Sushiro, a popular sushi restaurant chain in Japan, is currently running a Street Fighter-themed promotional campaign as they roll out (sorry) specialty dishes and bonus item handouts for patrons.
A particular mural in at least one Sushiro location depicts a handful of the Street Fighter 6 roster as though they were in line to grab some fresh fish. Said mural, captured and shared by Kujikawaii on X also depicts character heights as most are standing relatively upright amid centimeter indicators.
The artwork includes the likes of Zangief, Ryu, Marissa, Luke, Manon, Lily, Juri, Cammy, Ed, Jamie, and Chun-Li, all of whom are standing relatively straight save for Cammy and Juri.
While character heights are easily accessible attributes both from the character select screen and the internet, seeing these fighters all next to one another brings about its own sense of interest as we get to more closely compare and contrast.
Newcomer Marissa has to be a standout here as the Italian fighter is now the franchise’s tallest female. She towers over Ryu (she’s 6’8″ while he’s about 5’9″) and is only eclipsed by Zangief, who stands at 214cm or a solid 7’0″.
For those wondering, Cammy and Juri are both 165cm (5’5″) and so they’re just a few centimeters shorter than Chun, for reference. We also have to point out the noticeably less buff version of Ed, which, for our two cents, is actually a better take on the character instead of making him generically over-built like most fighting game characters.

As mentioned, this is all part of a larger Street Fighter-themed campaign that’s running through the end of August, 2024. Patrons can order either the Avocado Red Spice sushi with Salmon or Longfin Tuna and receive a Street Fighter 2 sticker (image 1 below) with a QR code that they can scan to play a special SF2-based game on their phones.
Those who order the special Setouchi Lemon Brulee Cheesecake will also get a Street Fighter 6 sticker (image 2 below) that comes with a code to enter a sweepstakes to be one of 150 winners of a set of three sushi plates (image 3 below).
