-lifting Chun-Li statue, which has garnered a lot of attention recently with one of its variants now sold out.
Zangief, however, is larger and more expensive considering his MSRP for both versions is a whopping $750 USD, but he can be obtained for as little as $675 with an early pre-order discount and loyalty points.
There is set to be 150 of the standard and 300 of the deluxe Zangief statues planned to be produced with an estimated release date coming between September and November of 2024.

The big guy isn’t even the most expensive Street Fighter statue considering PCS has also make a $2,000 Akuma and $4,000 Chun-Li bust, so if you’ve got more money burning a hole in your pocket than you know what to do with, there’s apparently options available for taking care of that if you’re that big of a Street Fighter fan.
