Capcom is currently running a campaign within Street Fighter 6 that grants players the ability to snag some special new colors. To celebrate the start of the spookiest month of the year, the company behind the long-running fighting game franchise has released a set of new EX colors for a handful of characters in the game that are taken straight from some of the Darkstalkers series’ most popular ghouls.
There are six fiendish colors for you to earn right now, and best of all, you can do so free of charge. These special palettes are incredible, and we really recommend you grab them before they’re gone — which is sooner than you might realize.
The Street Voter campaign is currently live inside Street Fighter 6’s Battle Hub mode and it’s prompting players to vote for their favorite Darkstalkers fighter. Doing so enters you into the campaign where you can earn more votes for the character you selected by playing Battle Hub matches.
When you enter the Battle Hub, talking to the host (Eternity) will give you the chance to vote for your monster of choice. Whomever you pick here will receive your first vote, and any votes you earn afterwards through in-house matches will automatically go toward the same Darkstalkers character you initially selected — so choose wisely.
Unlocking all six of the special new colors shouldn’t take you too long as you’ll need 2,000 total votes to acquire them all and each Battle Hub match you play will net you 50-100 additional votes. This translates to about 20-40 matches you’ll have to play, and by the end of it, you’ll have six awesome new palettes without having to spend a dime.
The Darkstalkers Street Voter campaign will be closing on October 7 at 11:59 p.m. PDT, and you really don’t want to miss out on these incredible colors.
