Maybe you enjoy fighting games, but not enough to purchase them at full price. Maybe you’re waiting for Tekken 8 to drop in January, or perhaps you’re more of a Mortal Kombat fan, but you’re waiting for Mortal Kombat 1 to feel like a more complete game before you continue playing.
Whatever the reason, if you haven’t bought Street Fighter 6 yet, Capcom is sweetening the deal for console users by reducing the price of the game by up to 34%. Read on for the particulars.
If you have a PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series console, you’re in luck and should definitely take advantage of the most accessible Street Fighter to date.
While we’d argue that the best Street Fighter 6 experience is to be had on a substantial PC rig, the disparity between experiences doesn’t carry more gravity than a 34% discount (save for maybe on the PlayStation 4).
The base version of the game (which doesn’t come with any DLC bells or whistles) comes with the highest percentage of savings as it goes from being a $60 to a $40 game, but price cuts are being applied to the higher tier versions as well.
The Deluxe Edition is slashed from about $85 to just under $64 while the Ultimate Edition is reduced from $105 to $84. Here’s the announcement from Capcom on X, as well as a link to the various store pages where you can make purchases.
Street Fighter 6 is on sale for up to 34% off on PS5, PS4, and Xbox Series X|S for a limited time!
It’s time for you to hit the streets and explore World Tour, Fighting Ground, and the Battle Hub.
