Back in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Dr. Strange proved to be an effective character with some incredible combo loops that were not only difficult to pull off, but dished out a ton of damage. In Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, Strange appears to be no different as he is capable of some truly impressive stuff even when he’s not utilizing the assistance of his teammate.

MannyWarlock on Twitter shared a clip of a solo Dr. Strange touch-of-death combo in Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite that uses some wild set ups to take Strider from full health to zero in one go. Oh, and this combo also sees Strange brutally bounce Strider around the screen many times like he were the ball in a game of Pong — and you gotta see it.

The combo begins with a quick magic series into Strange’s Impact Palm, which crumples ol’ Strider. With the opponent slowly falling to the ground and being vulnerable the whole time, Dr. Strange is able to place his stationary Grace of Hoggoth glyphs on screen and hit Strider into them to not only tack on hits, but to send him flying up into the air in a juggle state.

From here, Strange continues to keep Strider locked in the combo with various projectiles and explosions before sending him back up into the air for an air combo. Following the opponent up, Dr. Strange activates the Power Stone’s Infinity Storm, which immediately powers himself up, and this is where the real crazy stuff kicks in.

Using the power of the Infinity Storm, Dr. Strange spikes Strider into the ground and teleports to the other side, repeating the process over and over while creating a hellish game of Pong out of his foe. Not only are the hits brutal, but man, is this combo is flat out disrespectful (and I love it).

We see Strider bounced off the ground a staggering 15 times before MannyWarlock closes out the combo with a big level 3 super. When all is said and done, Strider goes from 100% health to 0 in one go, and Strange is still left with one bar of meter for his troubles.
