What does this FULL revocation of 13961 mean? Devolution, Continuity of Government was a phase the US went through during the last four years. So Trump never left; power was transferred to a ‘committee’ of likely military people; Biden, a guy in a mask operating from a Tyler Perry studio, was theatre to wake people up.

Why bother to revoke something if it never happened in the first place?

MAJOR: Biden just REVOKED Executive Order 13961 on the day of Trump’s inauguration. This is confirmation that continuity of government was implemented for the last 4 years.
