There’s plenty of great fighting games out there that continue to languish without a modern release, but we’ll be able to cross one off the list soon.
3goo Co. announced that The Rumble Fish+ is coming and it’ll be here in less than a month.
The Rumble Fish+ is an updated version of the Dimps fighting game from 2004 that hasn’t seen a home release since the PlayStation 2 in Japan a year later.
According to the information so far, it’ll feature Arcade Mode, local Versus, Training Mode with some new tools and Online Mode with rollback netcode.
3goo previously released The Rumble Fish 2 for home users for the first time last year, but our review found the new version to be majorly lacking in common modern expectations — so hopefully this one fares a bit better.
The Rumble Fish+ is scheduled to release on December 20 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
You can find more information on the game’s Steam page.
