Chun-Li has many, many outfits, thanks in no small part to Capcom’s decision to give her over 20 outfits back in Street Fighter 5, but none hit quite like the black dress that was her “Battle” attire from that same game.
Chun puts her hair down while donning the flowing dress, making for a deadly presentation of combined of elegance, beauty, and ability. JS Cosplay brings all that into the real world as she offers both professional and behind the scenes photos of her as this version of Chun-Li.
JS Cosplay is very much into fitness, frequently posting photos that show off her latest cosplays as well as gains. While it’s not an absolute must, regularly hitting the gym definitely helps when you’re portraying the Strongest Woman in the World, and it surely shows here.
Here’s a recognizable Chun pose we’ve seen the character strike a million times. Even holding for something like this is harder than it looks, especially when you consider how many takes a good photographer will make you do to ensure they get everything right.
Indeed we spotted a quick video of the shoot on JS’ Instagram page showing the process, and the fit cosplayer seems to get a cramp after holding the position for just a few seconds at one point.
This final embed is interesting as it shows JS’ Chun cosplay in progress. Her hair doesn’t yet have braids, her wrists don’t yet have bracelets and she has yet to put on the waist piece, and still she already looks really good.
